Mine look like the ep-480's. I think that the dude that assembled your zen micro package was feeling especially generous. Mine just came with the USB, the adapter, and all of the basic swag. If you compare specs though, you'll see that the numbers are very similar... even though I imagine that yours probably sound better. I just want to buy another pair of creative phones... I like them, even though people have said that they aren't the greatest... I've tried the fontopia's and they aren't really loud enough to me even though they are articulated a little better, and I'm not spending 00+ bucks on the shures.

As for using Time Machine...Unfortunately, I (stupidly...) pulled the plug on my external hard without first ejecting the disc image, and so (stupidly...) wiped my external drive clean when trying to troubleshoot this very problem. My dumb. So no TM backup to go to.

I'm reasonably certain the upgrade you found at that third party site would not work with your version.
But it looks like you still qualify for partial upgrade pricing through Adobe, it drops from $399 for the full version to $249 going from 5.0 to 6.0 (skipping 5.5)...

Hi, Mark. Your Powerbook can use up to 2GB of RAM, and there is no increased risk of trouble when using the maximum as long as the RAM used is suitable. Suitable RAM can be ordered from scores of online vendors. I don't know what the best sources in the UK might be, but I suggest that you look for Samsung, Crucial, or Hynix branded RAM from a vendor whose web site explicitly advertises it as compatible with Aluminum Powerbook G4s.
