Where can i resolve my warranty problem?

Hi everybody.
First off all i've got 3 Apple devices (iPad Mini Retina, 2x iPhone 5) and this makes me sad. I live in Croatia (unfortunately) and we have crooked people and companies everywhere, so don't get excited.
2 weeks ago i sent my iPhone 5 16GB BLACK (013551006007691) on RMA because camera was broken. Today (15 day letter) they said it's mechanical thing and there is no warranty. What's more interesting they offered me NEW iPhone 5 in exchange for ~1900 HRK, which is cheap by our standard for iPhone 5. I got pics of phone, and i'll wait for answer, because this looks like a scam to me.
Second thing i sent yesterday my brand NEW iPad Mini Retina 32GB for RMA because of yellow screen on top, and what now i expecting is to see another "scam" like this.
If anyone in Apple EU reads this, please contact me through post or mail ([email protected]) because i need to take some measure to deal with this mess. Also if anyone know nearest APPLE SUPPORT/SERVICE (IT/SLO/HUN) let me now, i'll contact them.

That's why Apple Store works in every country. The only way you can get your warranty working is by sending it back to the US so they can send a replacement or do whatever they need to do. Get it to your closest Apple Store

    If I remember correctly you can only get the GSBTP during a limited time. Your only choice might be the manufacturer.

    There are many many bugs that have come up in Lightroom 5 on my new iMac 5k (OSX10.10.1 Yosemite) that are seriously challenging my productivity!
    A short list of the problems include: Huge slow-downs when navigating in the develop module, very slow and sometimes unresponsive crop tool, improper slider scaling when develop panel in resized (because it is far too narrow on retina screen), poor auto selection of spot removal tool, slow local adjustment brush tool, and overall slow load times of 1:1 previews. My 2011 iMac beats the maxed out 2014 5k iMac in almost every part of the develop module except for initial loading and export times. What the heck is going on?!
    These are just some of the problems with LR, there are many more issues with premiere pro and after effects...

    Well, many of my issues evaporated when i re-installed the most recent update 5.7.1 (by download rather than cc desktop updater). Cropping is finally fast, sliders are ok for scale as long as you don't change panel size while the application in running (if you do you must close and reopen LR for slider scaling to match panel scaling). There are still some issue that I will be reporting on, but will make do for now.
    This was a major retina 5k iMac compatibility update, even though its not really mentioned in the list of fixes

  • Where can I contact for my warranty? SEVERAL PROBLEMS

    Basically I'm having a few problems with my laptop and I'd like to speak to someone about it.
    1. The build quality of my laptop seems quite weak, the left side creaks if I hold it in one had as if it's about to snap, you can see this visually as the Z50 sticker is creased, that can't happen unless the laptop is creasing too.
    2. The battery is absolutely poor! It will last for around 1:50mins but will take 3 hours to charge? What? I've had this laptop since Sep 2014 and I've had enough
    3. OneKey Theatre has seemed to stop working, previously changing from Normal to Music would have a considerable effect on audio but now it won't change to anything although the video will change?
    Any help or where can I email/call them as I'm in warranty still and it's unacceptable, thanks.

    I had to dispute several unauthorized charges to itunes. My apple id was disabled after that. I followed jarnoldus's (older post) advice and it worked. Im duplicating his entry here with a few modifications. I hope this works for you.
    1. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com
    2. Choose your product (mine was ipad)
    3. Click the "iTunes, App Store or iBooks" icon
    4. Click "Apple ID account security"
    5. Type in "apple id has been disabled"
    6. Choose your country (mine was US)
    7. Choose the "talk to apple support now" option
    8. Provide the info they request (name, email, phone number)
    9. They will call you right away.
    Explain your apple id has been disabled. The rep will connect you to an iTunes rep. He/she will look up your account. You will be required to answer your 3 security questions. You MUST get a minimum of 2 correct. If you succeed they will enable your id. Good luck!

    1. From the Safari menu bar, select
              Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
    Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
    2. Select
              Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
    and confirm. Test.
    3. If the above steps don't resolve the problem, please describe it in more detail.
