Where can I get the sample layout pages that were in the older CS Dreamweaver?

Where can I get the sample layout pages that were in the older CS Dreamweaver. You normally find them when you press "More" on the start screen and you see it on the "layout" section.
On the CC version you only get 2 out of the 20 that you used to get. How can I get them back?

Yes, I agree, the tax ID issue needs to be resolved, but the problem is on their side, not mine, and I cannot contact anyone. My question is HOW DO I GET HELP when I can't even get an application to complete? What do I do when I'm told to contact itunes Connect but am denied access? WHO does one contact, HOW? The tax ID is mine. That has been verified by the Feds. There is some snag on THEIR part and I can't get any help. Thank you for your time and effort.

Where can I get this sample database?

Hi,
I'm attending some PL/SQL classes, where we use the most popular, I think, sample date base - this one which contains i.e emp, dept etc tables. I've downloaded and installed Oracle Database 10g Express Edition and thought it contains this sample base. Unfortunately I can't find it there so I suppose I have to get it from somewhere else.
Could you maybe tell me, where can I find this sample date base?

I would have expected the this schema to be installed with the DB. Have you tried to log on to the SCOTT schema? conn scott/tiger@sid
Also, I know when I installed my 10Gr2 database the scott schema was locked by default. Have you checked to see if SCOTT even exists? As system try the following:

Where can I get Firefox 3.6.19? I hate the new Firefox and want to reinstall my old version.

I just downloaded and installed Firefox 4 and absolutely hate it. How can I go about reverting my version of Firefox back to the version 3.6.19 that I was previously running?

There isn't one by that revision number. The previous secure version is 3.6.17
To revert to that, please do the following: 
#Go to [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html Download Firefox v3.6.17] and download it to the desktop. 
#Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (''don't checkmark the box''). 
#Then reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 
#Finally run the installation file you downloaded to the desktop earlier. 
Your bookmarks, customizations etc., are maintained in a different location and will become available to you again once you complete the installation. 
After you complete the installation, please go to the [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Plugins Check] page and update where necessary.

Where can I get a succinct history of Firefox versions including the current and beta versions?

I have just upgraded from 3.6 to 5.01 and received a message saying that this version is out of date, and that I should update to 6.0. OK, well I'd like to know just where, in the history of Firefox, this will put me. This is not the first time I have wondered about Firefox's version history and tried to find the information. It almost seems that you all are hiding the information or are ashamed of something (the number of releases, perhaps?) and are making it difficult to find this information. I do not understand the rationale behind making this information so difficult to find, if it is available at all.
(BTW, I am a retired software sales engineer for Tivoli/IBM products.)

I just got an 08 mac book pro and I bought it because I was told I could download imovie 06 off the apple website. that was the whole reason why I got a mac, but now, they apparently just took the download off. Does anyone know where I can find the download? Thank you for your help

As you know we are forbidden to tell people where to obtain iMovie 6 except to suggest that they buy iLife 6 on eBay.

I have selected a page in the pages panel in InDesign CS3 interface and in my plugin I wish to get all items in the selected page. However when I try to get the IHierarchy smart poiner, It is valid but the hierarchy does not exist! That is GetChildCount(), gives back 0! What is wrong? Pages are dead ends, they're just for display in the background.
Most PageItems reside in the IHierarchy of kSpreadLayerBoss.
Some are in separate hierarchies, e.g. inlined (into text flow), master pages and TOP.

Why can I not open documents in Pages that were created in Pages?

I am using the most recent update to Pages. Unfortunately all the documents that I had within the previous version of Pages will not open within the new Pages. Equally, I cannot open any documents that I have just created with the new Pages either. Is there an obvious solution to this? Very frustrating!

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

When I reset safari it goes back to the same 4 pages that were open before every time the same pages. also my preview has a warning everytime saying a certian file is no longer avaiable

Quit Safari, and then hold a shift key while launching Safari again.
It's normal for apps to reopen previously opened windows or tabs. If you don't want to do that, select this option in System Preferences > General:

The Mysteriously Appearing Photos That Were In The Trash Bin

Hello;
I have a conventional digital camera that connects to my mac USB and downloads my photos onto my desktop. I frequently toss out photos I do not want. Last night I tossed out a bunch of my photos and emptied the trash bin. But just a minute ago, I took 2 pictures and downloaded those 2 pictures onto my desktop via the image capture utility, and suddenly all the pictures I had trashed in the last couple of days, magically showed up on my desktop. I only had 2 pictures in my actual digital camera. Why are all the photos I trashed and deleted suddenly back on my desktop?

I was not there - but my best guess is that you did not erase the photos on the camera - only from your desktop
If this continues you may need to use the camera to format your storage after you download the photos to be sure that they are erased
