Where can I get CS4 (Windows) install media?

I am migrating from one PC to another, and I want to install my registered CS4 Master Collection onto the new machine. Unfortunately I cannot find my install DVDs! I have contacted Adobe and have spoken to Provantage, the reseller where I purchased the software--both of them assure me that the DVDs are no longer available and that there is no way to download the software. I need help! Can someone direct me to a source where I can get replacement media, or to a link to download the software? As much as I would like to upgrade, which would obviously solve the problem, I simply don't have the money to do so at this time. Help!

where can i get a windows install disk? do i have to buy a new windows os?
    thx

No because then you will have not only have installation issues but also validation issues. If you are using Boot Camp on your Mac to install any of the windows versions then you will need a FULL version of the Windows operating system.

I am trying to install windows 7 on my macbook pro 13", when i run bootcamp it tells me that there is not a windows support software available for my computer. Where can i get the windows support software for my macbook?

Apple only supports Windows on certain hardware.
    http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/
Apple provides their framework for Windows to run on a Mac, a piece of software called a Hybrid MBR that bridges the gap between how Windows reads the drive partition table (MBR) and EFI/GUID partition table that Mac's use.
It doesn't mean Windows can't run on your Mac, a third party solution called rEFIt will also bridge the gap and allow booting of more that just Windows, Linux as well for a triple booting computer.
Your hardware has to meet the other requirements the second and third operating system needs as as being able to install drivers that will work for your hardware, especially the fans or they will run loud and fast by default.
    http://refit.sourceforge.net/
This above is a advanced procedure which requires knowledge how computers and various operating systems, drive formats and so forth work.
I even admit I don't know everything myself, but I experiment on a separate piece of Mac hardware (out of warranty/AppleCare) designed for this purpose so in case something screws up I'm not taking down my only machine and can use the other to get online and find solutions.
There is a very high potential for losing your data if your using advanced/non-Apple methods to install Windows on your only Mac where Apple doesn't support it. Also one shouldn't be doing this on Mac hardware that is under AppleCare or warranty as it might be voided. Proceed at your own risk and education.

  • Where can I get the Horizon recovery media??

My computer is having issues and i backed it up onto an external drive.  But when I press F2 to restore it says that the structure is different and that it can't restore.
Where can i get the recovery media from? ... I have an external CD Drive.
    Thanks,
    Kris

There are two ways to solve your problem:
You can order new copy of recovery DVD by nearest authorized service provider or
You can use original Microsoft installations DVD for clean Vista installation
All necessary drivers, tools and utilities you can find on Toshiba support page.
BTW: MasterG is right about activation key at the bottom. This key belongs to preinstalled version you got with your notebook.

  • Where can i get a windows 7 installation disc, and how much would it cost.

I need to know where i can get this installation disc, could somebody send me a link to like amazon where i could buy the disc. Please help me out.

If you have some Windows experience, you could get the Windows 8 Customer Preview which will last until next January. It is free. Possibly Windows 7 will cost less after 8 is available
at cost (like an old iPad?).
There is also a User guide here
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/consumer-preview
The consumer preview download here is only if you already have Windows but you can get ISO below.
Write down the product key which is needed at install time and select language, 32 or 64 Bit.
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/iso
In Mac, you need to run Boot Camp to create Windows space before install from ISO at boot.

  • Where can I get Palm Windows Mobile SDK

Hi, I know this is not the right place but I am out of option.
I desperately need to get hold of the Palm Windows Mobile SDK - need to programmatically control the POWER ON pin on a Treo 750. But the download link on the Palm developer network, https://pdnet.palm.com is not working - "Access Denied".  I got no response to my email requests from the Palm developer network, I guess that site has been abandoned.
Could someone kindly tell me who I should contact about this or tell me where I can get a copy of the SDK?
Palm should at least re-instate the SDK download link. It would also be nice to put a notice there so people know what level of supprot is expected there.
    Post relates to: Treo 750
Post relates to: Treo 750 (AT&T)

Are you able to log in?  Did you get the validation email from Palm to activate your account?
I'm viewing the right-hand column where a list resides labled "Windows Mobile SDK".
Palm Developer Guide, Windows Mobile Platform
    Windows Mobile API Guide
    Sample Codes
    Header Files
The link above these selections is alive, and I'm taken to a download section.

  • Where can I get the full install?

I want to deploy firefox to several computers at my company. Where can I find licensing info and get a download of the full install?

That should be the whole installer, but if it isn't at least 10 megabytes, you could hit up the FTP server:
    ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/5.0/

  • Where can i get a replacement install disc

I have an Airport Extreme 802.11n and i have lost the installation disc, where can i buy a new one?

What do you need from that disc? Basically, it installed Airport Utility which should be part of your OS X installation. It is in the Utilities folder.
You can purchase a replacement from Apple Customer Support: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers.

  • Where can I get the Windows 7 64 bit driver for the MBP (6,2)?

I have to install Windows 7 for work. I have my hard drive partitioned for triple boot, with Ubuntu 64 bit on one partition, and Windows 7 64 bit enterprise installed on another. Both boot fine; Ubuntu found all its drivers automatically (well done, guys!), but Windows of course cannot. Boot camp assistant refuses to download the drivers because I've already partitioned the drive. (Pardon my frustration, but that is a completely brain-damaged software design decision. -1 to apple.)
Is there any way to get the drivers?? Even just for the wireless card?? This is unbelievably frustrating. It's 2011 - stuff is supposed to 'just work,' and playing coy little hide-the-hardware-driver games does not 'just work'.

Alas, no dice. I was able to skip the compatibility check and run the bootcamp installer, and the 3.1 and 3.2 updates. However, I still have no wireless. The device manage shows it as an unknown network card.
linux lspci identifies the ethernet and wifi cards as:
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5764M Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (rev 10)
    03:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM43224 802.11a/b/g/n (rev 01)
the ethernet card is recognized in windows, but the BCM43224 is not.
under linux the BCM43224 works out of the box using the standard "wl" driver with Broadcom's recently open-sourced firmware.
But I'm having a hard time finding any other Windows drivers for it: searching broadcom's site and windows support doesn't give me anything, and google just gives me loads of what look like pay-to-download scam sites and malware. Have I entered some weird parallel reality where wifi support is better in linux than in windows? that can't be, maybe I'm not configuring something correctly.

  • Where can I get an eMac install DVD from?

I've just been given an eMac that was destined for the skip. It came with no install DVD's and the administrator password is unknown. Whoever cleaned it out before parting company with it put in an administrators name as "apple" but didn't clear the password which is asked for in order to make changes & take over the computer. I wanted it as a spare & to play old games on that I can't bear to part with since getting my MacBook Pro intel i5 laptop (now updated with OS 10.7 Lion on it.)  I've done a bit of research to  try to find how to 'hack' into the system and change the administrator password but it seems I need the install disk to do a clean install again. As this eMac is running Mac OS 10.4 I should be able to wirelessly connect it to my established system once I gain control of it & use it as storage/back up etc.  I'd be grateful for any suggestions of either where I can get a disk from or how to change the root password.  Is there anyone out there who can help? I'm not a very techy pro though have had macs for many years so know my way around one fairly well.  Thanks

It will be difficult to find the original Install/Restore disc, and then it may have an OS lower than Tiger 10.4
Here's severtal methods to reset the password without the install disc:
    1. boot computer and hold the "apple" key and the "s" key.
    2. wait for terminal show
    3. release keys
    4. type without the quotes: "/sbin/mount -uaw"
    5. press enter
    6. type without the quotes: "rm /var/db/.applesetupdone
    7. press enter
    8. type without the quotes: "reboot"
    9. press enter
This will let you create a new admin account when you reboot your computer.
Also, without the discs, look at Mac OS X Tip - No Password, No Root, No CD? No Problem.
    http://www.macobserver.com/tip/2003/06/16.1.shtml
Here is a way to get around not knowing the admin password on Macs.
To reset your OS X password without an OS X CD you need to enter terminal and create a new admin account:
       1. Reboot
       2. Hold apple + s down after you hear the chime.
       3. When you get text prompt enter in these terminal commands to create a brand new admin account (hitting return after each line):
              * mount -uw /
              * rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
              * shutdown -h now
       4. After rebooting you should have a brand new admin account. When you login as the new admin you can simply delete the old one and you’re good to go again!

  • Where can I get a Windows 7 64bit driver for my LaserJet CP1215?
