Whenever I receive a call on one iPhone, it also rings on the other iphone. How do i make this stop?

Whenever I get a call on my iPhone, it also rings on
my grandmothers iPhone. How do I fix this? It's very frustrating.

On both devices, go to Settings>Facetime and turn off cellular calls.
