Where can I find my License key in Lightroom?

I purchased a full version of Lightroom 5 online about 5 weeks ago. All was well until the develop module stopped working last night and I'm now getting a "develop module disabled - renewal required" message. I'd like to check that my license key is correctly entered, but can't find it anywhere - any help would be appreciated

If the develop module is disabled and you are being asked to renew then you have downloaded and installed the creative cloud version of Lightroom. It is the same program, but is licensed completely differently. You cannot activate it with your serial number. You will have to uninstall that version, and then install from here:
Product updates
If the installer doesn't prompt you for the serial number, you can get to the registration screen through the help menu in Lightroom.

If you are talking about serial numbers to activate the software, as far as I know there are no serial numbers for activating cloud-based applications. If you happen to have trial versions installed and need to convert them to cloud use, see the folowing help document:

The Adobe website has changed and looks to be focused on CC. In the office we have someone still using CS2 which is fine for his needs. But on his new computer Photoshop keeps asking for the CS2 key. I believe 90% of Toshiba notebooks you can find on the market are delivered with preinstalled operating system. When you start it for the first time you must NOT activate preinstalled OS. At the bottom of the notebook you can find Windows sticker with valid key license.
Maybe you bought notebook without preinstalled OS. In this case you must install own OS and use own license key.
The question is: which notebook model do you have exactly and was your notebook delivered with preinstalled operating system?

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.

I have installed AS ABAP sneak preview on my laptop.
I use username "bcuser" and password "minisap". when I try to create some objects like, i.e. Function Group for Function Module, then it ask for an access key.
Where can I find an access key for this ABAP SNEAK PREVIEW for user "bcuser"?
I have gone thru some documents, I know we need to register user in OSS and need to get an access key from the marketplace but can I register this user "bcuser" or it's already register? I need some more specific information to resolve this issue.
Please advise me on above question.

Hi Rich,
I have entered ZH_XYZ as a Function Group name to create a new function group. While I am creating it, it asks for the Access Key. I tries to enter an Access Key here for the first time and it says wrong entry for access key.
Also if I try to create new Function Module, it ask me to select the Function Group. As I couldn't create a new Function Group, I tried to select from existing(from SAP System's FG), still it asks for an access key, I enter the an Access Key here, then also it says wrong entry.
I really got confused with this Access Key thing, can you provide me some insights?

If you go to the "Lightroom Help" menu in LR this document is referenced near the top of the page. I agree it is hard to find using internet searches.

You mean, LR is asking for it's own licence # when you try to upload some presets?
It sounds strange to me...
Open LR, then from the software preferences, go to the "Presets" tab and click on the "Show Lightroom Presets folder...".
Copy and paste your preset there and restart LR... it should be do it.

I logged in and viewed all registered products. We've uninstalled these license as employees have left and installed them on new employee work stations. I am trying to find out if we can see the license key on the end user's work station. It's a reconciliation project as we need to track the license keys more closely.
Any other thoughts?
