Where can I find arrows to insert into a video in PE 12?

I would like to know where I can find a variety of arrows, how to find them and then how to insert them. Example; I do not know where and how to find Clip Art in case arrows might be located there. I have searched the archives, but failed to find answers about where to find a variety of arrows or how to make my own in case the PE 12 program doesn't have any. I am using a 2013 Macbook with OS 10.9.2.

I am currently working on the how to details on what I am assuming that you are asking, that is, moving to Premiere Elements 12 the files for the Photoshop Elements 12 Full Editor Graphics arrow choices.
The arrows are going to end up in the path
Local Disk C
Program Files
Adobe
Adobe Premiere Elements 12
Clip Art
Common
and, in the Common Folder, you will be placing the arrow files (best as .png on transparent background) into one of the Category Folders, such as Miscellaneous for example.
Once done, the arrow choices will be found in this example under the Graphics/Miscellaneous.
Now here is the situation as of the moment. I am not locating individual files for arrow choices for the following
I am suspecting that they all may be embedded in one Adobe file that cannot be opened. But, I am still looking into that.
If what I suspect is true, then the answer may turn out to be to create a Photoshop Elements 12 document (transparent background) for each arrow choice (at wanted file size, I have seen 1600 x 1200 as well as 300 x 303 and others.) Then save each arrow document as a png file to be placed in the Premiere Elements 12 route...Common Folder Category Folder as indicated above.
Just some thoughts for now. Please let us know if I have intepreted what you are seeking.

For 2 weeks ago I was searching for a log file on my server. Somehow I opend a file where I could see a list of all bash-commands I had ever entered into OSX Terminal.
Now I need this file.. but cant find it.
What is the official location for this LOG file?

You have the latest version (CC 2014.1 or 2014.1.1) in which the interface condenses Design View with Live View buttons in normal layouts. See screenshot.
However, in FGLayouts, Live View is the only option which poses some editing problems and has been highly criticized.
Is there any way to display the Design View in fluid grid pages?

Where were you downloading the to, iPhoto, a folder on the Desktop, where? Are they still on the camera's memory card? If you deleted them from the card and haven't used the card since they can be recovered with recovery software like MediaRECOVER. You can download the demo version to verify they can be recovered before purchasing it. Other similar apps can be found at MacUpdate.com by searching for "photo recovery" or similar terms.

iCloud requires OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. You will need to upgrade to either Lion or Mountain Lion in order to set up iCloud on your Mac and see iCloud in system preferences. First check to see if your system meets the system requirements to upgrade.

I am having difficulties importing files into Thunderbird. Where can I find live chat supprt?

Before one of my email accounts closed, I saved all of the material from that email account to a sub-folder I created under Local Folders, and saved all of the information as .msf files to my computer. Now when I open Thunderbird, all of the material from the former email account that I saved to the folder is no longer there.
More importantly, this is a complicated problem that requires more than one answer. Does Mozilla offer Live Chat support, and where can I find it?

christ1 -The reason I didn't provide more info is because I saved these files to Thunderbird over a year ago, and this problem just came up recently, so quite frankly, I don't remember all the steps I took to save the files at the time. Also, this one-question-at-a-time type of post-and-respond takes hours, and doesn't allow me to check things as I go along in real time.
Secondly, the main other reason I posted here was to see if Live Chat or any other form of actual '''in person''' support was available. This problem is complicated since we're talking about two different computers, and I've done about all I can on my own. It seems that Live Chat has been cancelled, as James mentioned, so I'm totally stuck without any way to get the files that are missing. Again, I am totally flabbergasted that a company as big as Mozilla seems to be completely unreachable and unaccountable to its users, truly unbelievable.

I am desesperate to understand how quite basic functions (just as one of many examples: how can I paste text, that I have formatted in MS Word and want to paste into a Forum Post-Entry?) can be done with the primitive and awful Text Editor used to enter/edit Forum Entries. Notice, that like many other Adobe users, I am not familiar at all with HTML and it is therefore a description of the badly named "Full Editor" that I am looking for.
Where can I find a User-Guide for this Text Editor?
My recommendation to Adobe: exercise enough brute pressure on the developers of this primitive Text Editor to force them to provide something more reasonable, more powerful and more intuitive.

I was trying to understand how I could do things as simple as inserting text that I had previously copied. Since there are neither command menüs nor buttons for the Insert of previously copied text, I was trying a mouse right click.....and was being offered in the context menu the choice between "Insert Link", "Insert Image", "Alignement", and "Insert Table"....... but no possibility of a plain insert of previously copied text.
Now, I realize, that Clearstream supports at least the keyword shortcut of "Ctrl V" ........that I am not using in any other software (I never use any keyboard shortcuts).
Since Clearstream does not support reasonable choices in the contextual menus, I will need to memorize the most important keyword shortcuts.
By the way: I detected now, that the "Ctrl V" keyboard shortcut allows me to insert formatted text.
Even, if I will now begin to be able to use reasonably Clearstream, I am quite surprised to see that such a software provides neither reasonable Contextual Menus, nor a User Guide, nor........

Where can I find my mountain lion installer included with 2012 mac mini

I just bought a 2012 mac mini and I want to install mountain lion on an SSD that I bought separately. Where can I find the mountain lion installer file to create a bootable USB install drive? When I go to the mac app store, mountain lion is not listed in my purchases and when I try to buy it, it says "We could not complete your purchase. OS X Mountain Lion is not compatible with this computer." It's already installed on the mac mini, I just need the installer file so I can install it on my SSD.

I tried this method, and while it did get me the installer image, when I restored it to an external and tried to use it to restore a Late 2012 Mac Mini, I got the same "No" symbol I did with other ML installers.
Here are some screenshots of what was loaded onto my external before I yanked it, when the screen turned black durring the restart. The highlighted file is what I restored to my external to use to restore the Mac Mini.

The disc plainly state:
To use the AHT, hold down the D key as the computer starts up.
Works here. However, there was an issue with installing Lion that screwed this process up.
Mount disc 2, run this command in the Terminal app, OPTION-click & hold Finder's Dock icon, and select RELAUNCH:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
That unhides all hidden files/folders.
Now, drill down to /"Applications Install\ Disc"/System/Library/CoreServices/ and drag the .diagnostics folder into your Lion boot volume's /System/Library/CoreServices/ folder. That might require you to authenticate to copy the folder into the CoreServices subfolder.
Run this command to hide the normally hidden files/folders and RELAUNCH the Finder again.
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 0
This should allow the machine to boot into AHT when restarting and holding down the D key.
If that doesn't do the trick, run this command in the Terminal app:
sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/CoreServices/.diagnostics
At the Password: prompt, carefully type in your admin password, since nothing shows up on the screen, and hit the return key. Then, try another restart, holding down the D key.

This makes no sense to me. But I could live with it - except perhaps something I did has made my PrE11 impossible to work with. When I put new clips via the memory card into the program, they do not go into the Timeline. All I get is an error message.
I like the Adobe programs and don't want to give up on them, especially since my problems probably have been self-imposed.
