Where can I can find my voice memo

Since i updated the IOS7, i am unable to find my voice memo in my itunes. i go to my iphone-on this iphone. Nothing was there! Is there anyone could help me with this?

Most of the time, they are in
"<startupDisk>:Users:<yourAccount>:Library:Application Support:iWork:NumbersEnglish:Templates:My Templates:"
You may also use the System's Search tool (cmd + F) and search for files whose name contains
".template" for Pages's templates,
".nmbtemplate" for Numbers's ones.

It is not Family Sharing - it is Continuity. Go to Settings>FaceTime>Cellular Calls, turn them off.

Synced iphone with my macbook pro, can find the voice memos, help!!

i synced my iphone with my macbook pro, checked the voice memos option and after syncing was complete (it backed up iphone in the process), i didn't see any new playlist called voice memos on my itunes!! did i lose my voice memos? where did they go? i didn't delete anything from either the phone or the computer.TIA!! on the phone, i don't see the memos too!! anyone has any idea?

iTunes automatically syncs voice memos to your iTunes library when you connect iPhone to your computer. Voice memos are synced to the Voice Memos playlist. iTunes creates the playlist if it doesn’t exist. When you sync voice memos to iTunes, they remain in the Voice Memos application until you delete them. If you delete a voice memo on iPhone, it isn’t deleted from the Voice Memos playlist in iTunes. However, if you delete a voice memo from iTunes, it is deleted from iPhone the next time you sync with iTunes.
You can sync the iTunes Voice Memos playlist to the iPod application on iPhone using the Music pane in iTunes.
To Sync the Voice Memos playlist to iPhone:
1. Connect iPhone to your computer.
2. In iTunes, select iPhone in the sidebar.
3. Select the Music tab.
4. Select the “Include voice memos” checkbox and click Apply.

I am trying to save my voice memos to either icloud or my computer. but first it only finds 2 of them and there are about 10. and I cannot figure out how to back them up...

Over capacity iPhone 4 - can't sync and get voice memos to computer

Hi, My friend is overcapacity on your iPhone, and can't even sync at all to get voice memos off her iPhone to her computer. It says can't sync Photos. She is syncing songs with her iTunes library, I guess, it would be good idea to remove a bunch of songs from iTunes library on the computer so when it sync's it will remove those from iPhone. Or, would it better to manage music on the iPhone manualy and have them be removed... ? (Would this delete voice memos)
I ask because the voice memos are important and we dont want to lose them... thanks for any advice

I have 16GB of 'Other' on my iPhone4, 3.7 GB 'Audio', 5.7 GB of Apps and 3.9 GB of free space.
If I try to sync my voice memos, it says I cannot sync because it will exceed total space by 4.4 GB. I can't get them off. If I try turning off other syncing options, itunes tells me it will delete everything. How evil is that? What should I do? These are priceless recordings of my late grandmother. What can I do that is risk-free? I have around 400 recordings and around 700 priceless notes.
Is Apple really like this? Or am I having a nightmare? Why can't I just copy or drag the files off my f$#%ing iphone?
iPhone explorer seems to delete the subject names and destroy the recording dates information. I just triediphone explorer. It marks each date and time as now (insane) and deletes all title information. Don't do it. I am a documentary maker and this is the stuff of litigation. Can an individual create a voice memo for free on their Windows based laptop via Apple website and then send it to perhaps an iCloud client?

I am hard of hearing and will likely become deaf one day, so for me receiving voice memos (not telephone voice messages) on my iPhone is a nice treat! Unfortunately not everybody has an Apple device. Some of my family members and friends have tried to create a voice memo via Windows Media Player and sent it to my email, but as most know... I can't play the voice memos on my iPhone even after trying to use a conversion program to convert the voice memo.
So my question is... Can any individual (regardless of device they use) create a voice memo for free on the Apple website and sent it to an Apple client?
i absolutely love my iPhone. The accessibility options are wonderful to have for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. But having this one accommodation done for the hard of hearing people specifically

Most people once configure laptop-mode-tools to their liking and their hardware, so I think there is no need for such an extensive software like laptop-mode-tools, if something simpler does the same (or better) job.
Also laptop-mode-tools can conflict with pm-utils (which are installed on many systems as dependency for some packages):

Can no longer play certain voice memos

I have two voice memos that will no longer play. One is from dec '09 and the other is from nov '09. They both have the duration of the memos, but when I press the play button, it does nothing but stop. I tried to sync all of my memos on itunes, but it won't sync the two memos that won't play. I tried to email the memos, but it won't let me do that either. It's as if they aren't even there, but they are. How do I play my voice memos that won't let me play them?

How can I search for locked/voice memo pictures?

I regularly shoot equestrian events and mainly sell them through my website but sometimes I'll show potential customers the pictures on my camera's screen at the event and they'll order them there and then. So as I remember which photo they want I use the lock button on my camera to mark it or on my D4 I'll record a quick voice memo to that picture.
Once I've downloaded the contents of my memory card into Aperture (usually several hundred files) how can I use the search feature to track down those files I've marked in this way?

Using the filter HUD or a smart collection you can filter for only those photos that have an audio attachment. To do it, add the rule "Attachment" and set it to "Has audio attachment".
For your locked photos, I'm not aware of a way to filter for those after they have been imported (there may be a way that's not obvious to me, anyway). But, you can filter locked images during import using the File Types panel in Import Settings. You would have to first import the locked images and flag them, e.g., with a label. Then do a separate import of the remaining imges. There must be an easier way...maybe someone knows.

With new iTunes 12, I can no longer convert a voice memo to an mp3 file type

Prior to the update to iTunes 12, I was easily able to convert a voice memo to an mp3 or mpeg audio file.
With iTunes 12, if you select Create New Version, mp3 is grayed out.
They changed it.

I changed Preferences>General>Import Settings to mp3 and this gave me the option to encode existing wav files to mp3. Hope this helps.

How come if i sync an voice memo (between iPhone and Macbook via iTunes) it only syncs part of the file, not the whole file.
For example only 4min instead of 20min?

When you sync your iPhone using iTunes on your computer, the voice memo becomes added to a "Voice Memos" playlist in iTunes' music section. I believe this is a default action. If it is not default, when your iPhone is plugged into iTunes, look for a checkbox to make this happen on the "Music" tab in the iPhone's area of iTunes.

Did I find another "Voice Memos" bug?

After updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.0.1, I'm no longer able to attach a photo before sharing the VM via email/message. The camera icon appears like it used to; "Take Photo or Video"/"Choose Existing"/ selections are there but selecting either of them does not perform the indicated function. Additionally, the "Trim Voice Memo" feature seems to have stopped working. Along with the syncing issues, I'm wondering if iOS 5 just plain forgot about little 'ole Voice Memos. Has anyone else had these issues or am I a lonely traveler within the Appleverse? If I have fellow travelers, any help would be appreciated.

I can't replicate your problem on mine. After a reset it is exactly where I had set it. Not sure what the problem here could be. I would recommend a couple things:
Restore your phone and see if that still occurs.
If you restore and it still occurs, you might want to have an Apple person take a look at it at one of the stores, or via a phone call to AppleCare...
If we get a lot of posts on here that it is happening to a lot of people, then certainly a report to the link above is in order -- and just get in the habit of turning your volume back on after a reset.

How do I find the voice memo file stored in the backup on my computer?

I am trying to find the file on my computer for the voice memos. I tried to save the voice memo and it was deleted from my iphone 5. I am trying to retrieve it from a previous backup on my computer.

They are in the backup created by iTunes of your iPhone.
You will need a 3rd party application top get them out.
Google view iOS backup to see a bunch of apps.

Can't find voice memo on ipad ios7

I cannot find the Voice memo app on my iPad Mini (iOS7.04) Have tried a resetting the home screen and checked the restrictions as suggested on other communities. can anyone help me find where it has gone? I found it on my iphone but not the pad.

It's very simple. Appls has never said why they have not included all the same features in all of their devices (though I still maintain it's pretty obvious in most cases). Therefore, no one here can answer "why". Submit your feedback and, while you're waiting and hoping for Apple to do what you want, find apps that fill your current needs.

You can't add music to the cloud, whether it will show there for streaming and redownloading depends upon what country that you are in. If you are in a country where music is available in the cloud then you don't have to download the music from the store, if you turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'on' then you should be able to stream purchased music in the Music app without downloading it - your phone will need to be online in order to stream, and if using 3G/4G then it will use some of your data allowance.
If you download an album or a track then it will be downloaded onto your phone. You can't upload music to the cloud from an iOS device. Whether music that you've bought shows for streaming depends upon what country that you are in and if the album or track remains in the store (unless you've subscribed to iTunes Match), and if you are connected to a network.
