Where Adobe Flash Player 8.0.33.0?

Where I can download the Adobe Flash Player v
8.0.33.0 (npswf32.dll) for Netscape/Firefox/Opera?

I am also trying to download the flash player 8.0.33.0, no
luck. Why is it not included along with the 'Archived Macromedia
Flash Players available for testing purposes' players at

  • Adobe Flash Player 11 not working on Internet Explorer

Hello, I know this has been a question most people asked but it's not that simple for me
My computer is a Samsung Series 5 Laptop, with Windows 7 Home Premium K 64Bits.
The computer specs are as shown below:
DualCore Processor 2.2Ghz each with a 8 GB RAM. I put up a screenshot of it in the attachments (Sorry it's in Korean)
The problem is the fact that despite having successfully installed Adobe Flash Player, Korean websites do not show the areas where the Flash Players are involved!
I checked where most people look at first: I enabled shockplayer on the addon (Shockwave Flash Object), not to mention disabling Direct X Filtering
THe problems persisted... I checed my Java and it was up to date, not to mention working fine. THe interesting thing is some flash objects are working. THe places where
adobe flash player is involved in www.naver.com or uic.yonsei.ac.kr  shows up BLANK!
It works fine in Google Chrome. It even works fine for some websites in IE 9 such as http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/new-fantasyland/ (I just tried this one, it's not a website I go to)
But somehow websites such as http://www.adobe.com/kr/products/flashplayer.html itself doesn't show flash player linked images/videos!
Here's proof of that (note that I right clicked on the blank spot to prove that the space is not meant for blank but for adobe flash as shown in the last option)
If there are more things I should elaborate on, please comment below!
I'm looking forward to a solution to my problems as well as hoping to talk to some really good Computer-Know-Alls
I really need to understand my computer better to avoid such problems T.T

Oh and just to show how things look like with the problem, it's like this:
And this is what it's supposed to look like:
So yeah, the whole space just turns empty - I can still click on blank spaces and it leads me to the appropriate links (though I have no clue what links I am actually clicking on in IE9, it only shows up for google chrome
I'm looking forward to constructive replies~ Hopefully someone would see this soon

  • Download Adobe Flash Player to an Android Tablet

    I have a new Asus TF700T tablet woth Android 4.0 O/S
When opening the installed "Browser" I get this message: "No Adobe Flash Player found. Press OK to download" OK.
I am redirected to Google Play store where Adobe Flash Player is not to be found.
So, using the tablet still, I go to www.Adobe.com and search "Adobe Flash Player for Android". only to get this message "We're sorry. This content requires Adoble Flash Player which is not supported on your device. This content can be viewed on a desktop computer or on a mobile device that supports Flash Player'.
So I'm in a bind. I can't get AFP because I haven't already got AFP. As Asus has included the browser in its pre-loaded software I don't believe it doesn't support AFP.
I therefore seek advice please. I am totally unfamiliar with Android but useful with Windows up to 7.

Android DROPPED all aupport for Flash last summer. Adobe ended all development of Flash for Android shortly thereafter.
"Why can't I install Flash Player on my Tablet?" (Kindle or Samsung Galaxy)
That FAQ article details what I was told by Samsung and Kindle support regarding Flash Player for Android tablets.
There are plenty of articles online that will give instructions on how to "sideload" Flash Player, but neither Adobe nor Amazon or Google support "sideloading", and no on here can endorse it or instruct you on how to do it.

  • How is one to safely deal with the "Update Adobe Flash Player" Pop-Up?

Good computer security practice would be to *not* click on anything in the unexpected pop-up, but instead close that window and then either:
Go to the Adobe site and download the "Update" from there -- but the site never offers "updates", it just offers downloads of the product.
Open the cited application on one's computer and use its "update" process -- but I can never find the most recent Adobe Flash Player application on my Mac.  I've used Adobe's Update process multiple times in the past and the result is multiple old versions of Adobe Flash Player scattered around, but the latest version which the Adobe Flash Player test site at URL:  http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/   says that I have is nowhere to be found.  Right now, running that test on my Mac results in the feedback:  "You have version 11,0,1,152 installed"
If one does click on the "INSTALL" button in the pop-up, is the Adobe "update" process which is to run supposed to just add another "new" version of Adobe Flash Player (in some non-intuitive place), or is it also to remove the older versions, or at least the most recent older version, of Adobe Flash Player?
Is there some predictable default location where Adobe Flash Player should be installed on Mac OS X?

The download does EXACTLY what the "update" does... it downloads the full new version (about 3.6mb) and OVERWRITES the older version.
In your Library/Application Support/Adobe folder (I forget just exactly where) the plug-in installs for your installed browsers.  The updater overwrites the files there.

Hello, I have a new Mac Book Pro and I am unable to get Adobe flash player to work. When I install it it says it has been installed. But where do I see the application that it is there?

    Check your system preferences.
My copy of flash installed as a preferance pane.
If its there you will be able to check the current installed version and set preferences for flash and updating.

Subject: Flash Player Where is adobe flash player?
Hi king, go to Tools and open manage add ons and look for Shockwave Flash Object...ActiveX Control....Flash10d.ocx and make sure it is enabled. I think in IE8, you have "all add ons" and "currently loaded" etc. check all sections.
Look in Programs and Features for the listing of Flash Player 10 ActiveX

You write that you downloaded it, but did you also install it?

  • Tyring to load adobe flash player, where do I find the "edit options key"

I need adobe flash player for a web page. the instructions say I need to add it to the firefox accepted list. I need to press the "edit options" key to get too that list. where do I find that key?

The instructions on the Adobe page about "edit options", etc. are out-of-date and incorrect.
<u>'''Install/Update Adobe Flash Player for Firefox'''</u>: your ver. N/A; current ver. 10.0 r45
    See: '''[http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+the+Flash+plugin#Updating_Flash Updating Flash]'''
-download and <u>'''SAVE to your hard drive'''</u> (save to Desktop for easy access)
    -exit Firefox (File > Exit)
-double-click on the Adobe Flash installer you just downloaded to install it
-when the Flash installation is complete, start Firefox, and test the Flash installation here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507&sliceId=1
*<u>'''NOTE: On Vista and Windows 7'''</u> you may need to run the plugin installer as Administrator by starting the installer via the right-click context menu if you do not get an UAC prompt to ask for permission to continue (i.e nothing seems to happen). See this: http://vistasupport.mvps.org/run_as_administrator.htm
*'''<u>NOTE for IE:</u>''' Firefox and most other browsers use a Plugin. IE uses an ActiveX version of Flash. To install the IE ActiveX Adobe Flash Player, same instructions as above, except use IE to download the ActiveX Flash installer.

  • Where is the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manage?

I want to get rid of "Press escape to exit full screen mode." You tell me to go to "Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager." Where is this?

I am not sure what the instructions may be that you are following.
For FlashPlayer control panel try this
    * http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
The link should actually open the control panel.

  • Where is the tools on mozilla bcos i ned to check that javascript is enabled bcos i cant download adobe flash player without it

i am trying to find the tools icon on my mozilla web browser bcos it wont let me download adobe flash player and ive donethe troubleshooting and i need to find the tolls to see if my javascript is enabled in order to download adobe flash player.can u help asap

Have you got the NoScript add-on installed? That deals with turning on Javascript on a per site basis (it disables Javascript but you can enable it for chosen sites). If you have, then you'll need to change it so that either NoScript allows adobe.com or you can temporarily allow the site (right-click on the NoScript icon to change). Anyway, the NoScript website will have further help if this is the problem.
If you don't have this add-on installed, then we'll need to check whether a setting in about:config has changed. about:config is Firefox's advanced configuration tool (so be careful). Open a fresh tab, enter "about:config" (no quotes) into the address bar, click the warning button (there be dragons), then enter "javascript.enabled" (no quotes) into the search bar of about:config, which should find the relevant setting. If Javascript is running, then its value should be set to true. If it's set to false, then you'll need to double-click the entry (or right-click and select toggle) to set it to true to enable Javascript.
