Where can I get the HPLCSWY0 standard report?

Question

Hi guys,
I am unable to find the standard report called 'HPLCSWY0'. It is used for extended wage type selection.I think its country specific to Poland. Is there a way to get this report and the report category from somewhere on the net?

When i opened the bat file :
i did not find any report server name ...
