Where can I find unposted documents on the screen

Question

Hi,
I want to fill a field ont the batch screen with a field from a new purchase delivery screen.
With formatted search I can lookup a field from the active screen (select $[38.....)
But now I need a field just from the still unposted purchase delivery screen.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible and how ?

I am not sure about this question .If you are talking about unposted >> in what sense
is it means journal entry or staus of an document itself . As you know , the only unposted means it should be draft .Once you add the document , it is posted . 
If you are looking whether this document has fulfill its purpose , that would be the status of the document . You can see the staus at the top right corner of the screen. For example - If status of the purchase order is open , that means goods hasn't been received for this purchase order . For that we run a open items report from Purchasing report  and select the particular document .
