Whenever I try to view a video on youtube, I get "An error occurred. Please try again later."
I am using the latest version of Firefox (4.0.1) and Shockwave Flash plugin (10.3.181.14) on a Windows Vista machine. Whenever I try to view a video on youtube, I get "An error occurred. Please try again later." If I restart in safe mode, everything works fine. I figure that the problem stems from a extension incompatibility, but cannot figure out which one. I haven't installed a new plugin recently.
Do you have an example of such a video?
If you went to m.youtube.com did you switch to "Desktop" mode at some point? If so, switch back to "Mobile version" (at bottom of page).

I recently asked a questions saying:
"I click on a YouTube video, an error message shows on the screen saying: "An error occurred, please try again later. Learn more" with a black background. I am pretty sure all of you guys have experienced it at least once. However, this phenomenon occurs every time I click a video. I cleared my cookies, updated my Adobe flash player, enabled java script, and updated Firefox. But these did not solve my problems. Help me out please!"
Someone replied to my question, saying that I should disable my adobe accelerator, which I have done. However, the youtube videos still do not load and the error message keep coming up. I am getting really frustrated. I have tried everything. Please help me.Same problem here, none of the posted solutions worked. :/ Everything up to date, safe mode or not, doing everything abive... still nothing. Thank you for your question, I understand that there are some issues looking at youtube videos. In the past I have seen changing the DNS connection has helped other users: [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1MvpKqgXJg] however since you are seeing this everytime, this video will not be helpful. I you change the network connection to point the DNS to 8.8.8.8, it may improve the video connection.
Other fixes I have seen are updating the audio driver for the device you use to listen to the videos with. [[Fix common audio and video issues]] may also prove useful.
Also noticed an outdated plugin:
When you visit the plugin update checker, does this : Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 11.0.07
show up as vulnerable?

This happens every once in awhile. Just give it some time and it usually fixes itself. If it still doesn't work, try deleting the cookies in your web browser. Post back if it is working or not please.

Embedded YouTube videos always result in "An error occurred, please try again later."
No matter what website I'm no, all embedded videos on youtube pages result in the player window loading everything but the video (buttons, timebar, related videos, etc) but never the video itself. Instead it's a black box with "An error occurred, please try again later" displayed.
If I go to the video's page on the actual YouTube, it plays without a problem. Embedded videos that aren't from youtube work fine, too. This only occurs with YouTube videos embedded in other non-youtube pages. This only occurs with FF (the past few versions, too), Chrome works just fine, and on several different computers (XP, Vista x64, and 7 x64).
Also, clearing Cache does nothing, nor does clearing cookies.The problem is with the the [http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1781785 Third Party Cookies]

Firefox 3.6.3 wont play embedded youtube videos. It comes up with "an error occurred please try again later. this happens all the time. If you click to go to youtube the clip plays.

Every time Firefox openedI was having the same issue up until I found a solution myself a few minutes ago. If you have "Accept Third Party Cookies" un-checked it will not allow the embedded "Third party" youtube videos to load. You can either Check the box to allow third party cookies or add an exception to allow youtube.com WITHOUT the www. You just want it to be Youtube.Com.
To do so just go to Tools: Options: Privacy: Exceptions: Type in Youtube.com and click Allow. Then click Close and OK. It should start working immediately. -

Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
If you are viewing YouTube from Safari, press Command + Option + E to empty the Safari cache.
Quit and relaunch Safari, try a video.
If that doesn't help, you may have the YouTube HTML5 beta enabled.

I have a new MacBook Pro 15" Retina with OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.3 (just did the combo update)
iPhoto 11 (9.4.3) is installed and freshly updated.
I used to share photos from iPhoto directly from my previous computer (a 2009 MacBook Pro running OSX Leopard).
It doesn't seem to work anymore on my new computer. When I try to connect to facebook, I keep having the same message :"An unknown error occurred, please try again later".
I am in China, where Facebook is blocked, but I have a VPN on (Astrill), simulating a connection from LA. I have no problem at all to access Facebook from Chrome, Safari and Skype.
I am sure that I am typing the right username and password.
I made sure iPhoto wasn't blocked in my facebook app settings.
I tried to delete the account, closing iPhoto and relaunching. It still does not work.
I tried to delete the com.apple.iphoto.plist from Library/Preferences (as suggested on another thread in this forum). It didn't do anything.
It is getting very frustrating and I really don't want to throw my new computer through the room. Anyone managed to solve this issue ?
Thanks.It is peculiar, that Chrome, Safari, and Skype can access FB, but not the iPhoto uploader.
Do you see any error messages/ diagnostics in the Console Window, when you try to connect to Facebook?
Launch a Console window from Applications > Utilities and clear the Console Window. Then try to upload. Are there any new messages?

I am setting up breakpoints in WCEM, tab JAVA EE then from menu RUN->Toggle brekpoints and then debug configuration.
the breakpoints are in several places in handler class BITDetailviewVCHandler class including method downloadBITData.

Hey there,
When i try to load the itunes introduction i only get: an error occured while processing this directive. What can i do!?Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I life 06 has stopped Safari being able to open this page and my bank?
I am having to write this from IE as since installing I Life06 Safari has not been able to go to my internet banking sites. The message unable to establish a secure connection comes up. IE still works fine. Also I can't log onto the apple discussion
