Where can I get InDesign CS4?

Does anybody know where I can get InDesign CS4? I need it to work with a supplier platform that does not yet support newer versions.
I already tried the 30-day trial (which ran out after seven days), but I cannot find the full version anywhere.

Where can I get Indesign for CS5?

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get Indesign for CS5? I'm a former student of Kaplan University. I was charged $$ for the purchase Creative Suite 5 (CS5) from the university for use in classes for my BSIT, but the version I received from them for the full purchase price did not include any version of Indesign?!
Prices around the 'Net, including the Adobe store, seem quite high for the CS5 version of Indesign, despite the fact there's already a CS6 version out there. Problem for me is that I can't afford to purchase it at $900 nor purchase a whole new CS6.
Found out I really needed Indesign as a cohesive for the rest of the programs in the Creative Suite after purchasing a self-teaching manual for the CS5. Didn't even know the program existed prior to purchasing the manual (thanks Kaplan! LOL)
Hoping one of you gurus can help me out and one day I'll be able to repay that favor to someone else :-)

I just looked on eHow and Indesign is merely a way to compose brochures, booklets, and ebooks, it's not important as I'd been led to believe. I can buy a new version of Indesign for CS5 as a standalone and it costs roughly $338, which I may do later this year.
It does matter who's to blame in the case of Kaplan and I'm working with my U.S. Senator on that case. Online schools need to be just as accountable for how they treat their students as any other institute of higher learning and/or group that is taking $$ for assistance. The way to change that is through law and better oversight to ensure they meet accreditations and specified educational and regulatory standards.
Sadly CS6 is only available in a downloadable version. It's crazy to know that I'd have to spend $2,700.00 to purchase something that is only in a downloadable format and to know that new computers may be made without CD/DVD drives so that everything can go cloud - meaning anyone would look at my ideas on the cloud end and use them?! But change is inevitable and so be it.
You're helpful in the fact that it might be best to either purchase new versions of specific products I want or upgrades I need as that's more cost effective and the versions would be compatible with the latest technologies. But since circumstances had not allowed me to complete my education (yet), I work in a minimum wage position and will need to save up to get anything old or new

Where can I get Indesign CS5?

my employer has CS5 installed on their PC's - which they bought online. I now need to instal it on a laptop so that I can work off site and as they have no discs I can't do it easily. Where do I get a copy of CS5 from? Upgarding all of them to CS5.5 is not an option.

The thing about downloaded copies is that they are the same as the copies you buy on disk. Both are fully functional, but require a code to unlock them. The code is printed on the disk copy, and is sent to you if you download a copy. Presumably, Adobe still has CS5 on their server, so if you ask them directly, they may send it to you via FTP or give you a link to download another copy. You would then use the same code to load it onto your laptop that you used to load it onto your desktop, because the EULA says it's OK (as long as you don't use both copies at the same time, but you couldn't if your desktop is at the office, and the laptop is offsite, so you're OK). If you don't still have the code to unlock the software, explain that to them and they will probably give it to you as well. Of course, that is dependent on whether they can verify that you are the registered owner of the serial number you provide them for your copy of CS5.
I got a download copy of CS3 several years back, and I burned the installer to DVD before I installed it, so if I need to wipe my computer, I can get it back on. If Adobe sends you another download installer (which I think they will), you should consider doing the same.

Where can I get Photoshop CS4 64bit?

I've seen a lot of people talking about Photoshop CS4 64bit native code, but I can't figure out where to get it.
I'm currently using Windows XP, but plan to upgrade to Windows 7 Professional 64bit in a week or two. I'm going to reload all my programs from scratch and would like to start with the 64bit version of Photoshop CS4.
I purchased the standard Photoshop CS4 CD from Adobe, but I don't remember seeing anything about the 64bit version when I initially loaded the 32bit version on WinXP 32bit. Maybe I didn't see anything because I don't have a 64bit system yet.
I have Googled and looked for this information in Adobe's Knowledgebase with no luck...

Where can I get Photoshop cs4 trial?

I've not been able to afford the ridiculous prices to keep up with cs, cs2, cs3, etc. I'm wanting to buy cs4 but I want to try it first. All I can find on this asinine Adobe download site is the current cs 5.5. I cannot use 5.5 because I do not have an Intel machine! Does Adobe care about us not-so-rich-one-man-studios any more?

Where can I download InDesign CS4?

I purchased in the past and had to wipe my computer. Trying to download the program again. I have my serial number for activation.

I am still a bit confused. I have followed John's instructions explicitly, steps 0-6 as he mentions. Step 1 is to follow a link to download the Adobe download manager so I am unsure why you mention above that this is to download it without the download manager. I followd the instructions and have the files downloaded into one folder on my desktop.
The last step, step 6 in the instructions, says to follow a link to the product installation instructions. It says to make sure all of the files are completely downloaded (which mine are) then...
Important: Some Windows product downloads include two files: an .exe file and a .7z file. To install the software, it's necessary that both files are downloaded and located in the same folder. Otherwise, an error can appear when you start the installer. Errors include "Windows cannot open this file" and "The file archive part of Adobe [product name] is missing."
Double-click the .exe file (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) that was downloaded. Follow the onscreen instructions to install the product
This is where I am stuck. Of the three files that I downloaded, I have a .7z file but the other two just show they are "File" as their file type. If I double click the .7z file it opens the Adobe download assistant but nothing else happens and there is nothing showing on the manager to suggest I can do anything else with it. Also, at the top of the instructions page it says this

So my question above was if there is a difference between the Akamai Download Manager and the Adobe Download Assistant that I was directed to download when following the instructions on the previous page.
I feel like I am close. I have the files, just not a .exe file. The files that downloaded are large (550 mb file and a 135mb file) so I would think they are what I need to load the program. However, I cannot get anything to run or load the files beyond where I am at.

There are help files in CS4 as well as lots of tutorials on using Photoshop online. Unless it is an advanced feature not seen in CS4 any version of PS tutorial should work.

Where can I get a book printed from a Pages document?

Ok, I know of dozens of service bureaus/labs happy to print photo books for people from a series of jpeg image files. Pages does not output jpeg files. I know of one that will do it from a PDF (Blurb, actually), but it must be a PDF/X-3 file, which Pages does not do, either. Where can I get a photo book printed from either a Pages document, or from a Pages-created PDF?
I don't really want to layout my book in InDesign -- Pages is so much easier and faster.

It isn't impossible to use Pages for book printing.

Where can I get a new hard drive for my intel imac? **** thing dumped, less than 3 years old.

We use PI 7.0 in productive environment, but we plan a release update to PI 7.11. We have several Java Mappings for PI 7.0 with Java 1.4. So we have to upgrade this also to Java 1.5.
We are using following SAP Java libs:
