The applications on the tablet will be updated only if the operating system is updated, but currently there is no roadmap to update the Tablet P to ICS at this moment. We apologize for this. We will announce any new updates within the Announcement category.

Where are files for my applications kept? I'm trying to do a clean install.

I have an intel imac OS 10.6.8. I have to do a clean install and need to transfer my files to a USB flashdrive because time machine hasn't backed up in 3 months. Where are files for my applications kept?

Since you mentioned Time Machine, I'm assuming you have an external hard drive? So why not make a complete backup - either with Time Machine or a bootable clone with CarbonCopyCloner or SuperSuper? Applications sometimes transfer well, but not always - it depends how many files/parts they have on the hard drive in different locations. There is no simple answer to your question because of that - it depends on the individual application. I'd back up all of it, do the install, and then use Setup Assistant to port things back.

I disagree with the recommendation to try Chrome.Since the last Chrome update I am experiencing the same issues you are.I have also tried Opera which is fairly fast but extremely buggy in my experience.I have used Firefox but dislike it for the same reason I disliked IE.............toolbars!And I want to see more of the page than it displays.My Dad swears by Safari but I find the interface to be less user friendly than either Chrome or Opera.I must confess that I have all 4 of these browsers on my late-2008 MBP and use each one in different situations based on my needs at the time.Try them all and decide which is right for you.The best choices are made with hands-on experience.

RAW compatibility update for Sony Alpha a55 (model SLT-A55V)

It seems to be everyone's issue with latest camera - when is Apple going to send an update for the Sony Alpha a55??
Or does someone knows a way around to get RAW compatibility with this model?

Software update for Original Tablet S

With all of the great minds (and resourses) over at Sony, why has no one come up with a software upgrade/update for us original TABLET S owners??? How long must we wait. I'm truly feeling left out and ripperd off, I'm afraid... With no updates in the foreseeable future, I'll be forced to buy a new tablet, and It will be hard for me to spend my hard earned money on any Sony products in the future!

Hi, I want to set up a connection from Visual Basic Express Edition 2008 to my Oracle DB.
Where are the Oracle DB files kept?
Also, will the connection work? I have the Oracle XE ODBC driver...

What Tables are updated for BAPI BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST .

What are the database tables that are updated when this BAPI returns no error .
I am trying to use this BAPI to load the data entered in transaction KP26.
The BAPI gives me no errors and does not update the table COST ( which is updated when the trasaction is saved manually )

No, I am not looking directly for dependencies which can be very well if any table is read in a PL/SQL code.
I am strictly (subset of dependecies) looking for PL/SQL that updates tables.
I was going to search for update string in user_source, but was hoping someone must have figured out a nicer way.

You can find the sync password and the sync key in the password manager on the computer where you created that sync account (email).
Look for:

does't suprise me at all sony needs more experienced beta testers really those that actualy use device bit more extreme then normal user would.
If something is stable in extreme conditions then its likely perfectly stable talking about actualy running lot apps leaving everything open and opening new tab for anything etc while doing normal every day tasks that everyone usualy does or more.
other then that they should probably test much longer have bit more patience while testing while perhaps testing 5 tablets at same time.
perhaps they could use some software that mirror commands they do to nearby tablets on a grid so they can even test 100 tablets at once to see which one gives in and randomly shutdown first.
or just to to have a different build on each tablet to see which one is most stable and which one fails so they can rule out bad builds.

Does anyone know when the Android 3.1 update for the AT100 is due for release? It was shipped with 3.01xx.
I have read that it was released for the Thrive (AT105) in the USA in July and was hoping to be able to Update my AT100.

If you are in Australia, I believe you will soon be able to get the 3.1 update by sending it into Toshiba for a free flash/upgrade.
I found their support site:

They said there was no Over The Air update, at least not yet.

Where are classes for oracle.xml.parser.v2?

I have downloaded both V1 and V2 of the XML parser. I have managed to download the java classes under org.w3c.dom from www.w3.org but I can't find the classes under oracle.xml.parser.v2 (or without v2) anyway on technet. Both are required for import.
I would have expected them to be in the ZIP files xmlparser_v1_0_2_0.zip and xmlparser_v2_0_2_7.zip but they don't seem to be. These contain the equivalent HTML files but not the class files themselves, so compiling the samples is not possible.
Any help would be appreciated as this is becoming very frustrating.

I can't find option in iTunes to update the 28apps my iPad says there are updates for

Old version of iTunes had a section in the Apps section (when syncing) that said 'update all'.
It would go get all the updates for your apps.
Now I can't find that option. The iPad says 28 apps have updates but no way in itunes to
get them. How do you update the apps if your ipad has no access to Wifi or 3g service?
