Define a rule for copying ATP results to purchasing.
This rule controls how the system behaves in material shortage situations, and how the delivery proposal (confirmation proposal) is displayed.
<b>You can control the following factors in Customizing:</b>
&#9675;     Display of results
You define how the system copies results of the availability check to the stock transfer document. In other words, you define how the delivery proposal is displayed in the delivery schedule line view.
You can choose between the following rules:
&#9632;      One-time delivery (rescheduling: delivery proposal) – <blank>
This setting corresponds to the system behavior up to and including SAP ERP Central Component, Release 5.0.
&#9632;      One-time delivery – A
&#9632;      Complete delivery – B
&#9632;      Delivery proposal – C
&#9632;      Selection window for material shortage (batch: one-time delivery) – D
&#9632;      Selection window for material shortage (batch: delivery proposal) – E

    I've resolved this question.
        Firstly, run OPJH - Define Order Types, we should assign settlement profile for the order type.
        Secondly, Run OKO7-Maintain Settlement Profile, find and mailtain the settlement profile. In 'Valid Receivers' we should set the field 'Order' = 1-(Settlement Optional).
        Thirdly, run CO07 - Create Order without material. We can find account assignment catetory 'ORD' in maintaining Settlement rule.

    Could you please guide me to define substitution rule for Business are.
    Below is the requiremnt :
    I want to assign different business area for this cost centre.
    While posting document in FB01, we are entering cost centre in line itme. Businee area is picking from cost centre master.
    Example : Cost centre 11310 and businee area Y020.
    Businee area Y020 is picking from cost centre 11310 while posting document.
    I want to assign different business area for this cost centre.
    For that I want to define substitution rule.
    I have defined substitution rule and activated in comapany code but it is not working. Please guide me how to define Substitution rule for the same.
    I have defined prerequisit as Comapny code = 2053 and Cost centre =11310 and transaction code = FB01 then
    Substitute business area with Y045.
    It is not working .
    Please guide me where I did mistake and how to rectify the same.

    Yes, you are correct. SAP is changing this back to BA from Cost centre.
    Why can't we use Substitition for the above issue.
    Then what is solution for my issue.Please suggest any alternative solution.

    Hi Samson,
    U can create a new material type using the tcode OMS2 and then copy the material type which u need to modify and then define the name of the new material type and make the required changes which u want for that material type and save it.

    Welcome to the WD Community.
    1) I assume I can  just hook the unit up via USB to my Mac and use iPartiion to reformat the drives, assuming each of the 4T drives will be seen by iPartition as a separate drive. That much seems straighforward.
    Yes, and in case you ipartition dont see the unit properly, you can use the disk utilities on your Mac and you will be able to reformat the unit to make it compatible with your system.
    2) Is my next step to reinstall the WD software and how do I do that? I've downloaded the Drive Utilities and Securities install apps - I assume I just run these with the drive still connected and that's all I need to do?
    Yes, just run the applications.
    3) What about the firmware update for Mac - when should I run that??
    Normally, firmware updates are released to fix any issues that you might encounter on the drive. the latest one was released on 9/24/2014 and it fixed an issue with the drive dropping off of the list after system wakes up from standby mode. 
    5) And what about the "My Book Live Duo Setup" app for Mac - is that for a completely different model? What's the difference between "My Book Live Duo" and "My Book Duo"? It's these little things that I find so confusing. 
    Those are different units. The MBL Duo is a NAS (Network attached system) and the My Book Duo is a DAS (Direct attached system)
    6) Lastly, when I have all the software installed, is that when I follow the procedure described in the Knowledge Base article ID 5724, "How to install a My Book Live or My Book Live Duo on Windows (8, 7, Vista, or XP) or Mac OSX for the first time"? Or is that procedure only for "My Book Live Duo" but not for "My Book Duo"?? 
    That procedure is for the network units, not for your drive.

    However, external DVD drives are cheap and in my view essential.

    select the calendar, cmd click (or right hand side click) and select 'Copy URL to Clipboard' then paste the URL whereever you want it...
    another option: select the calendar, cmd click (or right hand side click) and select 'Get Info' the URL should be visable under the name you gave your calendar...

    where did you buy it?? On Ebay? If yes then you must contact the person which sold you the machine. If you have no chance to get such recovery, then you will have to contact a
    local ASP to obtain a recovery.
    If you dont want to obtain a recovery, and you have a genuine Windows copy lying around, then install it, download the appropriate drivers for that machine from the toshiba website and install
    them afterwards you installed windows.

        As I want to "Define selection rule" for "day types" in Time Management-> work schedule-> Day types-> define selection rule, the third and 4th columns are default weekdays of SAP, But weekend is different in our system. How can we handle this subject? Can we change these columns to our needs? How?

    Time Management -> Work Schedules -> Period Work Schedules -> Define Period Work Schedules
    btw, you should check factory Holiday calendar (Tcode: SCAL) and generate Work schedule for year.
