Where can I download windows 8 drivers?

I think there may be a place that apple support put all the drivers for windows include windows 8, except Boot Camp Assistant!
could anyone help me, if possible?

It happens close to the beginning of the Boot Camp setup process, you will be asked to download and save to an external drive (or CD/DVD) a package called Windows Support, it contains the drivers. After the download continue the setup, install Windows and boot to it, install the drivers from the drive you made earlier (run setup.exe)

Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm not sure how to connect to the monitor as the only ports available on this model mac are Thunderbolt. The mini display to display cable supplied doesn't seem to work out of the TB port. Do I need to use a Thunderbolt cable + an adaptor?

Oh my lord, where can I get windows drivers for Macbook Pro?....

Does Apple really not have any place that I can download Windows drivers for the hardware in my August 2010 Macbook Pro?!? I am trying to use windows through bootcamp, and I am having tons of trouble. I know there are supposed to be drivers in the OSX DVD that came with my computer, but that is all the way back in Maryland and I go to school in Tennessee.
<rant> Sorry if I seem irritated. I just got over a total hard drive crash in this computer that isn't even 2 years old. I have drives that are almost 10 years old in my PC desktop.. The drive that came stock with my Macbook pro was a total piece of crap in comparison to the cheapest notebook drives at Best Buy. Really Apple?? 5400 RPM 8mb Cache Hitachi drive?? *Pukes in mouth* </rant>

Sorry for the rant. This is what happens everytime I have tried. I actually have a booting Windows 7 partition on here already but it is barely running on the stock/generic windows drivers that are just there to get the OS through install.
I have an OSX 10.6 disk, but it is 10.6.0, and I wasn't even able to make that boot into the Mac installer when I installed OSX on the new hard drive. I had to run my Macbook as a Firewire disk plugged into a Mac Pro and install it from there and update to 10.6.8. I think this was because the 10.6.0 install disk doesn't have drivers for my 2010 revision of the Macbook Pro. I doubt that the 10.6.0 disk has the right Windows drivers if it doesn't even have the right Mac drivers.

At the outset I want to thank you for any help or steer me to an idea about the drivers for this model, for a moment I will describe what exactly it.
I bought this laptop with Vista I got him a CD with the system and on this record were already drivers and add-ons to your laptop or other cool things such as Toshiba drivers for camera, Bluetooth, Synaptics, dvd software, and a program or driver I do not know exactly what it is, but such a cool thing that allows you to set the lights on the whole panel, including a laptop with the word "Satellite". Everything fits nicely, but only with Vista that I got on the board from Toshiba.
Now, I went on Windows 7 As for the fundamental drivers that have them from the manufacturer Toshiba eg driver webcam or mouse. But the more I depend on these great things that I had under Vista, even though that panel backlighting laptop.
Does anyone have any idea on this that all additives in the CD that I got, where it is Vista, you can somehow extract these extras, or is a site where you can download it all, or a list of these additives to Win match 7

First of all you can download all drivers and tools from the Toshiba website:

For the illumination buttons and illuminated Satellite you have to install Toshiba Value Added Package. It activates also all functions on the FN keys.
As far as I know the illumination can also be turned on/off in BIOS. Check this!!!
The webcam driver is also listed on the Toshiba page and touchpad driver to enable virtual scrolling.

Satellite A205-S4617 - Where can I download XP drivers?

Hi all.
I have a 2 year old Satellite a205-S4617 that I want to install XP onto. Before wiping Vista off though I'm trying to locate and download all the drivers I require as I've been caught out by missing laptop drivers before.
Problem is that Toshiba seems to have forgotten that they ever made the A205 model. It's not mentioned anywhere on the site or listed in the dropdown lists for either current or discontinued laptops.
Anyone know why this is and where I can find the exact drivers I need? I've tried a couple of software solutions and yeah, they see my drivers and tell me some could do with updating but then ask for payment before telling me where to get them.
It's weird the way Toshiba doesn't even recognise my serial number either.

You were right!, I've upgraded to Windows 10 Home, but I had some missing drivers problems (screen, ethernet and touchpad), but fortunately forcing the drivers updates from the Device Manager solved all the problems.It's a shame when a manufacturer technically tells you: "screw you, you're alone in this", that's why I don't like Samsung smartphones, they abandon you so you have to purchase a new phone every year or you're left "obsolete".

So I have the Aspire M3970 as well. I applied for the Windows 10 upgrade, and it comes back saying I'm totally compatible. Install and any connection via the Internet to Micosoft programs (Edge, Search, Store, Windows update, etc.) doesn't work. Yet Chrome and Vista do work fine. Contact Microsoft and have a tech work on my system for a couple of hours and can't fix, then books an appointment for an escalated tech to work on it. He plays around for an hour tonight and then tells me that my computer doesn't have the drivers. Then...here is the kicker, I ask him to revert me back to Window 8.1 which you have 1 month to do so, and the message comes up that the files have been overwritten. Now I'm being told by Acer that I'm not entitled for support, being told by Microsoft to wait for Acer to fix the drivers but the can install Windows 8.1 but I will lose my bought and paid for Office Professional 2010. Is everybody just turnig a blind eye to customers for years to their products?

Hi, I hope someone can help.
I've been scouring the HP support site trying to find a download of the BASIC driver for HP Photosmart 3310 for 32-bit Windows 8.1. I don't want the full istall package, just the printer driver. I found a 64-bit version, which doesn't work on my system.
I downloaded and tried the printer install wizard, which only lets you download the full 434MB software package, which I don't want.

There is a 32 bit WIndows 8.1 drivers available for download, however it is a full feature software and not the basic drivers. You can try to install it and see if it helps you.

Where can I download Windows 64bit version of Lightroom?

My understanding is that this exists?
After my purchase of an upgrade from 1.4 I only get a download option for the 32bit version. I'd really like to have the 64bit version so it can support all my RAM.
Can anyone explain where or how I can get that version?

I have Windows XP 64 bits SP2. I understand that this isn't officially supported, which of cause is disappointing to those of us who wouldn't touch Vista with a bargepole.
As stated above I tried installing the 64bit version using the method outlined in the blog post that was referenced. Unfortunately Lightroom does not seem to behave very well at all under Windows XP 64bit, at least not on my machine.
Lightroom is my main piece of software which is why I installed the 64 bit version of XP (when it was announced that Ligthroom 2 would be 64 bit on Wondows). So this is a bit disappointing all said.
Ligthroom 2 does work in the 32 bit version, but I was hoping to be able to use all my RAM and perhaps get a little performance boost from better memory management with the 64 bit version.

Unfortunately Microsoft do not offer an ISO for this.
If you are having problems with your internet then all I can suggest is to try the above method on a different network connection. Once you have those offline files, you can save them to a removable USB device or even create your own ISO file.

Where can I download Windows PS CS5 extended?

Hi. I have PS5.1 extended on my computer but am living overseas at the moment and want to transfer the license to a new computer. Though I have my legal serial number I do not have my disks and I can't find the free trial download for 5.1 anywhere. I have found a few genuine type sites that purport to offer the 5.1 download but in every case when you click on the link you are taken to CS6. I have an educational copy of 5.1 and it would cost me a fortune to upgrade to CS6. So far my only solution seems to download a pirate copy from somewhere like Pirate Bay and then install it with my legal serial number but I am worried about doing this.
All the links I found throughout the internet, even those that purport to point to the CS5 trial, all now point to the CS6 trial and I found a post from an Adobe emloyee saying they no longer host the CS5 trial versions.
So far my only solution seems to be to download a pirated copy from somewhere like Pirate Bay and install it using my legal serial number (after deregistering my current computer). This seems highly risky. I could end up with no PS at all!
The fact that Adobe no longer host past trial versions sucks for someone in my position. After having laid out good money for a legal PS installation it forces us to go down an illegal and risky route that we would otherwise be reluctant to go (torrents from Pirate Bay).
Does anyone have a solution? If not would the Pirate Bay option be a safe one?
