Where can I get photos on line to use as backgrounds for Photoshop Elements 9 ?

I have some pictures that iI took @ Walt Disney World that I would like to have new backgrounds. I have downloaded some from on line but when I try to fit them for the background they become blurred. Is there a site that I can download photos ? Is there a requirement about what size & how many pixels are needed? I'm using Photoshop Elements 9 .

If you Google for free photos for download, you will get many hits.
The problem is that they are usually low resolution, resulting in a suboptimal presentation with your high resolution foreground.
Another consideration is the copyright issue.
I usually make my own background in this type of situation. However, in full editor, open the content palette. In the drop-down select "by type" and in the drop-down to the right select "backgrounds".
If you are so inclined, post one of your pictures here for targeted suggestions.

Authorization and Deauthorization

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.

5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.

I am using Win 7 Pro 64bit operating system on an HP Computer. When I open Photoshop Elements 13 and under file I go to import and my XP-620 is not recognized. How do I get it to work with PSE?

Jim -- I checked all the settings, and in paper options, I found the culprit the paper size was not 13 x 19 but 8.5 x 11 -- for some reason, when I select a custom size in the print menu, I now need to go to paper size and make sure the change is there too. I didn't need to do this before now, but now I will. Thanks for reminding me to check the settings. ak

Ah, well now's a good time to learn something new.
You'll notice with a wipe transition, there's a seam where the images meet. If you have an image of a jack o lantern or something, use that object to hide the seam. Place it on a layer above your video layer. Load that image into the Viewer and keyframe the position of the object to animate it. You can keyframe almost any property in the Motion tab of the viewer.
Any way, just a thought. If you have Photoshop now would be a good time to learn selections and how to make images with alpha (transparent) channels just for this reason.

my computer has been getting either blue screen of death, or your machine has been turned off to save your computer or pixels jumping around across screen, so on white screen was getting streaks of blue from top to bottom and on black streaks of red dancing about, OR no screen at all - blank.
Now machine won't even boot up. This all happened both on cable and wireless. Product no VJ667EA # TX2 Touchsmart 1340ea.
There have been no upgrades of hardware , and on software front only thing is regular updates of windows. It was running Windows 7 64 bit professional.
It is now totally dead. If you try to boot up you get the electric symbol light up, and caps lock and end /number lock light up and flash... thats it.
We just tried to blow out dust that is all.

Where can one find the serial number on the package of Adobe Photoshop Elements II ?

I have tried every single approach known to man, to get my software loaded into my laptop... I cannot locate the serial number on my box of Elements II, then fournd the reddemption code.. tried to find that on the web, with no success, then called Best Buy three times, maybe four.. no one knew how to help me, there, either --they should be able to at least, tell me where to find the serial code, somewhere on the packaging.. no matter what number, or approach I have used, for the last three hours.. none of them work.. can someone make any suggestions as to how to get this program installed ? The people at Best Buy, had no clue, and bounced me from person to person... then put me on their Geek Squad number, which played bad, scratchy MUSACK for twenty minutes, and no one ever picked up there ! It's asking you for my apple id password. not going to give that out, sorry.
However I did try this projector on my mother in laws iphone 4 and on my old iphone 3. ipico software isn't needed. plug and play any video through standard movie player or camera saved video.
I tried on my girls iphone 5 with the adapter. The ipico software and projector doesn't work on this phone.
Hope this helped you. Better to buy a used iphone 3 or 4 and use it for video storage.
I also found that the battery on these projectors are a joke (30-60mins max). I rigged a longer lasting battery on the outside and keep it plugged in while using. This doesn't charge the phone though so I replaced the battery in the old iphone 3 and now get at least a full length movie from it. Great in bed projected onto the ceiling.
