Where can I find someone who is highly experienced with Adobe Illustrator to hire?

Looking to hire someone who is highly experienced with Adobe Illustrator and who can follow very specific factory guidelines with line art drawings.

Yes, there is a kind of brokerage service available, where you post what you want, and developers can bid on the job. I don't remember what it's called, but the one I'm thinking of is out of West Palm Beach. I think there are a couple of others, too. Sorry I can't be more specific. You might try searching the archives at palmbeachpost.com, since they did an article on the people involved not long ago.

    Hey.
I have an idea for an app with is essentially a college notebook. Could not find one on the app store to my needs so I though there is no real harm in making one. Just need a developer.

    I'll modify that first word!

However, be aware that Apple has neither the time nor the incentive to test every camera on the market, so there will be many more models, old and new, that will work perfectly even though they are not on the database.

  • Where can I find a picture of s10-2 with 6-cell ?

Where can I find a picture of s10-2 with 6-cell ? The pictures shown somewhere in this forum shows a s10-2 with a 3-cell, but it isn't even sold with a 3-cell, so i'd like to see what it would look like in real-life with a 6-cell.
Also, is the fan/bios problem fixed in the s10-2 ?

    George,
Thanks, but I don't plan on taking it apart. I just want to have a better idea of
what I think may be the problem.
I just had it in for a 'tune up' where they do a hardware test, and also vacuum
out the dust. I was hoping that would fix it, but it didn't.
    Thanks again,

Is there a way to get a search protocol of the "Find my iPhone" search app and icloud ? And where can i find a protocol of the chat with a apple support worker

Thanks for the reply however this does not help.  When I check the cloud it shows that I have only 20 photos.  In reality I had a lot more than that.  All the photos on the cloud are those that I have taken since I was at the Apple store.  When I check cloud storage usage on my phone it says that I have 5.1 GB of photos.  This is a lot more than the 20 that I can see.  I am not sure what the Apple employee did to my phone.
Still looking for answers.  It is really too bad that I can not talk to an Apple person to get help since they messed up my phone.

  • How can i find someone who can read my book?

its only 96 pages.  96 very crucial pages, so far unread by anyone but me.  where can i find a reader or two or three so i can test it out?  i don't have the funds to pay someone for this and i'm not really looking for someone to be an editor.  i just want someone to read it and react.  to tell me what is good and what is not so good with it.  is this possible?

You need a beta reader.  One of the ways they differ from editors is the fact that they they suggest changes to, and don't directly manipulate (as editors do), the hard copy.  And, of course, they haven't trained and studied for the Editor and/or Proofreader title; therefore, they aren't editors or proofreaders, and don't get paid editor and proofreaderer prices. The ideal beta reader is a well-read, intelligent individual with a love of books and authors.  They usually beta read for free, but some will ask for an acknowlegement in the book, or a simple "thank you!" via email! They are the before-it-is-ever-in-the-hands-of-an-editor step that many newbies, such as yourself, should take advantage. I have suggested beta readers countless of times for many of my authors, before they use me.  Be careful, however.  Ask the beta for whom he/she has read; make sure it's not some nutbag who just wants to be in print.  When they write you, is their email message riddled w/ typos? Do they only write in lowercase? (C'mon, it isn't that difficult to cap when necessary.  How lazy!) Do they speak proper English?  I refuse to recommend any beta reader who insists on using "ain't" in our correspondences.  It is not proper; we just met and I'm an editor: you expect me to recommend you to an author when you refuse to speak correctly?  In character context, yes, but upon our first meeting?  Nuh-uh.  For (pick a deity)'s sake, use a real word----and use the SHIFT key!
PS: Ken, thanks for the plug. What this author needs, however, is a beta reader.  We'll get him/her straightened out, lol :-).

  • Where can I find my mountain lion installer included with 2012 mac mini

I just bought a 2012 mac mini and I want to install mountain lion on an SSD that I bought separately.  Where can I find the mountain lion installer file to create a bootable USB install drive?  When I go to the mac app store, mountain lion is not listed in my purchases and when I try to buy it, it says "We could not complete your purchase. OS X Mountain Lion is not compatible with this computer."  It's already installed on the mac mini, I just need the installer file so I can install it on my SSD.

You might be able to simply boot into the ML Recovery HD, select Reinstall OS X and point to your SSD drive. You won't capture the InstallESD.dmg file to create a USB thumb drive installer.
OR.... to create a USB thumb drive of your pre installed ML, you would need to redownload Mountain Lion then grab the InstallESD.dmg file and create your USB thumb drive. Here is how I've done it using Internet Recovery to get my pre installed OS X.
Attach a USB external drive to your system. Formated as Mac OS Extended (Journal) and GUID partition table.
Restart using Command+R+Option to boot into Apple's Recovery HD. This will get you the original version. Or just Command+R to boot into your ML Recovery HD.
Select Reinstall OS X from the OS X Utilities menu.
You will  have to watch the download. After it completes and your system restarts, at the black screen disconnect the external USB drive.
After you are back to your current desktop, insert the external USB drive. There should be a single folder on the drive called 'Install Data' (I think). Find the InstallESD.dmg file and copy it to a folder on your current system (Downloads, for example).
Follow any of the internet instructions to create a ML USB thumb drive.
I tried this method, and while it did get me the installer image, when I restored it to an external and tried to use it to restore a Late 2012 Mac Mini, I got the same "No" symbol I did with other ML installers.
Here are some screenshots of what was loaded onto my external before I yanked it, when the screen turned black durring the restart. The highlighted file is what I restored to my external to use to restore the Mac Mini.

  • How can i find out who signed into itunes with my id

Someone signed into an iPhone4 with my info last night. i have an iPhone5. How can i find out who

BTW, just checked through my email history and I can't find a similar message to yours. I recently had my iPhone 3GS replaced with an iPhone 4 so if there is an official alert program in place I should have received something like it. I think we can be reasonably confident that it is a scam. If you used any link in the email to visit what you thought was an Apple site, and signed in, then you should definitely change your password from within the iTunes application. • Where can I find what phone loads are compatible with CME?

I recently upgraded one of our CME systems to CME v10.0
I noticed that even though the CMEv10 Supported Firmware page says the compatible phone load for my 7911 phones is 9-2-1TH1-13,
my 7911's running phone load 8-4-3-16 all seem to be registering and running just fine.
So I must conclude that 7911 phone load 8-4-3-16 is compatible with CME v10.0
Where can I go to find out what phone load versions are compatible with CME or perhaps, at least, where I can find what phone loads are no longer supported by a version of CME?

    Hi Jared,
Specific CME versions are tested with the versions listed on the "requirements" doc like the one you mentioned (linked below), but are not limited to those firmware versions. The phone loads/firmware is completely independent from the CME/IOS version. And it is often appropriate to upgrade or downgrade phone firmware levels on CME and is fully supported :)

    I would look at upgrading the 8-4-3 firmware for the 7911's BUT you will need to move to an interim mid-point release like 8-5-2 as a first step due to the "important notes" shown here;
    Firmware Upgrade Issues for SCCP
Note For all SCCP firmware upgrades from firmware release versions earlier than 8.3(3) to version 8.5(3) or greater, you must first upgrade your firmware to version 8.5(2). Once you have upgraded to version 8.5(2), you can upgrade your IP Phone to version 8.5(3) or later.

  • Where can I find a link to download and install ADobe Digital edition on my iPad Air ?

I Just bought a book in PDFs format with my iPad. The vendor site says I need to install Adobe digital edition, but I can't find a link to install adobe digital edition on an iPad air. Can anybody help ?
    THx all!

    Hey edsonascimento,
You might need to first deactivate Acrobat from the Help menu on your old machine.
Then, you can download Acrobat X Pro from the below mentioned link and activate the software (from Help menu) with the same serial key:
Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X
Please note that you can activate and run Acrobat software on maximum two machines (say your desktop at work and laptop at home)
In order to use it on third machine, you need to first deactivate it from any of the old computers.
    Hope this helps.
    regards,

  • Where can I find good jsx examples? (more than Adobe's)

    1. Any good list of places to find Adobe Illustrator JSX examples?
    2. Any reason why Adobe can't provide examples that use all of the basic commands. For example, in Adobe's Javascript examples (/Applications/Adobe Illustrator CC/Scripting.localized/Sample Scripts.localized), there's no usage of PlacedItem.
    3. Any examples of using PlacedItem with a move to a given coordinate? I simply want to click the upper left corner of the transform positions, then put 0 in x and 0 in y, in the toolbar.
    4. I'm guessing I'll use PlacedItem.transform but there's also PlacedItem.move

Just take a look at this tool: ExtendScript toolkit.
    You could find it here:
    http://www.adobe.com/devnet/scripting.html
    This will help you.

  • Where can I find C++ source examples for interfacing with a PC-DIO-96 PnP DAQ card?

I am a C++ software developer who needs to be able
to use the PC-DIO-96 PnP card to communicate with Special Test Equipment in order to measure and adjust voltages. My Operating system is Windows NT. I am not exactly sure where to start...
    Thank you for any help,
    Tim

This is a Measurement Studio forum, you should post Digital I/O questions to the digital I/O section of Developer's Exchange here. You should be able to find C examples that will work in Visual C++ in your NI-DAQ software directory. If not, go back through the installer and select Visual C/C++ support.
