What you can do is choose some BI Scenario from SAP.com and try to develop the same in BW. But for this you will need connection to R3 as well. Since Iam going to meeting now, i can provide those website details in next half an hour.

Where can I start on this project?

I have this program due tomorrow at noon and I am no where near completion. I have worked on it for ~10 hours and havn't gotten any further then the first 1/2 hour. The assignment is to make an 8X8 battleship(ish) game. Randomly place 4 ships and so on. Here is the link to the assignment: http://www.cs.montana.edu/courses/221/programs/program1.html
I have the 8X8 layout done using both JPanels and JButtons. I don't think we have learned how to do the rest though. Any suggestions would be appreciated very much.

You will never ever pass a college education on your own. You have to team up with a bunch of friends. You can come here with specific questions but that can't replace the peer support you need to pass a whole education.

I was wondering whether I could start a topic about the Apple store experience in this forum? Please guide me in proper direction.
I have been a faithful Apple customer for almost 3 years and use the whole Apple ecosystem for home and business. Up to few months ago I had never seen anything from Apple but professionalism and quality. However, waiting in front of the Apple store at 6am in Montreal and then facing extremely rude Apple employees who treat customers with humiliation and disrespect, I thought I somehow need to find a way to complaint more effectively.
I think it would be appropriate to have a topic in this forum to discuss the horrors of the Apple store.

You know we are just other Mac users. Not to excuse what happened, but I have been reading that the Apple Store employees have been asked to work overtime and they are deluged with work and crazy hours.
You could write something here, which will go to Apple directly -- don't know really, how much attention it will get, though. In addition, I would get the store manager on the phone and give him or her an earful. That might be the most effective option.

SSH noob. Where can I start

I was able to set it up and access my hosting shell to do what I needed after a bit of trial and error...

SAP CRM - Where can I start

I hope this is the right area for posting in regards to SAP CRM 7.0. I hope that is the web crm that we are using, but I think / assume we are nto using 2007. My question is our expertise in SAP CRM is very limited. Can anyone recommend sites or some reading material, or even SAP Training for SAP CRM.

Where can I start with Pro*C

I've installed Oracle 9.2.01 for windows (from OTN)
which seems to be the latest version of oracle.
I tried to follow some information on the internet and looking for sample programs in precomp/demo/proc.
however, there's no such directory in my installation.
and there don't seem to have a proc executable since the system complains about no such file when issuing proc in the command prompt.
did I miss anything in the installation ?

My 12 year old son is saving up to purchase an apple laptop / MacBook. But making money at his age isn't that easy. So I suggested maybe looking into a used / refurbished MacBook. Does anyone know if this is something that can be purchased through Apple? If not, where can we start looking?
