Where can I find Installer and uninstaller log files in JSE 6?

Where can I find Installer and uninstaller log files in JSE 6?

For the installer log file, search for Sun_Java_Studio_Enterprise_6_2004Q1_install, or some portion of that.
To find Java ES component product log files, search on Sun_ONE.
You can also search for the timestamp that is part of each log file name. It is of the format MMddhhmm (Month/day/hour/minute)
Refer also to the Troubleshooting chapter of the Installation Guide for additional details on reports and log files used by Java SE

  • Where can I find the reference of log files?

    Hi, all
I am doing with the configurement of Connection Manager. The requests are always been refused. Then i want to see what does logfile say (cman_xxx.log), but I don't know what it means after I open the file. Like this info:
    (TIMESTAMP=13-3ÔÂ -2003 13:53:19)(EVENT=20)(RLYNO=0)(REASON=17)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=10.88.88.72)(PORT=1667))
in this sentence, REASON=17, but what does it means? Is this the reason for what my request to connect the CM was refused? and EVENT=20, what does it represent?
    Thank you.

Where can I find the iPad back up files on my PC?

    Try "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup".
If Moible Applications is inside iTunes instead of your media folder then you should consider using File > Library > Organize Library > Rearrange files in the folder "<Media Folder>".
See also make a split library portable.

  • Where can i find the start up log?

when arch boot's up the deamons i get a [Failed] but it goes so fast.. and the boot is on 1024X768 so i cant see who failes... and then when x start's it clears the console.
where can i find the boot log file? (i looked in /var/logs i have no idea which one)
    thanks

MadTux wrote:dmesg: boot messages generated by the kernel
    /var/log/daemon.log: messages generated by daemons
/var/log/kernel.log: messages generated by the kernel
MadTux:  None of the above log files have the same information in them as a traditional "boot.log"
Depending on what you're looking for, dmesg and the like are often no help whatsoever.

Where can I find imovie for 10.4.11?

Install it from the computer's original disks or buy an iLife 08 or earlier package from a source such as Amazon or eBay. If you're using a PowerPC Mac with a CPU slower than 1.9GHz, buy iLife 06 or earlier, or iLife 05 if you're on a G3.

  • Where can I find, in time machine, the file of Wi-Fi associated

When I upgraded I started with a fresh install because I wanted that many things remain only in the backup.
Now where can I find the file association to networks of all wi-fi that I had before?
Let me know if i can see hidden files in Time Machine.
    Thanks

The file is located in the startup disk at
    /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
so it is gone if you installed on a wiped disk. There is an option in the Time Machine software when you restore your files to select network settings, you would have needed to enable that to get the file. You may still be able to find that file and manually restore it but beware its ownership should be 644 root wheel. Also, close System prefs before restoring the file.

  • Where can i find the OC4J.SH script file

hi everyone... anybody can tell me where can i find the oc4j.sh file.. ??? this script allows to run an instance of oc4j on linux... also this allows to start oc4j as a service.. please help.-... if you have the source of this script please put it here...

You should be able to find it in $ORACLE_HOME/bin, where $ORACLE_HOME is the place you install your oc4j. It seems this "oc4j.sh", "oc4j.cmd", or just "oc4j" comes to into being since oc4j 10.1.3. So you can just download oc4j 10.1.3 standalone, unzip the file, and find it in the bin directory.
As far as I checked, this oc4j.sh is a very thin wrapper around oc4j.jar or admin.jar. There is nothing fancy about it. You can just as well start your oc4j by
      java -jar oc4j.jar
To start oc4j as a service, or a background process as it is usually called on linux,
      java -jar oc4j.jar &

  • Where Can I Find Components And Footprints Not Included In The Circuit Design Suite Databases?

One of the most common questions asked by users of the Multisim and Ultiboard suite is about finding components. From time to time you may come across the need of a particular component or footprint (lanbdpattern) that is not included in the master databases. So where can you look for these components? There are multiple places to begin your search, both 3rd party and from NI that are free and readily accessible:
One of the long-standing free resources is the Kittmaster's Component Database which is maintained by Kittmaster (Chris) one of our proven active veterans of this board as well as a Beta Tester of the Circuit Design Suite. You will find a vast collection of already built parts in Multisim and Ultiboard formats that have been submitted by users like you that have register on kittmaster's database and that actively upload custom component creations. I encourage you to register and share.
NI has recently created the Circuit Design Community in response to requests from users around the world. The Circuit Design Community aims to provide an open resource for designers that need or would like to share Multisim components, Ultiboard footprints, sample design files and other documents that are of use for the design community. The basic difference between the Circuit Design Community and this Circuit Design Discussion Forum is that the Community is tailored for document and file sharing, whereas the Forum is designed with problem solving, tip sharing and general support questions in mind. Again, I encourage you not only to search, but also to share any components you may have created that are useful for other designers.
Most manufacturers that offer SPICE or PSPICE models in their websites would typically allow you to download them free of charge, in most cases accepting a license agreement. The first step is to identify who the manufacture of the part you are looking for is, as well as cross-reference manufacturers. Then search in their corresponding websites for the product folder or design resources section. If you find SPICE or PSPICE models you can easily import those when creating a new component, remember that Multisim is highly compatible with PSPICE models, and every new release adds more compatibility. If you cannot find the model, it does not hurts to call or email the manufacture and ask directly if they have such models, in many cases they are not advertised in the web.
Last, but not least, use your favourite internet search engine and see if anyone out there has posted or worked on a similar model.
Thank you for using the support resources and I hope that these options fulfill most of the component searches that you may need to do.

You can have a look at some established projects that are using similar tools - where do they put the application files etc.
    There are things like XDG_CONFIG_HOME, XDG_DATA_HOME etc. http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedi … atest.html

Above the fader, click and hold the horizontal bar right below where it says I/O. In that list, go to Stereo... then Logic... and take your pick.

  • Own OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. MSOffice 2004 was taken out because of computer repair and now can't find disc to reinstall. But WANT the Office 2004, not Office 2011. Where can I find one and are all Officew 2004 the same

I own a OSX 10.6.8. IMAC with Snow Leopard. my MSWORD Office 2004 was taken off when computer was repaired and now can't find the disc to reinstall. Do not want the Office2011.. Where do I find the Office 2004 and are all Office 2004 choices the smae.

Hi Martha - Amazon offers office 2004 on their website.
    http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Office-2004-Standard-VERSION/dp/B0001WN0M2
That will be your best bet if you want to have office 2004 on your computer. Also, there are some different versions want to come to office. The link above gives you the standard version, but there's also the professional version. Now it sounds like that you do not want to upgrade to the latest office because you're most likely comfortable with how 2004 works. So in that case I would not spend the extra money and pay for the professional version unless you really need it. I see on the website there that if you buy a used copy it will only cost you around $10.
    Hope this helps!
