Where can I find the original contract that I have with Apple?

I've registered with ADC a long time ago (more than 8 months) I don't remember exactly what the contract is and where to find it, the one that you deal with Apple? Was there even one? I just presumed there's gotta be a document describing the terms and agreements for selling on the app store?

hm...then I also don't have a clue. But...you can conatct Apple and ask about it. I just had a look at
the email they sent me back then and here it is:

The Paid Applications agreement (Schedule 2, as agreed to on iTunes Connect) is attached for your records.
Please use the Contracts section of iTunes Connect to provide your contact, banking and tax information. All required information must be provided in order to receive payment for software applications sold on the App Store. You can also access the Contracts section on iTunes Connect to check the status of your agreement.
If you have any questions, please email [email protected]

  • How do I install OS 10.7 NOT 10.7.5 on a mac running Snow Leopard 6.8  i.e. where can I find the original install app for Lion OS 10.7.0?

I'm running 10.6.8 Snow Leopard fine on my MacPro1,1, Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 2.66 GHz  Mac, but I need to install Lion 10.7.0 to run a program I need. How do I install OS 10.7 NOT 10.7.5, because I get this message when I try to install 10.7.5, which I've downloaded:"This update requires Mac OS X version 10.7." on a mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.8, So i need to install the original 10.7.0 over the 10.6.8  i.e. where can I find the original install app for Lion OS 10.7.0? The original Lion 10.7. is not avaialable for purchase from the App store or anywhere,  even C-Net . Where can I find it to purchase?
Also it seems I cannot install Mountain Lion over 10.6.8 as advertised. When I go to purchase I get this message: "We could not complete your purchase. OS X Mountain Lion is not compatible with this computer."   I think my computer can handle it (specs above) Are there any workarounds to this?

If you're getting a "This update requires Mac OS X version 10.7" message, than you have the updater and not the full installer. Go to your Purchases section of the Mac App Store and you should see the full version there. But it may be 10.7.5, though in my system is shows as being from 2011 which would appear to be the original version.
As to Mountain Lion, that's supported only on the Early 2008 Mac Pro or newer.

  • After renaming clips, where can I find the original name?

    Hi
Sorry, I asked this before but got an answer more about custom naming. So...
After importing my dslr clips with their uninformative date and time names, I often rename them so I can tell what's on them. But sometimes I want to know the original name which doesn't seem to be in the 'Info' panel anymore since I renamed it. I can 'Reveal in Finder' which will show the original clip but you'd think FCPX, since it keeps track of the clip, must have the name squirreled away somwhars. Anybody know?

    Thanks for the reply.
I don't get where you mean. I see where to apply a custom name, I'm saying, after I've changed the name either in the Browser or Info panel, I don't see where the original name is and I'm asking where I can still find the original name in FCPX.
I know I can "reveal in Finder' to see the original clip with its name but there must be another way in FCPX itself.

  • Where can I find the scale value of mx:Image with scaleContent enabled?

    Hey all
Like the topic says, where can I find the scale value of the image content using an mx:Image with scaleContent set to true. Both the scale on the image object and the image.content is 1 (resizing is probably done by a matrix).
To put things into context: I'm loading a picture from the filesystem and then use the Marilena facedetection to check for faces. When I find any faces I draw on a overlaying UIComponent the box where the face is. Because the detections returns the position of the face based on the unscaled bitmapdata the box indicating the face is not in the right position. In order to get this right I need the scale factor of the mx:Image scaleToFit.
    tnx in advance!

Nope, there it is also 1.
I solved it by calculating it myself:
    detectLayer.scaleX = detectLayer.scaleY = image.width>image.height?Bitmap(image.source).width/image.width:Bitmap(image.source).heig ht/image.height;

  • Where can i find the usb cable that fits first generation ipod?

I have the scroll wheel ipod and the usb cord is an older version. (looks like the new version with a trapazoid added on the right end). where can i find a cable that fits? and what is it called?

The one you are describing sounds like a FireWire sync cable but they are becoming hard to find. You can use any USB to 30 pin cable to charge your iPod. It will sync slower but will not harm your original iPod.
    Here is just the cable:
    http://www.amazon.com/Apple-Connector-FireWire-Cable-White/dp/B00009KO0B/
It won't work to charge or sync newer iPods, or any iPhone or iPad.

  • Where can I find the Paint Icon that is used to create pictures and is on normal computers, but is not on my PowerBook?

Okay, so let's just start off by saying that I ABSOLUTELY HATE POWERBOOKS AND APPLE IN GENERAL, but sadly that is what I have.  It's difficult to manage and is not at all easy and being as I'm young, I hate messing with it.  There are so many things that are difficult compared to my previous Toshiba computers.
Let's just start off by saying that I make compositions. I can't make compositions without Paint.  There is no start button or Icon to find paint on here.  Where do I find the Paint Icon?
Second, I collect random pictures and have no idea how to contain them in certain files or where the heck to save them to or how to access them.  If you could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.
If you can help me, thanks so much, but if not, it's quite all right.  I appreciate the effort.  I just really need a big huge understandable manual to help me maneuver around this maze of a computer...
    Goodness, I miss my Toshibas.

    look for help.

In ACS 4.x you can not check the contract and serial nunber through GUI or CLI. You need to check that internally.
In ACS 5.x you can atleast check the serial number via CLI
    ACS# Show UDI
    SPID: CSACS-1120
    VPID: V01
    Serial: XXXXXXX506L

  • Where can I find the "genre" selections that used to available? Such as Salsa, Holiday, Sports music, etc?

I am trouble locating the section that contained different albums...such as Holiday Music, Songs for Bachelorette parties, etc. Can someone please tell me where I can find them in the Itunes store?
    TIA!

Okay...I have some more information and perhaps we are getting closer.  On the 250GB, first I went into that disk and used Disk Utilty to re-format it once using Mac OS Extended (Journaled) then a second time, zeroing it out. I did a screen shot to review if needed, and both times it looked perfect...249GB available.  Then I went into the Time Machine preferences to get ready to backup again, and it had not excluded the other external 120GB with iTunes so I excluded it. I may has previously, never noticed in that screen that it takes a bit of time for it to calculate the information to save.  I may have just clicked on it quickly without reviewing it first.  Today I did, and gave it time to calculate.  At one point the actual 250GB itself, showed up and I excluded it too like the 120GB.  After it finished, the calculations are still it wrong - claiming it has a 200GB backup when the iMac either contains 150GB (based on when I do Get Info) on it or from OmniDisk which calculated about 100GB.  I have not allowed Time Machine to do a backup yet, until this discrepancy can be clear.
One thing that I thought I had seen or reviewed previous on the Time Machine settings was my home folder - I could be wrong but wanted to mention that.  Another little tidbit to ponder an well is that I have a files of icons that I use for the Hard Disks, and a few folders where I Get Info on the Icon and on the destination and just cut and paste.  I did that today to the 250GB after zeroing, but while I was in the Time Machine settings the change was deleted and neither the manufactures icon was there nor mine, and it has the default blue-green one the software uses.  I know, because my sister's is that way on her system-unchanged.
    Feedback?
