Where can I find open/closed bugs etc.

In the installation of the 8.1.7.8b.0 driver there is a file called stage\odbc_8178b_readme.txt which says:
The ODBC 8.1.7.8b.0 driver is an upgrade to the ODBC 8.1.7.8.0 driver that includes the following two bug fixes:
2776239 - Access violation when passing NULL pointers for username or password
on SQLConnect.
2689837 - Memory Leak
I tried searching OTN, but found nothing. Where can I find more information on thes bugs?

You'll need to go to Oracle's support site http://metalink.oracle.com to see the list of open and closed bugs. You'll need to have some sort of support agreement with Oracle before you'll be able to access this site, however.

so i have some open work from the night before on my computer and left it on, closed the top, the computer restarted it's self and lost all the work to what was added.....where can i find it....was it auto saved?
If the application supported auto-save, yes, if not, then no.
If you were creating a mail message, it might be in the drafts folder of the e-mail program.
What evidence do you have the computer restarted itself? Did the Apple logo come up? -
I have a big problem, I don't know what I touched but when I open up my iTunes I can't see all the icons. The only icons showing are "podcast, iTunes U and Downloads" so in other words I can't find the movies, music etc. Which means I can't buy/rent!

I rented a movie on Itunes last night and I watched half of it before falling asleep. Today I tried to open the movie and watch the last half but I cannot find it. It has been less than 24 hours since I rented it. Where can I find the movie?

Had the same problem and spoke with Apple Support. They had me reset the System Management Controller:
Shut down the computer. With the computer off, on the left hand side of the keyboard press shift+control+option along with the power button simultaneously and release. Wait 5-10 seconds and restart the computer.
This solved my problem and I was immediately able to purchase, download, and play an HD movie from iTunes w/o any error message. -
How can I reset Safari with all components? On my MacBook with Lion, Safari does not start, does not react immediately after trying to open it. Installing a new Safari does not help. Removing parts of Safari in the Library does not help. Where can I find and remove all components as LastSession and TopSites?
The only way to reinstall Safari on a Mac running v10.7 Lion is to restore OS X using OS X Recovery
Instead of restoring OS X in order to reinstall Safari, try troubleshooting extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
If it's not an extension or plug-in issue, delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test. -

When I click "about this mac" to check on my storage, I get a number of different sections music, movies, etc. but also I get a section called backups, where can I find the files in this section?
Welcome to Apple Support Communities
All the storage in "Backups" is taken up by local snapshots, which are made automatically in all MacBooks, MacBooks Pro and MacBooks Air with OS X Lion or newer and Time Machine turned on.
See > http://pondini.org/TM/30.html I recommend you to leave them there, because they will be removed automatically. However, if you want, you can disable or remove them manually if you want, even if there's no reason to do this. Have a look at the link above for more information -

See for yourself which version of ACR is needed for that camera’s RAW files

then check your version (Photoshop > About Plug-In > Camera Raw).
Your version of Photoshop does not support that version of ACR.
You could use the free DNG Converter. -
