Where are beta drive

Hi all,this my first post on forum.
I have a sb audigy 2 and windows vista business,the problem is the follow: all sounds in game (not try with mediaplayer or other files)are choppy,when i'm in teamspeak i hear voices of my friend but really stuttering.
The first 2 hours i hve installed vista with drivers of 6 march all works,but now i have this problem.
Where i can found a beta drivers? Or beta drivers are that i'm running now?

No the driver were actually removed from the server yesterday. They are back today with a new release date (5march), but are actually the same drivers? Go figure?

Where are printer driver presets stored in Mac OS X 10.5?

I just bought a new Mac Pro and will be manually migrating files from my G5 PPC. I have several printer presets for three different printers, and I'd really hate to lose them. Where are they stored? I want to make sure I drag them over to the new MP.

This is absolutely ridiculous.Why can't I find drivers on this site?for the Creative?AudioPCI 64 soundcard?This card utilizes the Ensonic es370 chipset. It's common on Dells and Gateways. Look, someone should update the Creative support download search engine so that users are directed to existing drivers that work for this card. That error message is complete *bleep*. For example, if a user enters: "Creative AudioPCI 64", or "es370", or "Ensonic Audiodri've 3000", or "Audiodri've PCI", or they should be directed to the drivers, NOT to an error message. The system MUST work for people entering chipset numbers like es370. This has to be a common recurring problem, and I can tell you from experience that it leaves a lasting impression. A BAD one. It should be fixed. I did eventually find the right drivers, but the web site driver download search system was no help at all. It took real people to point me to the driver. For that I thank you. Now fix the search engine...

Where are stored Driver Packages on SCCM 2012?

When you create a driver package, you must select directory where manufacture drivers are stored. This directory has got *.inf, *.sys, *.exe, *.msi....etc...but SCCM only find *.inf
The questions are:
- Does SCCM put all these files on SCCM database or only *.inf files ?
- What happend with dependencies with other files?

Hi, When you say "distribute to your distribution points" does this have to be to ALL distribution points ?
Im using Fallback for scource content, and i have noticed that there is no option to allow Driver Packages to be deployed from FallBack Source Localtions.
So my question i suppose is.. do driver packs have to be placed on ALL distribution points even if you have a fallback source location. ?

Where are external drives shown

When I am in Lightroom all I see in the Folder Section is my internal hard drive. I have many images on my external hard drive. How do I get the external hard drives to show up along with the internal hard drive?

Pete is right, you can't work on them until you've imported them into the LR database.
This doesn't mean you have to physically move them from the external drive. When importing simply use the Add option in the import dialog (rather than copy or move) and they will added to the database without moving them from the drive. You can then access them through LR.

Dead laptop, hard drive safe, where are photos?

My laptop died. I have photos in LR that I didn't export. I have the hard drive from the crashed laptop connected to another computer. Where are the photos located in that hard drive?

Have you located your LR catalog file(s) and Previews folder on the old drive? You need to reinstall LR and move them over to the new hard drive, then you can find the last know location for the image files on the "old drive."

They're in the iTunes folder, in iTunes Media or iTunes Music depending on when your iTunes was first installed. The iTunes folder by default is in My Documents/Music.

I have just restored data from an external hard drive, but half of my iTunes songs are getting the error "original file cannot be located." Where are these files?

My Windows 7 PC just had to be reformatted, and I have retrieved all of my files from an external hard drive. About half of my iTunes library is working fine, the other half pop up the error statement "original file cannot be located." If they haven't come off my external drive, where are they?

This happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

Using the Saved Password Editor may be overkill for most users. The quickest way to manipulate saved passwords in Firefox is on the menu bar go to:
Tools -> Options -> Security -> Saved Passwords -> Show Passwords

Where are the actual files on the Time Machine backup hard drive?

If I take my time machine back up hard drive and hook it up to another computer, I cannot find my files. For instance, the files that would be in my home folder (pictures, music and movies).
When I open the finder window and go to my user folder, all I see are the folders, but they are aliases.
I get the message that the volume "documents" cannot be found.
So where are these files?

I am not running leopard on the other computers, and so Time Machine is not available.
On the other computers, I need to have classic support, so I haven't installed Leopard, so that is not an option.
I just don't understand why these files do not show up on other computers. At some level, if I can't access the files on other computers, it nearly defeats the purpose of Time Machine.

I received discs for Photoshop elements & premier elements 12 with my new camera but my computer doesn't have a DVD drive. I assumed it would be no big deal to download them from the Internet...wrong. .I have serial numbers to install Photoshop but I cannot find where the downloads are located. I find plenty of "trial" downloads but I should not have to pay for a product I already have. Can anyone help me out there in cyber-land? I am okay with a computer but not a geek that is for sure!
I downloaded the assistant and nothing happened. I went to the site you so kindly suggested and started the download, and when I tried to apply it to the computer it said elements were missing. I deleted the download and then started again. Right now it is once again downloading the assistant.

What was the problem...the length of time for the download or just getting any download at all?
If necessary, I will go step by step with you through the tryout download from Adobe. But, the purchase of a USB external DVD/CD burner for your computer is a good idea and investment.
If you do the shopping for this, check out how many connections are necessary for it to the computer....none, one, or two...check out the length of the USB cable.
Please let us know how we can help. But, your mentioned place of purchase has a squad who should be able to help your with the purchase.

Where are my backed up bookmarks on my external drive?

Firefox backup issue:
This is concerning restoring my Bookmarks after having to replace my laptop PC. For the past several years I’ve been backing up my laptop to an external hard drive. I’ve always included the User subdirectory in that backup. The User/Dave/Appdata/Local/Mozilla/Firefox/Profile s/d is included. Today I needed to restore bookmarks from a prior backup in April, 2012 after reading the Firefox help on this subject, I accessed my external drive and looked in the s/d mentioned above. However when I clicked on the “wp83jzms.default” file, instead of seeing a list of backup dates from which to choose, I only saw files with “Cache” and “unclassifier” in the file name. Where are the backed up bookmarks from that date?
I also noticed that a different backup had stopped capturing files part way into the Local s/d so that the Mozilla s/d was not written to backup. Wonder what’s up there?
I’m using Windows 7 and Firefox 13.0.1

That is the wrong profile folder and only stores the cache files.
You need the profile folder part in AppData\Roaming to get the main profile folder files.

Library only showing one project. ALL others are gone. I exported one folder to external drive and now ALL projects are gone from Aperture library. WHERE ARE THEY? TIA

You don't go that way.
iPhoto is a database, and you need to use the tools provided to access the data:
There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto: You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.
(Note the above illustration is not a Finder Window. It's the dialogue you get when you go File -> Open)
You can access the Library from the New Message Window in Mail:
There's a similar option in Outlook and many, many other apps. If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.
If you want to access the files with iPhoto not running:
For users of 10.6 and later: You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu.
Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.
For Users of 10.4 and 10.5 Create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use this free utility Karelia iMedia Browser
Other options include:
Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
Show File: a. On iPhoto 09 and earlier: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected. 3.b.
b: On iPhoto 11 and later: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Reveal in Finder -> Original. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
