Have iMac desktop and its processor speed 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory4GB 1067 MHz DDr3 and my Safari operating system version 7.1 (9537.85.10.17.1)
Recently, Apple make people difficult to get Genius Bar appointments. Change the format and very frustrating.
Looked into communities help, some gentleman call Frank suggested, if you the computer has IOS Device, you can Genius Bar appointment directly. I don't know how to get the IOS Device. If you anyone have idea regard this, it is great help to me.

iPhone, iPod touch or iPad are iOS devices, if you want one, you have to buy one. You can also make an appointment online. It's not too difficult; just select your product, select what issue you're having, and select "Take in for service" or "Visit the Genius Bar." If you don't see one of those, then go back and select a different issue. Get started at http://apple.com/retail/geniusbar.

10 Easy Steps to a New iOS
iOS 5 is techincally the last update you need to perfom on your computer. Really, there is not need to plug your iOS device back into the computer considering everything is made wireless in the "wired" update. One more thing you should know, iOS 5 is only compatible with iPhone 3GS, 4, and 4S; iPad and iPad 2; and iPod Touch 3rd and 4th Generation. now lets get down to things.
1. Plug your iOS device into your PC or Mac and open iTunes
2. Click your device's name.
3. Click "Update"
4. The lower your current iOS is, the longer the download will take. Also, do not be afraid when it said it is factory resetting your device, it made a backup
5. Wait for download to finish
6. When told you may diconnect, disconnect and follow the simple instructions on you device's screen (it looks like a grey lock screen withmulptiple languages saying welcome)
7. Don't get scared when you see that your music, videos, and apps are missing
8. To get your music and vidoes back, open the iTunes app and go to the purchased section and redownload your media. If you want the music from your CDs, you need to plug your device into your computer and add them on your device the old-fashioned way.
9. To get your apps back (with all their data) enter the app store app and press updates and then press purchased. The apps you see there should look familiar. Simply press the little iCloud button next to the apps you want to redownload and they will be back where they belong with all their data! you just have to remember where you placed them.

I'm on Mountain Lion and have version 6.1 of AirPort utility so there is no button to "Disconnect All Users"and the only other option of "removing and re-selecting the drive via Time Machine Prefs" doesn't work either. So this will work.
Launch Airport Utility and select the TC "Edit" button, then select the Disks tab. Deselect "Enable File Sharing" and click "Update". The TC will reboot then follow the same procedure and reselect "Enable File Sharing" and click "Update". After TC reboots again you'll be up and running. Not the neatest way to do it but saves having to unplug the TC which risks disk damage and the whole procedure takes less than a minute.The "Enable File Sharing" button seems to have replaced the "Disconnect All Users" button but with the slight disadvantage that it reboots the TC which takes up additional time.

The j2me_cldc-1_0_2-fcs-kjava_overlay.zip file is no longer available for download as this old Palm overlay package is unsupported and not part of the CLDC 1.0 specification.

Last question first, as we need to know what operating system that the Mac is using.
If you are not sure, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then click About This Mac, and post back with the OS X Version number that you see there.

You have to update by using a computer via the latest version of iTunes. You can connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Select the iPad on the left side under the devices heading. Click on the Summary Tab on the right. Click on Check for Update.
After you update to iOS 5 or later, you will have Software Update in you settings and can update via WiFi OTA. If you have the iPad 2 - you will be updating to iOS 6.0.1.
If you have the original iPad - iOS 5.1.1 is as high as you can go.

It would have saved to your camera roll. Connect the phone to your Air via a USB cable and then run Image Capture which is located either in your Utilities folder or Other folder, depending on what version of Mac OS X your are running. You will then see all the photos and videos stored on your iPhone and can then download them.

Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 and Premiere Elements 13 are standalone products.
So, you can have both on the same computer, but only open one for your work.
The classical recommendation is to finish a project in the version in which it was created since there
is no guarantee that a project from an earlier version will open in the later version. Probably will, but
no guarantees. And, when you do explore this, do it from a copy of the earlier version project. Once you
take the earlier version project into a later version one, you cannot go back to edit the later version edited
project in the earlier version program.
If you have both versions (9 and 13) on the same computer and you have not moved, deleted, renamed any of the version 9's files/folders,
right click the saved closed Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 project file, select Open With, and then Adobe Premiere Elements 13.
(Your 9.0/9.0.1 saved closed project file should be found in Libraries/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Elements/9.0.)
