I have previously bought a fullversion and now I can't find the link anymore (only Elements 13 and 11, no 12?)

A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.

I'm guessing you're looking on Apple's web site, in which case the only thing you'll find is the 10.9.1 updater. To download the full 10.9 installer, you must use the App Store. Here's the link:

Where can I find the size of a download for a software update now?
Since I upgraded to Mountain Lion (Mac OSX 10.8.3) this information is no longer available in software updates listing you get if you click on the Software Update menu item from the Apple menu.
I found the download size (often hundreds of megabytes for an individual update and sometimes a set of updates might amount to a few gigabytes) to be very helpful, and now that it seems no longer available (I can't even see it on the web page I came to for more information, thinking the download size would surely be specified there), it is frustrating. My current example is iTunes 11.0.3
I would greatly appreicate having this information back in the software updates listing, but since it is no longer available there, and I don't know where else to find it, if anybody can enlighten me to its whereabouts, I'd be grateful.

What did you use to download it with? iPad? iPhone? Computer?
If it's an iPad/iPhone, play it using the videos app.
If on the computer, look on the left side of iTunes in the library under movies.

Where can I find a link to download AI v15?

I purchased AI version 15 (part of CS5) back in 2011. I never had a physical copy, it was installed from a link through the Adobe Instalation Manager and used the serial number that I was given when I made the purchase. I reinstalled easily in 2012, after a partial rebuild of my PC. No problem.
Next month I'm due to upgrade my PC and I have just found I cannot find a link anymore to download any CS5 applications (or CS6, as far as I can tell), as all the links lead to Adobe CC.
Where/how can I get a link to download the version of AI I purchased?
Or will it really be gone forever when I change computers next month?

thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, I seem to find links for CS3 and CS4 applications, but when I try to go for CS5 (the one I have a license for) it redirects me to the main Adobe CC application page

ToMeR did you purchase the middle eastern version from Adobe directly? If so then please see Find a download link on Adobe.com for information on how to download your purchased software. If you purchased the software from a reseller then I would recommend contacting them for installation files.
