Where can I Obtain the PKGBUILD and fglrx.install files for my 64bit

I am frustrated with my HD3870 vid card on my 64 bit Arch so I am actually looking for instructions on how to remove all of the Vidcard drivers and build and install fresh drivers. I read http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ATI but the link for pfgbuild http://www.archlinux.org/packages/12877/ gives me this 404 - Page Not Found

and after reading allot of posts on the forums here and through google I am starting to believe that the Majority of Video cards are older and most people are using 32bit which is why I need to find out how /where I can find the proper drivers to build or install

I don't think it's possible if you are stuck in recovery mode but I may be wrong...
Since your device qualifies for iOS 8(.1), that is the version that will be downloaded/restored to the iPad.
I do know that you can restore your iPad (from backup & as new) and keep the same iOS version if you restore using the iPad itself under Settings/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings but since you can't access this because your stuck in recovery mode, the point is moot.
Have you tried downloading the update in the middle of the night (2 am or so) where dropouts are much less likely to occur?
It's always possible to take your device in to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar reservation first) and do the iOS update there in the Apple Store.. I'm sure they will gladly help you out with it and not charge you a thing. The trouble with that would be if you don't have an Apple Store nearby.

I think you can only see the map. To see the actual EXIF data you would need to export and use a viewer.

But, frankly, I don't think that simply reinstalling the old Safari will work because of all the peripheral, under the hood changes that happen when you upgrade from one version of Safari to another. Reinstalling 5.1.10 may be insufficient to turn back the clock. (This is the moment where a Time Machine or another form of full backup would save your bacon.)
While you're getting a copy of Safari 5.1.10, get a copy of Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/), too, so that you have an alternate browser to use as you're sorting matters.
