Where can you get more Dashboard Widgets?

The Apple Dashboard site is not been updated for 2/3 years now and i know a lot of people still using the dashboard. Why is Apple not allowing Dashboard Widgets been uploaded in to Mac App Store? Why is Apple not updating Dashcode for years? And where are good dashboard widget sites? Thanks ;-)

Is the Apple Dashboard site page, searchable?
Does not appear to offer such a vantage-point.
A few older items gone missing were great,
such as the original iStat Pro, & Dash-Quit.
Among others, I still use them in older OS X.
However if chickens could really fly, then
they'd not be found in so many recipes.

You need to download the JCE 1.2.1 that is available on the http://java.sun.com website. Once you download the software, you need to make the jar files available. It is easiest to place the JCE jar files in the extension mechanism folder since permission has already been granted, by default, to any code in that folder. That folder is JAVA_HOME\lib\ext on Windows. JAVA_HOME is where the Java Runtime Environment is installed.
When using JarSafe with Java Web Start, make sure that the JCE jar files are placed in the extension mechanism folder of the JRE that Java Web Start is using.

I'm sure the OP found his solution, but I wanted to share mine in case it helps some future seeker.
There are a lot of brand new cords on eBay for less than $10 including shipping, which is way cheaper than the $39 stereo connector kit or an AC adapter from a retailer. I just bought a used-like-new one for $5.50.
The cord is made by Volex, part number APC7Q. The Apple part number is M9573LL/A. If the seller got it from the stereo adapter kit, they'll probably list it under MD836LL/A, which is the kit's part number. I got the best search results on eBay using just the Volex part number.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

The short answer is that you create them yourself. Tap and hold an app icon until it starts to jiggle. Tap and hold on one of the app icons that you want to put into a folder and drag it onto the icon of another. This will create a folder containing those two apps. The phone guesses at a name but you can change that. You can then drag more apps in.

Where can I get more hard drive sleds?

Hi, I currently swap four internal hard drives on a regular basis for backups. I have one of the supplied sleds that comes with the MacPro screwed to each which leaves me with non spare.
I'd like to get a couple more hard drives so I have in six in total that I'll be swapping around regularly. Rather than repeatedly unscrewing and screwing them onto a different drive I'd like to buy a couple extra sleds so each drive allways has one screwed to it and making swapping drives straigh forward.
Where can I get them at a reasonable price? (I'm in the UK.)

HP stream 7 Charger discovery and where can i get more?

After trying to troubleshoot why my stream 7 stops charging after being plugged in, I have found that it only charges to 100% if I use the HP charger and HP charger cable that came with the stream 7. So where do I get more? I need another charger & cable set for the office, I don't see an option to buy it anywhere on the HP site, amazon or Microsoft store.
FWIW here's how I tested:
With Stream 7 booted up:
5Amp USB charger & generic USB cable => charges then stops.
5Amp usb charger & HP USB cable => stops charging after a few minutes
Generic USB cable & HP charger => Stops charging at 60%
HP Charger & HP USB cable => charges to 100%
HP USB cable & Apple iPad charger => stops charging at 60%
USB battery with 1.5 Amp port & charge only cable => stops charging at 70%
5amp USB charger & charge only cable => starts then arbitrarily stops charging
HP charger & charge only cable => starts then arbitrarily stops charging
2amp Car charger with attached microusb cable => stops charging
With stream 7 turned off:
5Amp USB charger & generic USB cable => no charge logo screen
5Amp usb charger & HP USB cable => no charge logo screen
Generic USB cable & HP charger => no charge logo screen
HP Charger & HP USB cable => charge logo screen comes up & charges to 100%
HP USB cable & Apple iPad charger => logo screen comes up doesn't complete charging.
USB battery with 1.5 Amp port & charge only cable => logo screen comes up doesn't complete charging.
5amp USB charger & charge only cable => no charge logo screen

I'm having a similar problem so I decided to call support.
Seperate issue, it took over 30 minutes to talk to someone who could talk about tablets. Had to talk to two different people (giving my name, email, phone number, serial number both times!) before I reached a third person.
I was quite disappointed to hear that the inability to reach 100% is actually part of some sort of battery saving feature. Once the battery gets to 96%, it'll just stop. I asked the tech several times - so there's no way to get to 100% reliably?
It's all part of how new tablets work these days. I said - you mean HP tablets? Because literally none of my devices have this problem.
I'm strongly considering returning this device considering this "feature" and all around terrible support experience.

They used to be in the appstore once upon a time, and removed because of the ipod gen4s and gen5s which were the most popular at the time are now obsolete. Then only reason whyy I dont upgrade to the latest touchscreeen nano, is that it does not have the video camera which was an awsome extra. But to wish to load some apps on it... there has to be some place on cyberspace where you can still get them.... its a part of history:p
