Apple does not repair devices beyond replacing the screen on some models or a battery replacement. They replace the ENTIRE device.
For the Out of Warranty replacement cost, you could have gotten a fully functional replacement device. Instead you chose to spend less to get only the screen replaced and continue to live with additional issues.
Apple will not touch the device now. They will know that it was opened elsewhere and that the replacement screen is not original.

I believe it's is a normal ribbon cable, not fancy stuff because we are using SATA now that why vendors stop selling it. Well I know where I can get but you need at least 15hrs flight to get to my place. My suggestion, it's an old machine, buying a new external optical drive now may be a cheaper option and save time for running around. External ODD's are cheaper than you thought.

My phone started resetting today over and over and then shows the icon to plug into itunes. When I tried plugging in, a message pops up saying that itunes can't connect because my phone has a passcode and i need to unlock it to connect. my phone won't let me do anything more than make an emergency call. it wont give me the option to enter my passcode to unlock the phone. What can I do?
After a visit to the apple store, they were able to get through my pass code but unfortunately I found out that is was a problem with the logic board. Since Apple only wants to sell and not fix, I was able to locate an iphone repair near me that deals with logic boards and they are currently working on it right now. i should be getting it back soon. Im not sure if the problem you are experiencing is the same as i went through but it does sound like it may be also a hardware issue and would suggest searching online for an iphone repair place that can diagnose what exactly is wrong. Hope this helps.

I am a Lightroom and Photshop user. And sometimes I use Acrobat for simple things. In moving to a new computer I somehow lost my Acrobat Pro 7. I still have a legal key for it and don't need it for much. So I not looking forward to paying € 25, - per month. Anyone know wherr I can get a bona fide version of Acrobat Pro 7? Thanks.
"7" will run fine in XP (or equivalent time period Mac OS). "7" does not do well in Vista. "7" is a no go in Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or any contemporty Mac OS.
The Acrobat 7.x product family passed into "End of Support" many, many years ago; it is not compatible in any contemporay OS.

Either your antivirus/firewall is blocking access to gs.apple.com, your iphone is jailbroken, or your computer was used at some time in the past to hack or jailbreak this or some other iOS device. The first you can fix by disabling your security software. The 2nd you can't do anything about, and the 3rd you fix by editing your hosts file and removing the lines containing gs.apple.com.

I have a problem with uploading proto project in to creative cloud. After search on the internet I found that in version 1.1.1 it was fixed, but my version of proto on my Android tablet is 1.1.0. And after that I found that |I cannot upgrade it anymore from Apps stor. Okay I red news about Proto has been stopped as a project. But for slow user like I am - where can I get latest version of it?
Just a shame to have this software, and don't have any chances to download results to desctop...

thank you.You could try Apple, but I don't think they have it any more. If you are in te US, try eBay, but make sure that you get the retail version, which is black with a big X on its face. Do not buy the grey disks, they are machine specific and will not work.

After checking the first cd i noticed it was scratched < This was the first time i have had to use this , so it must have been damaged when i purchased it but never noticed , My question is where can i get a copy of the first cd from.

How did the photos get onto your iPad ? If they were synced from a computer then they can't be deleted directly in the iPad's Photos app - instead they are deleted by not including them in your next photo sync from your computer's iTunes.
For your apps, as long as they are still in your country's store then you should be able to redownload them via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad, and via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes. If you had backed up to your computer's iTunes before starting the update then you could redownload them to your computer's iTunes and then retry restoring to your backup and see if that copies the apps and their content back (the actual apps aren't included in a backup, just their content/settings, so for a restore to work fully you need to have the relevant apps in the Apps part of your library). -

This allows faster retrieval of report data. Plz. understand that, this scheduling needs to run after every data load in the corresponding cube, so that, the latest data is cached, else the report data will be obsolete.
