  • Where are "documents to go" files stored when I perform a Hotsync with my windows xp system?

I just upgraded my palm OS to the latest version on my Treo 755p.  Prior to upgrading I did a verizon wireless sync and a hotsync with my windows XP based PC.  I list all my "documents to go" files that were stored on my phone.  They did not reappear when I did Hotsync after the update.  They were all supposed to be Hotsynced.
Where are these files stored on my computer?  How do I avoid this from happening again?

I have never seen a file like that in My Documents.  If my doucments are lost how do I set up a file on my PC where the documents are stored when I perform a hotsync?

  • Where are documents saved and how to change it to use an DMS

    Hello,
I would like to use a Non-SAP Document Management System to use in Portal. I think that this DMS can act as a Content Server.
But I have no glue how it is possible (from the portal side) and what I can do with it at least. The dark clouds are at least about the following questions:
What are the requirements for using the content server.
How to configure the Portal to use the content server.
Maybe a stupid question.. but what functions are supported in the portal for using content server. How is it used in the daily business?
I found several documents in context to TREX but non of this was explaining how to connect to an content server.
Could someone help me with this issue?
    Thx in advance,
      Vanessa

In adobe reader app on iPad, I have a PDF document that added notes and comments to.  Once I left the document and returned to it, the notes and comments were gone.  Where are they?  I clicked "save" and "done" buttons after I entered text.

The application auto-saves your input when you close the document.  If you left the document, as you state, the notes/comments should have been saved and should have been visible the next time you opened the document with the Mobile Reader (note that if you are opening the document with another app such as Apple's built in PDF Viewer, things like notes/comments may not be visible).  Also note that if you are doing an Open In... from another app (like Dropbox), the version of the document in Dropbox does not update; only the version of the document in the Mobile Reader is updated.
Would it be possible to send a video of the problem you are encountering to [email protected] so that we can try to help?

  • Where are the actual documents stored in solution manager (KW)?

    Hello,
I have a question regarding Solution Manager and storing documentation.
When we in our process structure in a project uploads a word document
(as documentation), where are the file then physically stored?
I have checked the table SA01PHIO (a KW table), here I see a new entry every time I
upload a new word document (or other type of documentation). But this
table does not grow accordingly to the size of the word documents I
upload, so the physical document must be stored somewhere else in the
    database.
The description of field 'PHIO_ID' in table SA01PHIO is "Physical document", but since the field is of type char (size 32), then it can only be a link to the actual file?
We need to know where the documents are stored, so that we can plan our
storage strategy and database space management accordingly.
Anyone knows where the files are stored in the database?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

    Samuli,
    Thank you for your help.
After further searches, I have found exactly what I was looking for.
Samuli, as you said, documents are stored in table SACONT01, but I did not understand how they were stored, as all the data you have in this table is something like:
    FF06010102028000343130320000000074040000121F9D02A37D7259692086C2F0D7761017222...
So the information can be benefit to other people searching, I will share it here.
The string of alpha-numeric characters you see above is a "part" of the document.
Document data is cut into clusters, and stored in table SACONT01 (in field CLUSTD, coupled with CLUSTR).
In order to retrieve all the clusters for a given document, you need to get its logical ID (LOIO - LOgical Information on Object):
    - Select the document (SOLAR01/02 for projects, SOLMAN_DIRECTORY for solutions)
    - Enter DOC_INFO in the transaction code field
    - Copy the Object ID
In table SA01PHIO, retrieve the physical id(s) from the logical id (PHIO - PHysical Information on Object).
Search SACONT01 with the physical id(s).
    Just as an example:
    - 340 entries for a Word document (about 50 pages)
    - 57000 entries for a video (200 MB)
    Hope it will help.
    Regards,
    Rémi.

  • Where are Page documents

When I create Page documents on my iPad where are they on my Mac when iCloud is on?

So in other words documents sync automatically on iOS devices but you still have to manually upload and download from the Mac?

  • Where are my documents?

I just watched all of my documents in Pages disappear on my iPad, now I'm left with a blank new Pages start-up.
Here is what might have happened: I got a new MacBook and downloaded Pages yesterday. Since both of these devices share iCloud, did it replace Pages on my iPad with the new one from my MacBook? If so, WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS from my "old" Pages on my iPad? HELP!

No pages on your new Mac is NOT linked to the icloud storage system, hwever if you have connected your iPad to the your new Mac via the USB cable then you may have reset your IPad as a new device in iTunes.
Prior to this did you have the iPad sync'ed with another PC/Mac ?
If so did you back up the IPad on that ?
If you did then you should be able to recover some of the files from that back up.

  • Where are stored electronical documents attached from PC

    Hello,
I'm working on the Archive link and attachment link to SAP object as outgoing invoice (VF02), incoming purchase order (ME22N).
We have implemented a SAP content repository.
I well understood when I attach a document with "Store business document" (Toolbox at the bottom left of VF02 for example), this document is physically stored in a server dedicated to the repository.
I have a problem to find where the document is stored when I attach a document from PC "Create attachment" in toolbox.
I found the table SOOD which gives an ID for my linked document but I don't know where this document is physically copied from PC to SAP
If someone has the answer it would be great !!
    thanks for your help.
    Véronique

    hello Veronique,
as far i know, such documents are stored into database. This solution must be avoided considering high amount of data to be saved.
    Kind regards,
    Christophe.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
Report it to the police. Report it to your wireless service provider. Attempt to use BB Protect to wipe it clean. Outside of that, there is nothing to be done. If your personal issues prevent you from carrying this out, then you must consider all of your data on your BB to be compromised.
