Where can i find a complete itunes tutorial
I've see that basic one - that is really a marketing piece. I want a more detailed guide to what I'm looking at on the various views, especially for downloading and managing podcasts. Thanks.

If you prefer a proper printed manual, check out David Pogue's 'Missing Manual' series, they are the best. Generally available from Amazon.

Where can I find a complete set of compiled swfs for 2.0?
I want to place these directly on my website.
Thanks,
KenSo basically Apple is hiding which networks allow rentals vs. purchase until you buy an ATV2,
and then find out you can't watch "The Closer", "Men of a Certain Age", "In Plain Sight", etc., etc.
Or until you spend a bunch of time digging through iTunes show by show...
Sad...Guess I'm sticking with Cable for a while longer.... -

Ok don't make fun of my musical tastes (or lack thereof) but here's what it looks like in both the iPad app(for sharing music) and the videos app(for sharing tv shows, movies, etc)

iTunes will only store a back up of the iPhone and you find this by following the steps below:
Windows
Edit>Preferences>Devices
Mac
iTunes>Preferences>Devices
The link below can show you what is stored in an iTunes back up:

Where Can I Find a Complete Reference for ASA 5505 Product IDs?
I've spent way too much time exploring the Internet looking for a definitive reference to pin down and completely explain all of the Cisco product ID mumbo jumbo . . . specifically for the ASA 5505 security device. In general I'd like to have this information for all things Cisco. It is driving me crazy not to know this information IN TOTAL. Yes, there's bits and pieces out there, but no offical guide or reference that details everything. This is what I want to see.
For example: for the ASA5505 there's . . . ASA5505-50-BUN-K9, ASA5505-SEC-BUN-K9, ASA5505-UL-BUN-K9, etc.
What is the "BUN", "K9", "SEC", etc. Not just what does it stand for (we can deduce that), but where did this come from and how can I quickly reference a new acronym which may show up in completely differnce Cisco device. Also, specifically for the ASA 5500 line, I want to see a COMPLETE list of ALL of these IDs and want a legend to reference each part. This is critical in my opinion for a project manager to make an informed decision about hardware. Cisco documentation is grossly lacking for this (or at least I'm unable to find it). The closest I've come was to discovery this whole notion of the Unique Device Identifier (UDI) which is the Cisco' product identification standard for labeling hardware products.
This is explained some here . . .
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/products_identification_standard.html
It's a good start but, it only creates more questions. Where can I find ALL the PIDs and what does each acronym stands for? What about the VIDs? . . . Where is a list of these what does each section mean?. Why in the world is there no single source where all of this is pinned down. With all of the mind-numbing Cisco documentation out there loaded with cryptic details about things many of us will never care to know . . . why not put out this much needed, practical reference of Product IDs which would have a wide appeal and could be useful to everyone from product specialist to system engineers? It would make researching Cisco solutions to new projects exponentially less painful to know very quickly exactly what we're looking at when we encounter all of this product "code."
Am I the only one who feels this way? I'm thinking not. What say you? Am I missing something?
LTThere is no such published reference guide. The closest thing would be the global price list but it's generally not distributed. (What Jouni mentioned was probably an extract of that very large document.)
Due to the broad range of products (and associated bundles and services), Cisco uses online configuration and ordering tools (Cisco Commerce Workspace or CCW) internally and with its partners. The information in it is very dynamic and can change day to day as the tens of thousands of products Cisco offers are introduced, deprecated (i.e., Approaching or at End of Sales), offered in different promotional bundles, etc.
When a Cisco salesperson or partner solution advisor talks with a customer, they take the customer's input and build equipment, software and services configuration sets supporting the proposal. CCW will validate the required items are ordered and generate a configuration set that has not only the product IDs (PIDs, generally referred to as SKUs or Stock Keeping Units in this context) but also the plain language descriptions of what each PID means.
They should be conveying that information to you (or any customer they are engaged with) to enable you to make the informed decision you mention. -

Iphone apps - where can I find them in iTunes?
Hi, I downloaded some apps onto iTunes and never synced them to my iPhone because I kept getting errors when trying to sync. I have downloaded iTunes on a different PC and was wondering if anyone knows how i can move those apps onto the itunes on my other PC? Where in the Windows file system can I find these apps and can they be moved without syncing them to my iPhone?
thank you in advanceYou can re-download purchased apps(and free apps) again for free. So, just download your apps to your new PC, but make sure you authorize the computer first, Store>Authorize this Computer & make sure the account you're signed into in itunes on your new PC matches the account used to originally purchase the apps. Just click "Buy", a popup will appear asking if you want to buy, click yes, another popup will appear saying you've already purchased, do you want to re-download, click yes.

Where can I find a useful JCAPS tutorial?
Simple question. There was tutorial documentation for 5.1 which I can no longer find. All I can now find are the pages for JCAP6, and I cannot find a beginners tutorial there. Help with a link, please.
There will be some tutorials available when Java CAPS 6 is released. The doc team is working on updating them now! We will continue to push them
out as they become available. Watch the Tutorials tab and the RSS feed on the At A Glance to track new docs. In the meantime, the old tutorials are still available with the 5.1.3 docs on docs.sun.com. There is a link to these from the "by Product" tab. Let us know which tutorials are a priority
to you.

Key Mapping - where can I find a complete list?
Hi,
I would like to find a complete list of key mappings which maps all keys on the keyboard to JFN 's "Java Function Numbers". The fmrweb.res covers most keys, but not Escape, Insert, Delete, Pause/Break to name a few.
i.e.
JFN
35 : 0 : "End" : 76 : "Enter Query"
We are currently using these in our Forms 3.0 application through a vt220 terminal emulator and we are in the process of upgrading to 9i (I believe 6i has the same mapping file).
Cheers,
Tim.After a painful process of opening a tar at metalink, given references to docs that I can't access/don't exist, then finally given the answer in hex (when Forms wants decimal), I now have the full list which I have converted to decimal for the next guy that hits my problem. phew...
Here it is: You'll need the decimal for the fmrweb.res file, not the hex (cut and past this into Excel/Word, it should be tab delimited)
e.g.
27 : 0 : "Escape" : 32 : "Exit"
19 : 0 : "Pause / Break" : 36 : "Commit"
Forms Function Hex Dec

I'm trying to locate within the iTunes App a location to identify what information is unable to be loaded / sync'ed with my iPhone. I have over 2,700 items which were unable to be updated and I don't know why or where to findout what they are. iPhone has no additional information. Just indicates, look in iTunes for further infomration.
Added information: the PowerMac's System Pref's > Network does not display a WiFi link. It is connected to the base by ethernet cable and certainly has no problem reaching the internet and mounting the old PowerBook (OS 10.4.11) via WiFi address.
But it still won't mount/share the new PowerBook (OS 10.8.2).
And I still need to make this connection, and find a list of all the required settings & procedures to make it. -
HT4623 Where can I find help on iTunes?
I'm new to apple tech...was trying to view a webcam on my iPad 3 but it is a WMA ,said not supported..can I convert file to view on my iPad? If so, how? I found ref to iTunes app to use but it says to look under "help" on the iTunes app....I cannot find a help option on iTunes app...please help
iTunes on the iPad is just the Store. When the tell you to look under help in iTunes they are most likely referring to iTune on your computer. That itunes has a Help Menu.
WMA is Microsoft's proprietary format for Audio files, it stands for Windows Media Audio.
For Video it would be WMV.
To play WMA or WMV videos you would need to get an App that supports these formats. There are many in the App Store. I personally Like Moli Player for video. I'm sure there are others for the Audio format. -
Where can I find audiobooks on Itunes?
Im in Argentina so in the Argentina Store. I can buy books, songs, movies for itunes.. but there isnt an audiobook (or audio libro un spanish) section. I only find apps with audiobooks but is not an audiobooks section in Itune Store?
There isn't currently an audiobooks category in the Argentinian iTunes store, so you won't be able to buy them from iTunes - I think that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that they haven't yet granted Apple a license to sell them there (when that might happen we won't know until if/when Apple announce something)
