1. Windows XP is out of lifecycle. Since April 2014 Windws XP is unsupported.
2. There is no official download or general public.
3. Some multilicense programs store older operating system for test, educational or development purposes. Unless you are participating in such program you are not entitled to obtain any copy.
4. If you have OEM version of operating system, try to find someone who has the same computer and still have installation CD. Alternatively you can use recovery CD.
I do not recommend using unsupportrd operating system. (There are exception, eg GB government that pay for continuation of support.) Try to aquire newer hardware and operating system.

I tried the Apple support, and they guided me to do the cleaning and repairing disk permissions, but that did not work!

As the previous answer indicates, it does come with any NI GPIB card. It also comes with all NI VXI controllers and some of the more recent NI Serial boards.
To answer your question directly, yes it also comes with LabVIEW and with Measurement Studio. So the only reason for you to download it from ni.com is if there is a newer version available than the one that came with your product.
By the way, the link the other answer pointed to is NI-VISA 2.6, which is the latest at this time.

Where the heck do I go to download the latest Jars for JRC? I am not using Eclipse. I just want the jars. All the links I've found send me back to the old site. When and what was the last release?

You can download the latest JRC jar files from the following link.

There you can find the following zip file.
com.businessobjects.sdks_.jrc_.11.8.0_11.8.5.v1197.zip.
Open that zip file .You will get a lib folder from where you can get all the latest jar files.

Indeed, we kept getting requests for these from folks like you wanting to download the individual CC product updates without the AAM or Creative Cloud Desktop app, like Adobe used to supply for the older CS products...
So we put together two complete sets of downloads with all the current updates for all CC apps (and will be keeping it up-to-date going forward). Here they are and hope they help:

Currently, the latest version of MAX is 2.2
Typically, you want to find the latest version of NI-DAQ or NI-488.2 that supports your hardware. NI-DAQ and NI-488.2 will install MAX automatically. If you have an old version of the driver, it is recommended to uninstall the previous versions of the driver before installing the new one.

Where can I download the latest PHP MySQL libraries?

my phpMyAdmin panel says "Your PHP MySQL library version 5.0.82 differs from your MySQL server version 5.1.45. This may cause unpredictable behavior."
I should update Leopard's PHP MySQL library to 5.1.45 or downgrade MySQL to 5.82… but I can't find any.
In the while I find MySQL 5.0.82 or an alternative fix…

I found that newest php works with its own mysql (5.0.9, or so) and it's not using mine. I'd rather install back the one shipped with Leopard if I had to go versions back.
Also, I couldn't get it to work (#2002 error, sockets were there but still not working) and once I uninstalled it, it was supposed to leave the OS untouched, but Leopard's didn't come back to life. I had to add the following lines to httpd.conf, otherwise the php code was shown, instead of executed.
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml
DirectoryIndex index.html index.php
I'd think I saw the previous mysql folders somewhere and Leopard making an alias to the right one somewhere. Do you remember where?
