Where are steves "not yet documented example file"

i am tryin go test some of the examples that are demonstrated in http://blogs.oracle.com/smuenchadf/resource/examples page

I know that Oracle is in the process of migrating stuff from samplecode.oracle.com to the java.net infrastructure - apparently those haven't been moved yet, but the links are pointing to where they should eventually end up.

Steve, in the Not yet documented examples, you have an Array of String Domain Example. We tried to modify this to create a simple struts flow that sets up the view with some parameters and then shows a datapage of the results.
When run in batch mode, you get:
Validation Error

the 28302 and 25063 errors are undocumented.
If you switch to Immediate mode, it works.
Similarly, we tried to use a numeric Array in our current project to filter a view of records to a specific client list (client and his associations). The view renders OK the first time, but when you click a setCurrentRowWithKey hyperlink, the view ends up getting "refreshed" so that our JSTL expressions that point back to this "master page" bindings, i.e. ${data.MasterPageUIModel.ViewPfRptsDueView1} show incorrect data.
Normally, if you drop a view object on the page, and have a setCurrentRowWithKey, then navigate to a detail set, it RETAINS the row selected when you return to this view. Without changing ANYTHING else, other than the where clause to read: client_id in (' || my_client_list ||')', it worked perfectly. It also worked perfectly if we switched our sync mode to: Immediate instead of batch.
Can you/anyone elaborate why it works in one mode and not in another?

It appears to work in batch mode, if you make a call to the array method: useElementType, i.e.
arr = new Array(descriptor,conn,names);
arr.useElementType( java.lang.String.class);
However, this method appears to be written incorrectly. IF I just change the array.java useElementType method to read:
public void useElementType( Class claz )
if ( mElemType == null )
mElemType = claz;
instead of:
public void useElementType(Class claz)
if (mElemType != null)
mElemType = claz;
it works.
I'm just trying to get some closure on this.

The download link for the samples does not work. It directs us to Oracle JDeveloper Products Page instead.
Clicking on the title of any sample application used to enable the download of the sample file. Now it points to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/overview/index.html
Is there an alternative way to download the sample applications?

Your samples are a very important source of reference for us. Hopefully all the samples can be migrated to the new site soon.
I am using JDev 11.1.1.2. I am using editable checkboxes is a table with RowSelection = Single. When I click on a selectBooleanCheckbox on a different row other than the current table row, the checkbox value changes at first but immediately reverts back to the previous state. It works fine so long as I remain on current row of the table. If I turn RowSelection off then I don't face this issue.
For information, I wanted to take a look at your sample 145. Using a CheckBox in an Editable Table with Boolean/Button Binding.

i want to change the buttons to customized ones.
where are html pages stored (in db/files/...),
i want to edit the html (or jsp) sources.

Portal pages are assambled dynamically, you don't find them in the database or file system. You can control the LAF of your page through page styles. Alternatively, you can extend or overwrite the default portal styles using HTML (aka User Interface or UI) templates. You find information about styles and templates in the Portal documentation and online help.

I think that you need to be patient.
There has not been any release of Camera Raw since the release of the camera.
I recommend to try the next version once it will be released, as there might be preliminary support (and therefore not listed).
Usually, Adobe is amongs the firsts to support a new camera.
Even though the Camera Raw team is fielded with wonderful coders, I do not think that they do have a time machine to allow support before they have their hands on a camera

While saving the PGI I am facing the follwoing error message: "Valuation area 1000 not yet productive with material ledger----
The material ledger has been activated for the valuation area but
material data has not yet been converted in theis valuation area."

Please run CKMSTART tcode and give that plant no(HDQF). Execute the process and then click on Confirm button in the dialog box.

Where are all the Photo and Music files hiding?

When I "Get Info" for the Music folder in my Home directory it says that the folder contains 7,672 items taking up 34.87 GB of HD space. On the bottom of the iTunes window it says that iTunes includes 3,514 songs using 16.55 GB.
Similarly, "Get Info" for the Pictures folder in my Home directory says that it includes 24,989 photo files using 28.22 GB of space. However, on the bottom of the iPhoto window it says that there are 5,574 photos in iPhoto.
The question is, what are and where are all of these extra music files and photos?
The numbers quoted in the applications themselves look right. I don't have 7,672 tunes and I definitely don't have 24,989 photos.
I transfered the folders from my iMac to the Macbook Pro by connecting the iMac in Target Disk mode by Firewire. Is it possible that somehow I created many duplicate music and photo files? How do I eliminate the duplicates to free up HD space?

iPhoto stores and uses a package now for the iPhoto LIbrary which if you do get info and show package contents has your files and library you imported.
Might want to ask in iLife area too.

- The iTunes backup that iTunes makes included photos in the camera roll. If yo go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices what is the date of the backup? Is it when the photos were on the iPod? You have to restore from that backup.
- What may have happened is that you backup the iPod after you restored the iPod but before restoring from backup. iTunes only keeps one backup and overwrites the previous backup with the changes.

I installed a Oracle 10g Database an looking now for the GeoRaster PL/SQL DEMO Files.
The Documentation: OracleÂ® Spatial, GeoRaster, 10g Release 1 (10.1), Part No. B10827-01 list in Table 1-12 some example Files which should be locatet in $ORACLE_HOME/md/demos/georaster/plsql.
Unforunatelly I couldn't find this directory on my System. I find $ORACLE_HOME/md but not the subdirectory demos. I searched my whole File-System for the example Files (georaster_demo.sql, create_georaster_table.sql ...) but got no hit.
Does anybody knows how I can get the example Files??

Where are the unpacked native resources / dll files?

Among the dll files in my native.jar there is an exe file that needs to be executed from the Java Web Start application.
I see that the files are unpacked at:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javaws\http\Dlocalhost\P8080\DMwebstart\RNnative_win.jar
but how can I retrieve this path from the java application?
(I need the full path to my exe file, and user.dir is "C:\Program files\Mozilla", not the above)

Java WebStart doesn't unpack anything, it just
downloads and caches the jar files. Yes, it unpacks the native files, because I found them in the folder I specified in my post:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javaws\http\Dlocalhost\P8080\DMwebstart\RNnative_win.jar
"RNnative_win.jar" is a folder name, not the downloaded jar file. The folder contains all the native files, so Java Web Start indeed upacks the jar.
So therefore I was hoping I could find this folder programatically instead of unpacking the jar once more.

I've done a back up (choosing "Notes" in the options) of my Nokia N70 with Nokia PC Suit 7 to Upload the phone. After it, I put the back up inside the phone again and everything is right but there ARE NO NOTES!!
They were really important for me... Is it possible to find my Notes again??

E61 - where are the notes kept?

simple question: Where are notes (in *.txt format) kept on the E61? I would like to synchronize one of them with my laptop, but I couldn´t find them using the "Nokia Phone Browser" that pops up in my Explorer once I have connected via USB.
