Where can I download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 when i lost an instalation CD?

Please, where could I find an instalation file for Adobe Photoshop Element 9. A bought it last year, but lost a CD and now when I am changing computer I need an instalation file. I found only element 11 available. Can you help me please?

    Yes, you can download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. The only thing that you need to do is go to this LINK http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-dir ect-download-links.html and download it. You need to follow the ADOBE download instructions.
    First, you need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Second, go to the LINK I gave you and find Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 (PSE 9) Direct Download Links, them give a click to File 2 and download it (it takes time), them when it is done (downloaded) another click to File 1. After you finished downloading File 1, it will ask you to enter your Serial Number of the product. After you put the Serial Number of the your product, Adobe Elements 9 will be in your computer.
    If for some reason you don't know or you don't remember the Serial Number of your product, go to your Account and Sign in with your Adobe ID, then go to "My products and Services" and it will tell you the Serial Number of the product.
    You will find "My products and Services" on the top right side of the screen, where it say "Welcome xxxxx". Remember, to see "My products and Services" first you need to Sign in with your Adobe ID.

    How can I deactivate Adobe photoshop elements 9 when its un-installed? I told my husband I had to get it off the third computer but he trying to help me did not deactivate it before he  un-installed it!!!!

    It wont work on the 3rd one anyway because its so old and limited it crashes every time I try. But I need this on my 2 good computers.

    One way could be to reinstall it on the third computer and then deactivate it and uninstall it.

    I have a new windows 8 computer, no disk drive.  I have a photoshop elements 8 cd that I purchased in 2010 but I can't find anywhere I can download it onto my new computer.  Transferring didn't work.

    There are probably few copies of that still around.
    I would go online and try to identify an authorized reseller of Premiere Elements 9.
    Do you have any problem with thinking about going to the current version Premiere Elements 11 or waiting for the next version which, if history repeats itself, should be release in a few months.
    If Premiere Elements 11 is a possibility for you, please consider the tryout before purchase to make sure that it is compatible with your computer environment and video editing/exporting needs.
    Have you exhausted your search for the Premiere Elements 9 installation disc? Could you have put it in the box of another software when you were in a hurry to do something else?

    If CS6 does not work why would you think CS5 would?
    Adobe does not sell CS5 any longer.  May be able to buy from various venders.  Be careful of counterfeit copies.
