Where are my pre-paid receipts????

Since October 2014 Verizon has ceased to send receipts for my pre-paid services and documentation of these financial transactions. I literally have to contact support every month for a copy of my receipt. Support tells me today that I must call monthly to get my financial receipts for service as they are no longer being sent unless you are part of "contract services". So for the 3+ years I have had my iPad and automatically receiving receipts for services I have to call for them. This sounds more like customer inconvenience vs. customer service. I am also told I cannot be listed as an ACCOUNT OWNER to view this information on my online account as that is also part of "contract services" and not available to the common-ers.
WTH Verizon! .... you are conducting financial transactions and not providing documentation to these. You successfully charge me each month however cannot show a receipt. YOU ARE AWFUL. You tell your customers THEY have to contact you to get a receipt?????

You shouldn't be billed multiple times for a preorder iBook as you are able to download this type of media again free of charge via the steps below. The iTunes Store will prompt you with an indicator that the item has already been purchased and available for download which should prevent you from being overcharged.

Pre-paid receipts/invoices

I need a receipt (preferably a tax invoice if possible but at least a RECEIPT) for two $180 prepaid recharges made on line. Telstra explain they have GST problems with issuing an official TAX INVOICE if the recharge is purchased on line ........ but not if you purchase it in a store? How can that be? Thanks Clyne You are absolutely right. It's there now! Guess you just have to know that the receipts are only available from the 3rd of the month - and where to find them. Also have to ignore a lot of what is said at https://go.telstra.com.au/helpandsupport/-/pre-paid-tax-invoices. Because that says things like: "Please note: because of the way GST is applied, these tax invoices are only available after you've used your Pre-Paid credit, and not before such as at the time of recharge." Not true?"You can also obtain a receipt for recharging your Pre-Paid service if you purchase through one of our retail outlets. Unfortunately we are presently unable to offer receipts for recharges purchased online." Not true?"Please note: this is a receipt, which is not a tax invoice, but can still be used in place of a tax invoice when used in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) guidelines."Not true? Anyway, thanks to your guidance, I've found "tax invoices" for my recharges (even though they show zero GST).

Where are my pre-2009 masters etc.?

Quick background: I used iPhoto for many years and switched to Aperture 2 a little over a year ago. I upgraded to 3.0.1 a few weeks ago and migrated the library.
The good news: Aperture 3.0.1 is working (not quickly!) and I can see my 31,000 images that go back to 1999!
The bad news: I just looked at the contents of my 188GB Aperture library and I found that the Masters sub-directory only goes back to 2009. I thought all the iPhoto photos were imported into the Aperture library.
Any ideas on where the photos might be and why I only have masters for 2009 and 2010?

Where are the installer pkg receipts?

I just found out that 10.6.8 has a different receipts handling for installer packages. And almost all of my /Library/Receipts entries are gone.
Sadly, though, some uninstallers depend on the availability of the Receipts. For instance the MacFUSE uninstaller tries to find the receipt Archive.bom to find out what needs to be removed.
Is there a way to unearth the receipts information from my system?

I have (US) iPhone 4 that takes a microSIM card. I will be traveling in Seoul, S. Korea this summer for ~ 1month. I'd like to take my iPhone 4 with me to Seoul and just switch out the microSIM card so that i can get a local Korea number, etc. Does anyone know where (in Seoul) I can get a (Korea) microSIM card with a pre-paid phone plan that I can use when visiting there? My iPhone 4 is UNLOCKED.

Verizon- this is NO WAY to conduct business by telling your customers they have to call for a receipt each month. WHY would you change your processes of sending receipts automatically and STOP sending them and NOT make them available online? Is this really your level of customer service you provide now???? Shameful and seems shady. It is great you have ZERO problems taking my money automatically yet you cannot provide a receipt in the year 2015?

Receipts often take a couple of days to arrive, and sometimes longer. If it's been several days since a purchase and you haven't gotten a receipt, check any anti-spam filters on your email account or in your email application and see if they might be blocking emails from Apple.
Note that you can always see records of your purchased by signing into your iTunes Store account and viewing the Purchase History.

They should be in the Videos app :
If they aren't in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them ?

Your purchases won't automatically show in your new Mac's iTunes library. If you go into iTunes > Preferences and on the Store tab tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' then what you can redownload should show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against them - click on the cloud to download them. Or click on your name towards the top right of iTunes and then click Purchased on the popup, and you can redownload them from there.
If you've moved countries since buying the music, or if the rights-holders have removed them from the store, then you won't be able to redownload them. In that case if you still have your old computer then you could copy them over from that (e.g. via an external drive : How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support or via home sharing), or copy them from your backup of your downloads/library and add them via File > Add Too Library

In your case, I'd highly recommend switching off auto-renewal once you've purchased your annual membership. You can make changes to your Creative Cloud subscription on the My Account page on Adobe.com: https://www.adobe.com/account.html Just click on "My subscriptions and services" in the far right column. Once your full annual membership commitment ends, go in and make sure your annual membership has fully expired and does not automatically renew. Then all you have to do is purchase your 12-month pre-paid from Amazon and make sure you use the same account information you used in your first subscription.
The only fee that you could encounter in this process is if you decide to cancel your annual memberships early: (taken from the Creative Cloud FAQ)
If you decide to cancel a 3- or 12-month prepaid membership purchased at a retailer or online store, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the time left on your membership. To cancel your membership, contact Adobe Customer Service.
To cancel a one-year membership, you can either go online to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service. If you cancel your membership before meeting the 12-month commitment date, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
