Where can I download OCM for upgrade to 12.1.1 EBS?

I need to download and install the OCM (Oracle Configuration Manager) as part of an upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.1. However, I do not know where to
download this software for R12.

    Do you have a backup. If so you should be able to restore it from that. Otherwise you can reinstall OS X. See Carolyn's post in I accidentally deleted iBooks on my Macbook Pro (late 2011) running on OS X 10.10.1 Yosemite. Will iBooks be reinstalled if I install the next OS X major update once it is out?

    It's built into the OS. You can't download it separately. If you've managed to delete it, re-install OS X.
