Where can I freaking find an iPhone 4???

I am on a reserved waiting list at like 4-5 Apple stores here in Maryland. I have been for over a week and a half now, and im not getting any email notifications of my iPhone 4 being ready for pick up. 2 weeks ago I dropped my iPhone 3G in our pool, and I literally have no phone! Good excuse to get a new one. Don't want to order one through apple.com, cuz it's saying will ship in 3 WEEKS!?! Can't wait that long. Anyone know of ANY other way or location I can go to, to grab one of these like this week?
Just curious. Thoughts/suggestions?

I picked one up at the AT&T store the day they had them (June 29th). Waited for the line that formed at 6am to finish. Walked in at 9:45am. They had 20 coming in a shipment later that day, and asked me if I wanted to reserve one for pickup later. Got a call at lunch, picked it up then, in and out in 20 minutes.
Also had my name on the reserved list at two different Apples stores in the Detroit area. Got emails from both of them on Thursday saying my reservations were in as both stores, and I had until Friday at 8pm to come pick them up. But since I already got my phone at AT&T on Tuesday, I didn't need them, so I just let the reservation go.
Not sure why you aren't getting emails from the Apples Stores. Maybe give them a call, and they can check on the status?

Actually, two weeks later would be my friend's birthday and I would like to give him an unlocked iphone 5 (because he is in China) as a gift.
I tried to call the apple retail store, and the assistant said that I could order unlocked iphone 5 online. But I could not find it online.

You can 'ping' your phone and have it play a sound (even if it's muted) from the watch, but it must be in range... That's intended to help you locate it if it's nearby but you forgot where you put it, or it slipped behind a couch cushion or something.

You can create and use different iCloud accounts on the same computer, whether they are single or multiple user.
There is a limit of 3 accounts you can create from a device but I thought this was only iOS devices - maybe not.
iCloud accounts can only be created using a valid email address, so I guess I'd start there to retrace what accounts you have.

Unfortunately, the only place that you can activate "Find my phone" is from the device itself.

Update: Installed Firefox browser per someone's suggestion. "Find my iPhone" app loaded normally from iCloud and found the phone within 5 seconds. Problem with Internet Explorer 9 still persists. Guess this is as good a work around as any.

do you own the Apple ID to which the device is locked in Find my iPhone? If you do not own it, you cannot unlock it without knowing the former owner's Apple ID and password or having him remove the iPhone from his account.

You don't need the Find My iPhone app. You need to turn on Find my iPod in Settings > iCloud on your iPod. Then to locate your iPod from your PC, go to https://icloud.com and follow instructions.
