Someone said I need to Buy a starter Disc inorder to fix my computer. Where about whould I beable to buy one??

It would be advantageous, if you responded to, the questions in My Reply, in your Other Related Topic HERE.
If you call Apple Customer Service (1-800-767-2775), provide the iBook's serial number and specifications, you can order a replacement set of discs for a fee.
These will be the discs, for the original OS, that was installed when the iBook was manufactured.
If that version was not Panther 10.3.x, you should also purchase a Full Retail Version of Panther 10.3.x.x, Tiger 10.4.x, or Leopard 10.5.x, if the iBook meets the System Requirements.
If your Mac meets the Tiger System Requirements, Tiger is available for purchase at The Apple Store (U.S.).
If your Mac meets the Leopard System Requirements. Leopard 10.5.x, can also be purchased at The Apple Store (U.S.).
Panther, is no longer available directly from the Apple Online Store, as Leopard 10.5.x, is the most up to date OS.
If you know what to look for, a Full Retail Version, of the Panther Install CDs, or a Full Retail Version, of the Tiger Install DVD, can be purchased, sometimes less expensively, at some online Apple retailers, Amazon, eBay, FastMac, HardCore Mac, AllMac, etc.
Be sure not to purchase grey, upgrade or machine specific CDs or DVDs.
Panther is only on CDs, not DVDs.
The discs should look exactly like the images in the above links, and not say Upgrade, CPU Drop-in DVD, or "This software is part of a hardware bundle purchase - not to be sold seperately." on them.

I know some good solutions to a lot of problems with Mac Pros. And other readers know a whole lot more solutions.
I do not know of any problem that can be solved by replacing these boards in a nearly-new Mac Pro. The processor board is sold as a bare board, with no processors or heatsinks. It takes an hour of trained technician time just to install the processors and heat sinks, and you MUST get the correct parts or it will not work. If your technique is not correct, the processor(s) will self destruct when you power them up.
The mainboard does not include the SATA connectors, which are actually on a wiring harness that is attached from behind.
What problem are you trying to solve here?

There is no special disc for Windows on a Mac, just buy a normal copy of Windows Ultimate, buy the 64 bit version.

You will need to purchase an iLife 11 installer disk. Try Amazon or Ebay.

VGA is an analog signal HDMI is digital. A simple cable would not work you would need something that converts the analog signal to digital.
A search of VGA to HDMI turned up a few possibilities but nothing specific. In any case the picture on the TV will not be very good given the source.
You should check to see if the TV has a VGA input. Some TV's have a computer connection port and this is usually VGA.

There is Windows 7 for PC. You buy that copy and use Apple's Boot Camp to install it. Most any computer store will have Windows 7 in stock or you can purchase online through Amazon, etc.

I have also tried the Mac superdrive but my imac wont recognise it as it's been configured for macbook air and mini mac. I know I can "make" it work by doing something or other in com.apple/plist, but dont want to mess about in there.
I'm also told an external drive would work but does "mac compatible" mean only for air and mini as their own superdrive is or all macs?
Any help appreciated before I convince myself mac is no better than windows pc!

I can buy the drives at a dozen places but none of them seem to know what connection is correct (SATA etc) and that includes the apple store. It was the store who told me buy the superdrive and all my problems would be over. Wrong! It isn't recognised by imac as it's confifured for air and mini mac. Only way to make it work is as i said in earlier post. (Would you be happy buying a car you were told would start and then discover you have to open the bottome and fiddle to make it go?)
The apple store I would not even consider taking it to. Days without the pc, over priced and don't have a good reputation for actually fixing things!

eBay is a good source, though as ever, buy wisely and make sure you get the right card for your specific model.
Alternatively there are wireless cards available that go in the card slot. Again eBay is full of them but be sure they're OSX compatible - its a good idea to put this phrase in your search terms.

It just plugged straight in and was recognised as an Airport Card. This is from the UK site but I'm sure you can find the same thing wherever you live, or at that price just have it shipped.

have a MacBook w/ built-in battery, or maybe not.
If yours does not have a user-accessible battery
you may want to look into iFixit.com guides to see
what they suggest for your specific MacBook.
And then consider if you are up to the DIY steps
with ability to do the complete service yourself,
or if not, then contact a qualified certified service
center to inquire their estimate for part + labor.
However if your computer does have an easily
replaced battery with external access where
you are essentially looking at the battery, that
is just a matter of identifying the correct Mac
to get a matching part from reputable reseller.
You could probably get a replacement battery
from Apple, if the computer isn't really old...
Or you could look online at places such as
OWC where they offer a few batteries. Just
