Where can i find My serial no. in Final Cut Pro 6

I need to find my serial no. for final cut pro. i am rebuilding a mac due to some software issues.
I have the install disks for final cut studio but i can't install it without a serial no. i have 3 other macs that are the same and we have not started to rebuild them yet so is there anyway to get the serial no from them. This is also an education version of the software as i am at a school and somewhere we have lost the documentation.

I had the same problem. My G5 crashed and when I restored everything from Time Machine, several of my more complex applications (like Final Cut Studio) would not work. I was able to order a replacement installation disk from apple for about $16 per disk (I only needed the install disk, but you could order the whole bundle if you need it). It took me a long time to find my original serial numbers so i thought i'd share the location with everyone!
The serials can be found in:
~Library/Application Support/Pro Apps/Final Cut Pro System ID

If you purchased it from the Mac App Store, there is no serial number I'm aware of. It's tied to your Apple ID rather than having a serial number or other key code.

There's no such thing as 1080i25. The i is for interlaced and has either 50 fields or 60 fields (actually 59.97, but that's another story). There is 1080p25, but I don't believe that camera can shoot that.

I know that it is possible to take it online but I cant seem to find a website link anywhere. Also when I go for my level 1 and 2 exam can I really only take it on the west coast? It looks like all the certified training centers are in the mid west and west cost.

The code for the associate exam is in the back of the book.
There are quite a few centers on the west coast. You have to zoom into the map for them to appear.

I don't think Final Cut Pro 7 is available anymore.
After using both, I personally think FCP 10 is better, so it'll probably be safe to buy it.

Hi memorse414414, Your Adobe ID will suffice for activation. For subscription, the installer would validate from the server using your Adobe ID.

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.

Satellite L300-21F - Where can I find the serial number?

The ink on the silver toshiba serial no./model no. panel on the back of my laptop rubbed off after only a week of use when i bought the pc last year. I am now having a problem with my touchpad not registering finger-cursor movements or strokes at a normal applied pressure. I have to press harder much of the time for the action to be registered. A third of the time it works fine at normal pressure.
It is still under warranty. Unless anyone can tell me of a possible reason for this[anyone?] then I guess I should probably send it in for repairs.

I have only a rough idea of what the serial number is - i managed to write down most of it when i noticed it had started to rub off. I don't think my laptop is registered online and I don't have the paperwork that accompanied the laptop in its box.

Im really wondering that you cant read the serial number on the bottom side anymore after one week only Where do you use the notebook?
Anyway, I have Satellite L300 too with Windows XP preinstalled. If I start Toshiba PC Diagnostic Tools I can view all details about my notebook and also see the serial number.
