Where are the HD menu templates PE11?

I am using the PE11 trial and when I try to look for a menu before burning to BD, non of the options have the "HD" in the corner. All of the templates shown are SD. What am I doing wrong? Using Windows 7 64 bit. Thanks

In the Expert view, you can access "Movie Menu" from the Action Bar Menu at the top of the interface or from Tools/Movie Menu in the expanded Action Bar at the bottom of the interface. When you do that, how many DVD Templates categories do you have? The "Slideshow" category/Pan and Zoom theme installs with the program. No downloading necessary for that one. If you have a HD project preset, then you will see thumbnail for Pan and Zoom, with HD in the thumbnail's top right corner. Do you see that?
The important questions become:
a. in spite of the fact that you believe that you have downloaded all the DVD Templates, how many categories of DVD Templates do you find under Expert view Action Bar Tools Movie Menu and how many of them still have the blue bar at the top right of the thumbnail?
b. have you verified the project preset that Premiere Elements has selected for you (please see Edit Menu/Project Settings)?

  • Where are the DVD menu templates?

Purchased Compressor 4 today and am so far quite underwhelmed.
One of the features on the Apple product page is "Choose from a set of menu templates to create basic Blu-ray discs or DVDs".   All I see are two templates:  the basic "black" and "white" templates that also ship with FCPX - simple title, single video, optional streched/clipped background image, optional chapter menu.  No sound/etc.
Granted, a set can contain zero or more items, so the Apple statement is truthful that these two templates are a "set" ... but sure seems misleading, implying that we would have more than two choices.
Anyone know if there is any ability to create or add more DVD menu templates to Compressor 4 / FCPX?
[I'm one of many struggling with  iDVD as my only disk burning option, since I've moved from Final Cut Express, which did not include DVD Studio Pro and Apple has not unbundled that product ... so FCPX users have very limited options for standalone DVD authoring programs.]
    Thanks,
    Karl

Only 2 for SD DVD, there's several for Blu Ray.
There is a place to find them, but you'd be hard pressed to figure out how to decifer them.

  • Where are the "Display As" templates?

I am using the Blue Grey theme on an application. On some forms there are fields that are not updateable and have the Display As set to "Text Disabled, ..."
In the Blue Tan theme fields that are set to Display As "Text Disabled, ..." are grayed out. I want to gray out the text or the boxes on the fields in the Blue Gray theme just like that.
I looked at the Blue Tan templates for the form Region and can not see what I should change... not even a clue. Doesn't look like it cares about the Display As property.
    Where should I look?
Or, heaven help me, does this require changing the CSS file?
    TIA,
    Sam

    Christina,
    The themes are
    2 is Blue and Tan
    13 is Blue Gray
Let me see if I understand the problem correctly. When you set an item as either Text Field (Disabled, does not save state) or Text Field (Disabled, saves state) display type, this works in Blue Tan theme, but does not work in Blue Gray theme?
    Close but not exactly.
In both themes the "Display As" property of Text Field (Disabled, ...) does disable the field from updates. In theme 2 (Blue and Tan) it also "grays" the text. This is common in many applications for identifying information that can not be updated. In theme 13 (Blue Gray) it does not change the text to gray but leaves it black.
If you go to Shared Components>Templates, you will find templates for "Labels" types (No Label, Optional Label, etc.). When you set the Label type in a Page Item, the template changes the way the Label is displayed and allows HTML coding.
I am looking for templates for the "Display As" type. It isn't on the templates page so I assume it is hidden somewhere in the bowels fo ApEx.

  • Where are the SSRS menu items?

    Hi
I've set up Sharepoint Foundation 2013 and Reporting Services 2014 in integrated mode. I've created a library and added my data source to that library. I've created another library for reports, and uploaded a report there. However, I remember that in SharePoint
2010 there used to be menu items for reports such as "Manage Data Sources" and so on, which are not there in 2013.
I've been through the steps to add the Report Builder Report content type to the library and make it the default. I've tried uploading rdl files manually, deploying them through Visual Studio, and creating them from scratch using Report Builder from the
Files>New Document>Report Builder Report ribbon item. Still no menus.
Are they no longer available in SharePoint 2013 or have I misconfigured something somewhere? I was hoping to be able to bulk upload a bunch of rdl's and point them individually at my data source. I'll be able to do it another way, but now I'm really confused
as to where the option has gone.
    Any ideas?
    Duncan

    Hi Trevor
Yes, I had to in order to get the reporting services integration to work. I've got 2 servers, and SharePoint Foundation and SQL Server Standard, so for licencing cost reasons I installed SharePoint on both the SharePoint and SQL Servers, and SQL Express
on the main SharePoint server. Not best practice I realize, but since SharePoint is free and SQL is not, I couldn't intall full SSRS on the SharePoint server as my understanding was that I would need 2 SQL licences rather than one.
So I've got a farm with 2 SharePoint servers, one of which just runs the Reporting Services service, secure store service and workflow timer service and is on the SQL Server. The main SharePoint server has the SSRS add-in installed, and runs everything else
    - Central Admin, the site collection, Claims to Windows Token service, Search etc. The main server has a copy of SQL 2014 Express for its various databases, and the SSRS databases are on the SQL Server.
    I hope that makes sense!

  • Where are the Premiere Elements Templates stored once downloaded

Hi, I'm downloading the Movie Templates to my Desktop and appreciate that this will take some time. So I don't have to repeat this exercise, can someone tell me where the templates are stored so I may archive them. Thanks.
Windows 7 Pro X64. Adobe Premiere Elements 11.

premiere-user-v11 is correct in directing you to the Online Folder with regard to the hard drive home for the downloaded Content from within Premiere Elements 11 opened project.

  • Where are the non J2EE Templates ???

I'm posting this after hours of frustration. A little background is required:
I've been working on a project utilizing Java 2D to manipulate 16 bit images. In dealing with a BufferedImage.TYPE_CUSTOM image originating on a CT scanner, I've come across what I believe might be a JAva 2D bug.
So I searched the Java site for info about the forums and bug reports, and realized that I had to get a 30 day Standard subscription, which of course meant installing Java Studio Creator. The hoops I had to jump through to do that I will not go into here. (I had been using Netbeans 3.6 for my development.)
So, I was finally able to log a report. I included the code which led to the problem (a pipeline of JAI.create calls on the original image, which could, by the way, be displayed without any exceptions). Looking at my email this morning I found that I am required to provide information to recreate the bug in Studio Creator in order for it to be examined. This has a couple of complications:
    1. The image in question is obtained from an image file formatted according to the DICOM protocol
    2. Reading the image file and converting it to a BufferedImage requires the use of a third party Image I/O plugin.
I can provide both of these if required, but first back to the issue at hand.
I whittled the bug scenario down such that I have a single class which can be used to recreate the error scenario. All I need to do now is create a simple non-J2EE, non-web, non-GUI "standalone executable" project. This appears to be impossible with Studio Creator "out of the box". A template is demanded, and the only one available is the J2EE one, which of course leads to an inundation of JSP, Beans, JSF etc clutter.
IS THERE NO WAY TO JUST USE THIS PRODUCT TO JUST COMPILE AND RUN A SIMPLE JAVA CLASS???? I suppose this information can be found somewhere, but I don't look forward to digging around for many more hours to locate what seems to me a basic question for any IDE
If not, is there ANY way to communicate with Sun regarding possible bugs? Hell, I'd be happy to pay $100 just to log and get feedback on this one issue. I'm contracting on an hourly basis, and this has already cost me more than that.
Thanks for any advice, opinion, mild abuse, etc.

    Hi Bob,
Sun Java Studio Creator is a tool for building web applications. To complie and run a simple java class NetBeans is the tool to use. NetBeans 4.1 is available and you could try this.
You should be able to log a bug with your trial license. If not you can post it here in the forum and we will file the bug on your behalf.
    Cheers
    Giri :-)

  • Where are the MetaData Templates located in PS C6 on a Mac?

Where are the MetaData Templates located in PS C6 on a Mac that you can add your contact and copyright information to?
On a Windows machine they are located in Owner/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/XMP.  I have some templates that I want to copy from a Windows laptop over to a Macbook Pro.
    Thanks, Bill

I’m on Mac OS 10.6.8 and there it seems to be
    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/XMP/Metadata Templates
I think as of OS 10.7 Macintosh hides the Library, but one can get there by alt-clicking the Go-menu and selecting it from there … or something.

The CSS Designer panel is a fairly new addition to DW. The version of DW you are using is older than the tutorial video by at least one version.
There were quite a few changes between these versions...
    DWCS6 Perpetual (disk/one-time download)
    DWCS6 Cloud (subscription)
DWCC (first one with the CSS Designer panel)
    DWCC 2014
You really should make sure any tutorial you use matches your exact version of the program. Even if it does, updates to the cloud versions may make that information outdated in short order.

  • Where is the action menu in Pages?

Where is the action menu in Pagess?  The "accepting changes" help says its all in the "Action Menu" but nothing is labled as the "action menu"  Where is it?

    Simio,
I must confess, I didn't research the answer very well before my first response. It turns out that in the current version of the English edition of Pages User Guide, the phrase "Action Menu" appears 20 times. And to think I don't recall ever seeing it before.
My reading of the guide indicates that the "gear" icon with a disclosure triangle is an Action Menu. They are everywhere, in many contexts besides Tracking, and I always thought of them as the "gear" menu. Dale's graphic gets you close, but his capture isn't quite wide enough to catch the Action Menu icon. It's here:
And, it looks like this after clicking the disclosure triangle:

  • Where are the .joboptions stored on a Mac for InDesign CC?

Where are the .joboptions stored on a Mac for InDesign CC?
I put them in the usual directory:      /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PDF/Settings   .  .  . but they are not seen by InDesign CC.
. . . Photoshop, Illustrator, Distiller and Acrobat are seeing my custom profiles and any default profiles I removed are not there for those apps.
Even older versions of all these apps and InDesign 6 and 5 see my custom profiles.
But InDesign CC only shows the ones shown in the screen shot below:  (High Quality, the PDF/X versions[3], Press and Smallest size)
I know I can probably do a "Load" profile, but that's not the point and I need to remove the default profiles.
I'm in a multiple user environment and need to lock down the use of profiles to our companies select few.
Did a thorough search of the entire Mac and PDF/X- does not even show up.   Any suggestions?     Anyone?    I'm scratchin'  my head at this point.

      This was the correct answer:
Laubender     Jun 2, 2014 12:18 AM  (in response to Maurice Castelbuono)
@Maurizio – the standard settings, the joboption files with the brackets like [PDF/X-1a:2001] are stored inside the inDesign app for InDesign CC 9.2.1.
The path for these would be:
    /Applications/Adobe InDesign CC.app/Contents/MacOS/Resources/Adobe PDF/settings/mul
or with a Japanese version of InDesign:
    /Applications/Adobe InDesign CC.app/Contents/MacOS/Resources/Adobe PDF/settings/japan
If you do a right-click on the InDesign app you can show them with "Show Package Contents" options.
All other PDF joboptions that you are creating are relative to your current User Library. They are stored in:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PDF/Settings
Where the tilde sign at the beginning indicates the home of the currently used user.
You can access ~/Library, if you press the alt key when accessing the "Go To" menu in the Finder. Otherwise it's invisible.

  • Where are the home and end buttons

so i'm new to mac and purchased a mac book pro and that's when it hit me, where are the Insert, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down keys? Where are the arrow keys. I'm not much of a track pad user and although I think it is awesome I like to keep my hands on the keyboard as much as possible.
Also, is it me or does the Delete key on a Mac move in the wrong direction (from right to left instead of left to right)?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
The answer is the Fn key...
Held down in addition to the Left arrow is Home, with the Right arrow key is End, with the Up arrow key is PgUp, with the Down arrow key is PgDn, and with to the Delete key is Forward Delete.
You might find it helpful to enable the Keyboard Viewer in Hardware, Keyboard, Show Keyboard viewer in menu bar. On OS X 10.6 it displays a flag for your selected country. (Not sure about OS X Lion 10.7 though.) When enabled, click on the flag and select Show Keyboard Viewer. As you press Shift, Fn, Ctrl, Alt/Option, and Command you will see onscreen what keystrokes result, separately and in combination.

  • Where are the media files?

I can't believe I'm asking such a basic question but I can't find the answer! Where are the media clips stored in iMovie 6? In past versions, the media was kept in a folder titled "Media". I've searched my computer for clips I want to export to FCE but can't find them.
    Thanks!

Ctrl-click (or right-click) the icon of the project file to get the contextual menu. Choose "Show Package Contents".
