Hard disk crashed, need to reinstall all software including Photoshop Elements 6 for Mac. The download link has been removed from Adobe site and support is saying I have to purchase a new license. I already have a licensed version of this product and this version is sufficient for my needs. Where can I find the download link?

Where can I find the Install File for Acrobat Standard 9?

I am trying to reinstall Acrobat Standard 9, but can't locate the Install File for Standard, only for Pro. Can anyone tell me where the file for Standard is kept?

As far as I know the older versions of Acrobat Standard are (still) not available... I've seen discussions where that's debated but I have yet to see anyone report finding the file.

Where can I find the download link for Photoshop Elements 6 for Windows

Had to replace my hard drive and lost Photoshop 6. I don't have the installation disk anymore. Does anyone know if it's available somewhere on the web? I've searched and cannot find a link to download it anywhere.

If you registered your copy with adobe, you may find download links by going to the main page of adobe.com and clicking on My Adobe and working through the links there. If they're still available there, save the downloads this time, don't just run them, since adobe only makes those available for about 3 years.

I cannot find the download link for Acrobat 9.0 Standard - all I can see is the Pro versoin. Can anyone provide or help with this?

I need to reinstall Acrobat 9 STD which we purchased online. When I go to the provided link, it does not help me out. I was eventually able to find the download page for older products but it only shows Acrobat back to v10.x Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

Can't find the download link for CS6 Production Premium after uninstalling PS CS6 Beta...

I downloaded and installed CS6 Production Premium. Then I realized I had to uninstall PS6 Beta. But after uninstalling PS6 Beta I wasn't able to reinstall PS6. I went back into My Adobe and although I see CS6 and the serial number listed under purchased products, nothing comes up when I click on recent orders or order history. I can't find a link to redownload the product.

If you have already downloaded the CS6 Production PRemium then you can use the same to install , no need to re-download
and If you don't have the downloaded setup then you can download the software as trial and serialize it later but do make the back up for future use.
To have the download links under Adobe,com account, you have to contact Support no one can help you here.

My PC with Elements 8 crashed.... where can I find a download link for Elements 8?

If you purchased a DVD but are not able to locate the installation media then please see http://prodesigntools.com/direct-download-links-for-lightroom-3-and-photoshop-elements-8.h tml for information on how to download a fresh copy of the install files. Please make sure to follow the Very Important Instructions section as opposed to simply scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the download link.
Once the download is complete please make sure to make a backup copy of the installation files in case you need access to them again in the future.

I purchased Acrobat X and Acrobat 9 Professional, and no longer have media to re-install. Where can I find a site that will allow me to download? I have serials/license codes as they are both registered with Adobe.

I have same problem as above, managed to get through the jungle of Adobe stuff took me long to find a link to download of Acrobat 9 Pro which I purchased long ago (for another strange reason the re-download link is not available from my order history page in my account). When I click on the Acrobat 9 Pro download link (on the page above) this is what I get:
Access Denied

BTW It is absolutely impossible to get hold of a customer service in Adobe, I recall once chatting with someone asking how to reinstall my product (which I paid money for!) and was told off by a "customer service officer" that I cant reinstall it if I dont "deactivate" on another machine, which crashed long ago and was disposed of, he was very patronising and the whole experience was very unpleasant. This is just to share experience.

I can't find the download link for 10.10

I have 10.6.8 on a 2010 iMac trying to upgrade to 10.10 but when go to the Apple site and choose "Upgrade Now" I don't get a link for the download. I have tried opening up the Mac App Store and get the same thing. The best I can find is a "get" tab under the big X in a circle but the link doesn't do anything.

I get 224 search returns. Only looked at the first three pages or so but none specific for download. There are links on how to upgrade. I can get to the page in the App Store for upgrading, there is just no clickable link to actually get the software.

Where can I find a download link for Captivate 5.5?

The Captivate 5.5 page cant be found after Captivate 6 was out.
But Captivate 6 is not on sale here in Singapore yet.
While we have to buy 5.5 and we had already done so, captivate 5.5 is just no longer availabe for download.
Can someone kindly provide a link?

If you downloaded Captivate 5.5 directly from Adobe as a software download, then you should be able to re-download the file from your Adobe store account. If you did not purchase as a software download, then Adobe does not make the download available to you.
