It's referring to your credit card, the one associated with your Apple ID in the iTunes Store. The number they want is the rightmost one on the signature strip on the back of the credit card.

I lost my Iphone and I have no Idea where it is!? What should I do?

Every time I open Mozilla Firefox, there is an annoying sound that won't stop, and it sounds kind of like pac man. I t won't stop, and I have no idea where it is coming from. I have tried everything. Any suggestions on what I should do?

== I opened firefox today, and it won't stop.It's just the Google homepage tribute to Pacman turning 30 today. A playable game starts up automatically, use the arrow keys to move Pacman. It's fun!
You can get Ms Pacman to appear in that game by clicking the "insert coin" button twice and using the WASD keys to move :)
You can also just change your homepage to something other than google until tomorrow. -
Somehow my application icon in the dock has disappeared. I have no idea where it went but it contains all my applications that i use. How do I get the application icon to return to the dock. Thanks for your help. I am not computer literate by any means. Thanks
Goto your application folder, find your app then drag/drop it back to the dock.

It sounds like you are trying to change the Apple ID logged into the iTunes & App Stores on your iPhone. Use these steps:
Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.

hey! my i just got my ipad back from having it taken away for a long time and i have know idea what the passcode is ive tried everything and i have no idea what to do
Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. If you have IOS-7, read this. -
I have the download manger set up to always ask me where to download a file. I just started to download a file from rapidshare and, for the first time, it didn't ask me where to download it, it just started downloading it. I have no idea where to find the file I'm downloading. Please help.

It also requires the device be on and connected to registered WiFi network or data service, and not having been restored by the finder (if it was really stolen then the thief has probably restored it). I have not updated my iPhone 3G since 2010 as I do not have a computer and have to use my daughters pc. She plugged in my phone to update through iTunes (which took all night) and in the morning it was completed. We backedup to the icloud but now mu pictures and contacts are missing. We cannot locate my contacts on icloud or on the phone.
How do I locate my missing contacts and put them back ON MY PHONE. I had over 150 contacts with information like phone numbers, birthdays, and anniversaries.

I am having a problem with the Time Machine in restoring Mac Mail back to a certain date. Everything works fine, with Mac Mail the active application and entering Time Machine, and I have found the mail file after the location process is done, then I hit Restore and there is a messages "restoring 480 messages", but I cannot locate them anywhere. What is suppose to happen is that a special file should appear in the sidebar of Mac Mail in the section On My Mac. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
I use Mountain Lion.Although you can restore messages from a Time Machine snapshot within the Mail application, it generally won't work with messages that were saved by an older version of Mail. In that case, you have to use an alternative method.
Triple-click the line below to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open with a folder selected. Inside that folder are subfolders representing your Mail accounts. The names refer to the email addresses you use. Decide which ones you want to restore messages from.
Enter Time Machine and scroll back to the snapshot you want. Select the account folders you want and then selectRestore ... to... from the action menu (gear icon) in the toolbar of the snapshot window. Restore the folders to the Desktop, not to their original location.
From the Mail menu bar, select
File ▹ Import Mailboxes...
Import from the mailboxes in the folders you restored to the Desktop. The imported messages will appear in a new mailbox. Move the ones you want to keep wherever you like and delete the rest. Then delete the folders on the Desktop. -
When trying to rent a movie from Apple TV, I'm told it will be 3 hrs. before I can view the movie; then told 5 hrs., etc. What's up with that?

I'm not sure if you are referring to how long it's taking or why it varies.
The first thing to check would be your internet download speed, you can do this at www.speedtest.net.
1080p HD movies require a recommended speed of 8 Mbps, 720p HD movies require a recommended speed of 6 Mbps, while SD movies require a recommended speed of 2.5 Mbps.
If your internet speed varies, the time will be recaculated from time to time. -
I'm storing photos in iPhoto but editing them in PSE12. However when I save my edited photo I can never find where it's been put. My settings are set to put the photo back with the original, however it doesn't seem to be there, or anywhere else. Any ideas??
You should not have to choose a location. The saved copy should automatically appear in the iPhoto Library. You must save (Cmd+S) after editing in the Elements Editor Application. Do not use “Save As”
Under the iPhoto prefs – Advanced tab, if you have set up Elements as your external editor its best to set the default back to iPhoto so the first dropdown shows as:
Edit Photos : In iPhoto
You should then be able to edit normally e.g.
Double-click to edit in iPhoto editor.
Control (right) - click on a thumbnail to edit in elements.
Also launch the Elements Editor and go to Preferences >> Saving Files
Set the dialog drop-down “On First Save” to show “Over Current File” and click OK. -
IIn the latest version of Firefox I find I cannot find where any files I have downloaded have been put and I am not given any option about locatiob or opening. In the previous version of Firefox I didn't know where they had been downloaded to but at least I could see the fuile in the download window and open it from there. With this version of Firefox the download window in empty. So even trying to download is a waste of time
Don't know if there is an option make the download window stay up, but you can bring it back with Ctrl+J then right-click on the download to open the folder it was downloaded to.
