    Hi memorse414414, Your Adobe ID will suffice for activation. For subscription, the installer would validate from the server using your Adobe ID.

    Hi! I need help to find the serial number for Photoshop Elements 11 I downloaded last year on Apple Application Store.. I have been using photoshop on mac for over a year and now need the serial number to be able to use it on macbook. I looked up Adobe's website for help but found none and noone to ask for support..     Can't find my serial number for Photoshop Elements 9 which I purchased in a bindl with Premiere Elements two years ago. Now, after reinstalling Windows on my desktop I need to register my Adobe products again. They were bought by Internet. No disks or boxes.     If you purchased it from the Mac App Store, there is no serial number I'm aware of. It's tied to your Apple ID rather than having a serial number or other key code.

    I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 a couple of years ago and had it installed on my old laptop, and now I am trying to install it on my desktop computer.  I cannot find the serial code anywhere on the box or DVD envelope, and I have tried entering every code on the box I could find (all invalid).  It's supposed to be a 24 digit code with letters and numbers, right?  I looked at my account to see if I had any products previously installed, but it says I don't for some reason.  I also tried checking my email to see if I had been sent the code, but I wasn't able to find anything.  I obviously had the code at some point since I was able to install the program a few years ago, so I'm not sure what happened?  Can anyone help me?

    What computer operating system is involved here?
    Did you ever install Premiere Elements 11 on your computer?
    If so, then go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, go to the Search field (top right of the web page) and type in My Products. Follow the My Products link to the list of your registered products. If you find your Adobe Premiere Elements 11 listed there, click on it to reveal the serial number.
    Please let us know the outcome.

    Add On...remember, Adobe will not let you use the purchased activated serial number on more than 2 of your computers (and then, one at a time).
