Where can I find Icons?

Is there somewhere on the web that I can download free icons for my Swing application which conform to java L&F design?
Icons on http://java.sun.com/developer/techDocs/hi/repository/ are all small and just a few.

Well, that is a problem. Whatever was in that package Sun made which you already have the link to seems to be all they made. No, it is not a very robust set of icons. And I've never seen anyone else with an extension to that set. It would be nice if Sun could add more, but really, it looks like you'd have to create your own for whatever you need, in that style. Anyway, it's hard to find any "complete" set of icons in one style, as no one can predict what would be needed. So the best thing is to make your own.

Q) Where can I find Icon files (*.ico) for using in forms?
Explaination: I am looking for icons for showing them in my application. Like I have an iconic button for 'Data Entry' option on Vertical Toolbar. Then one icon for Reports and Queries and so on. I need some icons which reflect the heading like for 'Data Entry', I would like a person working on a keyboard. For reports I would like to have a person reading a report or something like that.
Can I find such icons on internet or any specific site?

There are thousands and thousands of places on the internet to find .ICO files. Just find one with image and size you want, and use it.
Note that if you are using web-deployed Forms, you will need to convert the .ICO file to .GIF or .JPG for runtime. The Forms Builder still uses .ICO files, though.

Where can I find the music I just transferred from my Windows library to my mini? When I claick on the music icon, nothing shows up. Manual proves useless. :{

I clicked everywhere, but no prompts told me what to do this time!
Sorry, but I can't remember how hubby originally managed to make popup appear on my computer screen that allowed me to transfer music from my hard drive/desktop to my mini.
Calling the Apple store was fruitless....wading through interminable menu; put on hold; connecting to helper, then immediately being put on hold; finally disconnected.
Just want to know the first step after all of the above and I can PROBABLY take it from there..........

The indicator should be in the Top-Right Corner..
..but see that under Connectivity-->WLAN-->Settings-->Show WLAN Availability is set to 'YES'..

Have you tried searching for it in spotlight? it should be in there somewhere. Possibly even in a folder, now that folders have an infinite amount of pages it might just be lost in one of the new folders?

Go and take a look at the netbeans site(http://ww.netbeans.org). Netbeans has loads and loads of interesting icons and it is also open-source....Take a look at it...You would get beautiful icons for save, print, etc.

Google stopped supporting Exchange for free accounts as of 1/31/13. If you already had it set up that way on the device, it will continue to work. However, if you didn't, you'll need to set it up as a regular Gmail account.

I am trying to prepare some custom icons for my third party hard drives and need the help of the simple and FREE Apple developer utility known as "Icon composer" (available free as part of a suite of some 40 so-called developer tools that come with APPLE OS install DVDs.
I am looking to download (from WHERE ????) a simple, standalone copy of this little utility without all the hundreds of MEGS of extra baggage of the developer or XCode tools multi-installer on my OS 10.5 install DVD.
I lack the sophistication to find the right installer and am concerned I could inadvertently damage my OS by installing a whole lot of program tools I don't want or understand.
Please, where can I find and download just and only - "ICON COMPOSER" ??? I've searched all over this site and can't find it.

The disc plainly state:
To use the AHT, hold down the D key as the computer starts up.
Works here. However, there was an issue with installing Lion that screwed this process up.
Mount disc 2, run this command in the Terminal app, OPTION-click & hold Finder's Dock icon, and select RELAUNCH:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
That unhides all hidden files/folders.
Now, drill down to /"Applications Install\ Disc"/System/Library/CoreServices/ and drag the .diagnostics folder into your Lion boot volume's /System/Library/CoreServices/ folder. That might require you to authenticate to copy the folder into the CoreServices subfolder.
Run this command to hide the normally hidden files/folders and RELAUNCH the Finder again.
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 0
This should allow the machine to boot into AHT when restarting and holding down the D key.
If that doesn't do the trick, run this command in the Terminal app:
sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/CoreServices/.diagnostics
At the Password: prompt, carefully type in your admin password, since nothing shows up on the screen, and hit the return key. Then, try another restart, holding down the D key.
