Ik heb een gebruikte hp pavilon laptop gekocht, maar er staat zo veel troep op dat ik deze wil terug zetten naar de fabrieks instellingen en fabrieks software. Systeem herstel of systeem recovery blijken niet in te schakelen zijn, hoe kan ik de zaak resetten naar originele fabrieks instellingen.

When the SAP LOGON ticket Expired or if we need to update the dates, it is generally done at the Visual Administration Level. SAP Logon Ticket is represented as cookie in the Browser which will help us for SSO.
In Visual Admin under keystore admin where our Old Portal certificate exists.
We will need to delete the old portal certificate, then we need to generate new ceritificate and a pop box will appear.. where we need to provide our System details like SID, Client. After these details are given we can get a new certificate in which validity period dates are automatically generated. And also we can import teh same into Portal at Sys Admin->sys config->key store admin for it to be available as .PSE or .DER file for SSO.

When I run a form on the web, the Java Applet is loaded and the form appear in the window. But "base window" have gived dimensions indifferent what dimensions has the window of the form which I run.
So, where can I set the dimensions of the "core window" which is behind the MDI window of the application?

in formsweb.cfg you will find parameters "width" and "height". You can set absolute values in pixels or "relative" in percent.
width=800
height=600
or
width=100%
height=100%

Hi Experts,
I was checking my SBO 2007B PL15 and in the Document Settings > Incoming Payment or Outgoing Payment, I could STILL see the "Underpayment amount allowable" field for me to key in the maximum under or over payment allowed.
But in same version PL19, I can no longer find this field in the document settings.
Where can I set the maximum allowed for uncerpayment or overpayment for Incoming Payment or Outgoing Payment in PL19??

If vze2mp9g wanted to know where to download the "Generic/Universal Printer Driver", he would have ASKED for that! Anyone could find what you gave him as a pathetic answer! Worse of all, you are more than likely getting paid for that answer!
What was asked is "where can he download "HP Easy Printer Care" software!" I have the same printer with the same problem! If it's no longer available, then just say that it's not available! If you have to PURCHASE (buy it with money) it, then say how can he purchase it!

I'm asking you very nicely not to send customers on a "wild goose (a bird) chase", and be straight forward with your answer! I, personally, have called HP technical support when I first purchased my HP Color laserJet 3800dn printer, and they immediately recognized that I wasn't the average PC user who almost knows nothing about computers, and we "troubled shooted" the problem, and I was able to fix the problem without taking it to a HP dealer to fix!
This coming Monday, June 17, 2013, I will call HP at the number your provided, and ask them if the HP Easy Printer Care software is available, and how can I obtain it. I will also mention the customer service support on HP's website forum was bad! Good customer service is to ASSIST (HELP) the customer and not just give the customer some generic answer which leaves the customer asking why wasn't the question answered "No, HP Easy Printer Care Software is no longer supported, if you want, you can download the universal printer driver for your printer." End of question.

What is the most current version of the SQL-Net Client software drivers that we should be using on our Windows Clients to hit our 8.1.6.3 server? Currently we are using 8.1.6.0.0 (per tnsping). According to the certification matrix, looks like 8.1.6.3.8, (right?)

I think you might be running into the issue that:
1) The Yoga 2 Pro does not have a DVD player built-in, and therefore they don't include DVD playback software
2) Windows 8 (or 8.1) no longer includes the codecs to play DVDs and such. You have to upgrade to the Professional edition of it. (silly, yes).
I would personally just grab VLC Player from videolan.org, and use that. Works perfectly fine, and it's free.
(Did the external USB DVD not come w/ software? That's actually strange).

Hi,
we are using BO XI R2 Edge and we have a number of concurrent accesses licences.
We have a problem handling the life duration of a webservice.
We use Query as webservice to build a webservice from our universe, and use the advanced feature to set a timeout of 1 minute for the webservice.
Then we use Xcelsius to generate a table that is exported to WebI and integrated in Infoview as an object.
When we display this object from the infoview, the xcelsius calls the webservice to get data, and when a user clicks on a part of the graph, he gets another table from another Xcelsius object, with another webservice.
The problem is that a webservice is still active during 20 minutes, so our concurrents licences are consumed really fas by a single person browsing xcelsius documents ...
Webservices are going through Tomcat, which has been set to 1 minute as session timeout, as well as 2 minutes for IIS (infoview sessions).
Still, no result, there seems to be a timeout period of 20 minutes set up in BO, but we cannot find where.
Could you please indicate use where this parameter can be set ?

If you use Query As A Web Service, you can configure the timeout of web service to other time but not 20 minutes default:
1. Open Business Objects\Tomcat\webapps\dswsbobje\WEB-INF\classes\dsws.properties.
2. Find and configure the property "session.timeout=". If this property does not exist, add it.
Note the time is measured by seconds. If you want to set 60 minutes, you should configure session.timeout=3600.
3. Restart tomcat.
