Where are my music videos?!

i downloaded 3 music videos from the itunes store to use on my ipod video. i can't find them anywhere....like they are in a catagory called "purchases" but as for like where the music movies and tv show opetions are there is no music video option....i'v reinstalled itunes and everything and still nothing...plz help!

I am currently using iTunes 7.5. I've made some music video on my own, I have converted the .dv format into .mp4 format. I first import the .mp4 files into the Movie library. But I cannot put these clips in the music video playlist the clips in the movie library. I then tried to import these clips again to the Music library. Nothing happened. I tried to copy the clips from the movie library and paste to the Music library, I could do the cut, but when I selected the music library, the paste command was gray out.
What did I do wrong?

  • Where are my music videos stored???

Actually, this is about my wife's iPhone...I am completely confused. She has like 60 music videos on her iPhone (from our iTunes library) and I cannot delete them. To be honest, I am not even sure how they are on there in the first place. When I plug in her iPhone, iTunes says she has 3.2 GB of videos...even if I don't select ANY music folder! If I uncheck the "Include Music Videos" box, then the videos go to 0 GB, so I know that number is from music videos (and not the small number of videos she has taken from her iPhone). I have tried to restore the OS (I upgraded her OS a couple weeks ago to iOS5, and restored it again to iOS5 yesterday), but that does nothing. Any clue where these videos are being stored so I can delete them from her iPhone? Even if I delete manually, they are reloaded the next time I plug in her iPhone to the computer. Crazy!
For my own iPhone, using the same iTunes library, I do not have a problem at all with this.
Thanks so much for your help!

Actually, I did manually delete the videos from the phone, but when I plugged it back in, it re-installed them. Yes, I can avoid that by unchecking the "Include Music Videos", but the thing is...my wife does WANT music videos. But just the ones she selects, not these random ones. There must be some subfolder that it is not apparent that is holding these music videos. But for the life of me, I have no idea where this folder is. Can anyone help me with this? The last option I have will be to restore the iPhone as a new phone and reinstall everything onto it. But that's kind of a pain if I don't have to do that...
    Thanks everyone!

  • Where Are My Music Videos In iTunes???

I have gone the extra mile and I went into the "Get Info" of my music videos and I hit the VIDEO tab and placed these into the MUSIC VIDEOS category, yet, on the left hand menu, there isn't a category for MUSIC VIDEOS.
There is a button for MOVIES & TV SHOWS, but where is the link for MUSIC VIDEOS?

I have this same question, and I am sorry to see that no-one has answered it.
There is still a Music Videos category on the iPod, but no way to move the files there based on iTunes 7 which no longer has a category for it.
ALL VIDEOS ARE NOT MOVIES AND TV SHOWS!
More user control would be nice please!
    Thanks

  • Itunes 8 - where are my music videos?

I purchased music videos & I can see them under my purchased list, but WHERE ARE THEY to get them on my ipod (new generation touch)?
    This is driving me mad!!
    Help please!

Music Videos purchased from the store, will actually go under the "Music" library. They will be sorted under the proper artist and album if applicable. You can tell music videos from the music in a library with the little Video icon to the right of the tracks name.
Also, newer versions of iTunes come with the "Music Video" smart playlist made for you, and they should also appear there. If not, you might want to make one yourself! Use the following condition:
    -Video Kind is: Music Video

  • Where are relative CS6 videos?

    Where are current CS6 videos?

They should be on Adobe TV. CS6 is not current. It hasn't changed since it came out May 2012.

Do a search on a particular product like "InDesign CS6"

  • Why are iTunes Music Videos Censored?

I have recently began to build a collection of music videos. Upon doing so, I thought I had inadvertently purchased a clean version instead of the explicit - Staind, 'It's been awhile'.
    Apple graciously refunded the purchase.
However, when I downloaded the explicit version again - it had been censored.
This aroused my curiosity - I then downloaded several other music videos that stated 'explicit', and while they aren't as censored as the 'clean' version - IE the whole explicit word isn't dead space, just half - as in 'fuc*ed up = fu(dead space) up'.
So I started to look around - and found there are artists who have made the majority of their music videos explicit - such as Queensryche - yet iTunes ONLY has clean versions.
And of the artists that have both explicit such as Staind - the explicit versions are almost as edited as the clean.
In other words, out of a over a dozen artists and with the same amount of music videos, the unedited version either wasn't available at all, or was edited.
I then emailed my finding to an iTunes store rep - and he wrote and said, 'if an explicit version is available from the artist, we have it with the clean. Therefore, if we don't have an explicit version, it isn't made available to us from the record label.'
This statement isn't true, you can find ALL of the unedited versions on the web - they just aren't available through iTunes.
    Has anyone else noticed this?
I know I have purchased explicit songs on iTunes - heck they even had 'Body Count', the entire album...
However, when it comes to Music Video's, they seem to only have / sell clean or edited versions...
Is this some kind of underground secret? Is it some kind of software bungle?
    Does anyone know??

This censored-thing just drive me mad... It's such a childish, irresponsible and, I would say, immoral behavior. I mean, I'm responsible of the education of my kids and if I can't teach them good value it's not a censored-prefabricated-clean world that would help, not even one fraction of a second. And gosh for words like the f-word or the s-word!!! I just can't believe it. What happen with the liberty to choose, the liberty of each individual to make choices? I mean to be able to choose, we most have the choice if we delete part of the choice, there is no choice left. And that, for me, is immoral: choosing for others. Another name for this behavior is manipulation: you manipulate the information so that others can't make a choice, there is no choice left. Oh shi*, I think I'm going to throw up... Beuuuurk.... Ah! That felt good...
Anyway, to be more constructive and to come back to the initial point. It's true that if you have bought a song tagged Explicit, you expect it to be explicit (no matter who did the editing). If it's not the case, than you should be able to get a refund.
I mean it's like buying a pair of shoes in a store where you can't see the shoes itself, you only see the box. And you buy a box that says "Blue suede shoes" with a nice picture. You say great, and you buy them. And when you're home, you open the box and find out that someone have painted the blue suede shoes in black (with a sticky bad smelling substance that make the shoes look ugly) and when you complain about it, the clerk just says: "Well sir, Blue suede shoes refers to Elvis Presley, Elvis was a dirty dancer and the boss of the company is afraid that his 25 years old daughter will loose her virginity if she sees any reference to this dancer, so we had to edit the shoes. Sorry sir, but you've opened the box, no refund but have a nice day, and I was very please to serve you sir. Please come back again!" More non-senses!
As for the Wall-Mart policy, I would say that I'm quite surprise that you (or rather a consumer association) can't fight them. I mean they have edited the song they should clearly state it so that you know what you are buying. I would say that you should be able to get a refund because they did not provide the right information. My guess...

  • HT4527 Where are the music I transferred with the Migration Assistant?

I used the Migration Assistant to move my music library on iTunes to a new one, and both my new Macbook and old computer said the music transfer worked. However, I can´t seem to find the music files on my Mac that I wanted to transfer. Where are they, and how can I move them into iTunes?

Log out, log in to the migrated account, locate the music, drag it to the /Users/Shared/ folder, and from there to the first account's home folder.

  • Where are the Auidio/ Video Settings

Capture tells me to adjust the Audio/Video settings. Where are these settings and what do I set them to.

    John,
Set the Easy Setup to AVCHD 1920x1080i  50 or 60 for PAL or NTSC respectively.
Save a Project with these settings assuming your footage is AVCHD.
File>Log and Transfer over USB should do the job.

  • Where ara my music videos.

I have 2 music videos in my iTunes and after syncing I don't know where to find them in my iPhone. I have checked them. Where can I find my videos to play them in my phone?

Thanks for your help. My problem is that when I go to the iPod app, then on more and go to videos, they're not there. I also went to playlists, then music videos and there's nothing. It says I can download music from iTunes... I know I'm doing something wrong because I can play them in my computer just fine.

  • Where are the music?

Just a quick question here. If I'm listening to music in iTunes, where are all the music stored, as in which directory. TIA!

Where the files are that you are playing in iTunes will depend on how you have iTunes configured. If in iTunes>Preferences>Advanced>General you have the boxes "Keep iTunes Music folder organised" and "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" checked then the file iTunes uses this file structure to organise things:
    User/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Artist/Album/File name
There are also folders for compilations, podcasts, TV shows, movies, games, and unknown.
If you aren't letting iTunes do the organising then files you add to the library will be in the folders you originally stored them in. To tell where a file in the library is located, right click on it (hold down Control and click when using a one button mouse or pad) and choose "Show in Finder", this will take you directly to where the file is kept.

  • TS4062 why are my music videos not synching to my ipad from itunes?  only songs are synching

I can get my itunes songs to synch to my ipad but not my music videos.  what am i doing wrong?

    Hey there 2Chainz,
It sounds like youre being prompted that there is not enough space. I would use the following article to help resolve the issue named:
iOS: "Not enough free space" alert when trying to sync
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1503
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your device, then syncing again to solve this issue.
Orphaned files may remain on your iOS device if it is physically disconnected while syncing music, podcasts, videos, or photos. This can prevent iTunes from syncing the iOS device on subsequent sync sessions. When this happens, the Capacity indicator in iTunes may report a large amount of "Other" disk usage for the iOS device. To resolve this issue:
Turn off the music or photo sync option in iTunes for the device.
Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
Turn the music and photo sync options for the device on again.
Click Apply again to try to sync the device to iTunes.
If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 5.
Turn off the automatic syncing functions for the iOS device. To do this:
Select the iOS device from the iTunes window and click the Summary tab.
Deselect "Automatically sync when this device is connected" and select the "Sync only checked songs and videos" checkbox.
Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
Reduce the amount of data that is being synced to the device and resync the device. For example, if syncing your Music library exceeds the memory capacity of the device, choose "Selected playlists" to transfer rather than "All songs and playlists" under the Music tab in iTunes.
If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 6.
    Restore using iTunes.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    Regards,
    Sterling

  • Where are all the Video FX and Audio FX from iMovie HD?

Exactly! I tried looking for them, but all I found were: Music and Sound Effects, Photos, Titles, and Transitions.
iMovie HD had things (under "Editing") such as: Video FX and Audio FX, and also had waaay more choices of Titles, and a couple extra Transitions.
Is there a way that I can find all the stuff iMovie HD had on iMovie '08 without using iMovie HD?

Many reviews of iMovie 08 recommend using both iMovie 08 and iMovie 06 (I do).
When iLife 08 is installed, all of the old applications are automatically deleted EXCEPT iMovie 06, because Apple WANTS you to have it.
The Web site below has a good comparison of iMovie 08 and iMovie 06.
    http://www.geethree.com/slick/imovie8.html
Apple includes iMovie 06 as a free download to iLife 08 owners. (THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE IT!)
