Whenever I try to open the installed Photoshop and After Effects, It keeps giving me the terms and conditions, I click yes and it comes back, please help!

In that case perform the same step once again.
1.Then Delete Adobe Application Manger and OOBE folders from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
You may need to Quit Creative Cloud desktop to Delete OOBE..
Then reinstall Adobe Application manager from below link

2.Also try to give full permission for SLCache folder.
Right click on SLCache and open properties. Then uncheck Read only and Click on Apply
Click on security tab and click on edit.
Then click on user and give full permssion.
Then launch the products and check.
If it is not working,
3.Press Windows + R keys. Then In the Run window type inetcpl.cpl. It will open Internet Options.
Click on Connections > LAN settings.
Make sure under proxy servers there are no boxes checked.
If it is checked uncheck it and check Automatically detected settings, Click on Ok.
Then try.

I was looking through our resources and found an article with information regarding that error message. The article is called iTunes for Windows XP: "Disk is locked" or "iTunes folder cannot be found" when installing or opening iTunes found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1866.

Verify the location of your Windows XP My Music folder. The default location for this folder is
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music
If you do not have this folder at the default location and have not moved it to another location, consider creating one inside your My Documents folder.
Download and install Tweak UI from the Microsoft PowerToys website athttp://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Note: This utility is for Windows XP only. Please review the system requirements before installing.
Once you have installed Tweak UI, open it from the Start menu.
In the column on the left, click on the plus symbol next to My Computer and select Special Folders.
In the right pane under Special Folders, choose My Music from the Folder pop-up menu.
Click the Change Location button. You may see a warning message appear with precautions for changing this setting; after reviewing the message, click Yes.
In the resulting window, browse for the My Music folder as described in step 1, and click OK.
Reinstall or open iTunes.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, the settings for the current user may be corrupted, which could cause iTunes not to install or open. You may have to install and open iTunes in a different Windows user account.

Since installing Mountain Lion i have a problem with Mail. I delete a number of messages from the same person but keep the newest message in my Inbox. I actually delete them from the Trash. The next time i open Mail the deleted messages are back again. Can anybody please help as this is getting annoying. Thanks in Anticipation.
Problems such as yours are sometimes caused by files that should belong to you but are locked or have wrong permissions. This procedure will check for such files. It makes no changes and therefore will not, in itself, solve your problem.
First, empty the Trash.
Triple-click the line below to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):

I typed a 10 page paper. And when I went to submit it to my class online the document was grey and it had no information and it wouldn't let me open it; like it was corrupted. When I do click on it, it says that Microsoft Word is unable to find my document.

From where did you open the file for editing originally? Have you saved it properly before you submit it?
As Paul mentioned above, in some cases, corrupted documents are rarely recoverable. Do you have a backup of that file? Or elaborate a little bit about your situation for further assistance.

I updated Firefox to the latest release on 1/8/12. Now every time I click on a link to go to youtube, zynga or other links on Facebook, Firefox crashes. I'd like to upgrade to include Premiere and After Effects in my membership, but the only option it gives me is to purchase the full creative cloud membership (which I am happy to do) and pay a one-time payment of $600 or so (which I can't afford). If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then try to disable Virtualization.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder.

My "Hanging with Friends" app keeps crashing whenever I try to open it. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, restarted my iPhone, and even restored my iPhone all together, and nothing is working. How can I get this app to work again?
Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

Photoshop CS4 crashing whenever I try to open or create a document
I have had photoshop cs4 for well over a year now and it has been working perfectly up until now. Now whenever I try to open or create any type of image, a window appears saying "Adobe Photoshop CS4 has stopped working, windows is searching for a solution." Then photoshop just closes with no error message or anything.
I have deleted my preferences, changed my default printer, and reinstalled multiple times but nothing seems to make any difference.
Can someone please help me???

I downloaded Firefox 4 a while ago. I followed the instructions and tried to get rid of the Icon on my desktop and the disk. Whenever I try to do so I get a message stating that the disk "Firefox" couldn't be ejected because Firefox is using it and that I have to quit the application and try to eject the disk again. But whenever I try to open Firefox I get the download Icon (the one with the fox and the arrow) and the disk back in my desktop. Can I ever get rid of them?
Did you drag the the Firefox program from the disk image (DMG) to the application folder on your hard drive ?
