After chat with Apple support about the grayed out wifi , I sent my iphone with a friend to Berlin to replace it , i did not know that the branch is under construction, and now what is the nearest Apple store from Berlin , I hope if anyone can help.

The iPhone does not have an International warranty. The seller lied to you. You will have to return your phone to Singapore for all warranty & support issues. You will not receive service in Malaysia.

There is an Authorised Apple Retailer in Jordan, it's just that it isn't that well known. I've just had my iPhone 5 replaced, free of charge, even though I'd bought it from Saudi Arabia. The store's called iSystem, it's at the end of Al Wakalat Street. Take a U-turn just before the 7th circle on your way from the 6th circle, then take your first right, then another right. There should be a complex on your right. Climb down the stairs and you're there. They have excellent service, although it took 3 weeks for them to get my phone replaced.

There are tow ways you can handle this. One is to copy the notes to your computer using iTunes to send them to Outlook. The other would be to create or have an iCloud account so that the notes are synced online and then all you have to do is sign back in to get them. Apple can fix it without your receipt or box. They pull the serial number from the device and determine warranty status from that. Hopefully ApplCare was registered to the product before you lost the receipt though. If not, you can go back to the point of purchase and obtain your AppleCare receipt and Apple can help attach it to the iPhone.
