it's called 'Boot Camp Assistant' and is part of macOS install. Should be in the: HD/Applications/Utilities folder.

Safari 4 was for Tiger 10.4.11, and Safari 5 for Leopard. Neither will work on a system running Mountain Lion.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply. No my phone was never been jailbreak-ed. Never been dropped in water or in any wet surface. Dropped on the floor while texting yes, but it was just a one time incident, last year august i can clearly remember, but after that no more (phone still works fine even after.) restored the phone again earlier, but problem still occured. Will try to go to Apple also to ask and have it checked. Just worried because my phone is already out of warranty. Will keep you posted. Again, thanks. If you have any more advice just let me know. Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. If your photos are not appearing on your computer from your iOS device anymore through Photo Stream, I'd first verify that the Photo Stream service is still enabled on your iOS device:

If it is, you may also want to try switching it off and back on again.
Likewise, I would also try this with your computer's Photo Stream settings.
