Where did Adobe Exchange panel go...On photoshop cc2014/64

I cant find adobe exchange panel...is it not possible...on cc2014  and x64

The Adobe Exchange panel does not support the CC2014 release of apps because it is a panel created using Flash as opposed to HTML5, and CC 2014 apps only support HTML5 panels.
We have not rushed to release an HTML5 version of the Adobe Exchange panel because we are expecting users to use the new Add-ons website (creative.adobe.com/addons) to obtain addons instead of the panel now.
There are no definitive plans in place to create a CC 2014 compatible panel.
Hope this helps.

  • Adobe Exchange Panel for Photoshop CC 2014

I'm trying to get the Adobe Exchange Panel for Photoshop CC 2014 (Mac 10.10.2).
When searching for it on Adobe.com, all I get is the download for CS6. Is this the SAME Exchange Panel usable in CC 2014?
    Thanks for any guidance.

I'm having problems searching out any updates. It's like they silently retired it after CC.
This is the last mention of it:
Adobe Exchange Panel – 1.1 Update for CC apps now available
Since it's a flash panel, it wouldn't work in CC 2014 which has gone to HTML5 panels

  • Adobe exchange panel does not load in cc applications

I cannot launch the Adobe Exchange Panel in Photoshop or Illustrator.  The option to launch this extension is not available in my menu.  In Photoshop "Extensions is grayed out".  In Illustrator it is not grayed out but it is simply not populated.  I have tested this on my laptop and it works just fine there.
I have pasted the above paragraph from a separate thread in a different forum.  I was directed to this forum by an adobe staff member.
Thanks in advance for any help with this as the forums are the only support adobe provides for this issue.  I think the issue may be a corruption in my extension manager somewhere in the Windows Registry.  Using Windows 7 64-bit SP1

    Hi markerline,
Can I ask where you obtained Photoshop CC from? Were you part of any prerelease program?
Can you please check these folders:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\extensions
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\extensions
and tell us if either one (or both) contains a folder called "AdobeExchange", and whether it contains anything.
It seems obvious, but please install any updates for Photoshop available in the Creative Cloud application. I believe there have been a few CC updates released so far - so it would be worthwhile restarting your computer to force a fresh check for updates to make sure you have them all.
Something to try would be downloading the Exchange Panel as a ZXP from here:
    https://www.adobeexchange.com/
and then installing the panel using Extension Manager CC. Note that Extension Manager CS6 will not install the Exchange Panel for CC applications - it needs to be Extension Manager CC.
Let us know how you get on.
    Thanks,
    Fraser

  • Get an error 5OO in adobe exchange panel

    Hi,
When I try to install a free extension with adobe exchange panel I get an error msg.
"internal server error"… is it just a question of time and patience?
    Thanks
    DC

    Hi Vikrant,
    Thank you for the answer.
This happens only with the photoshop extensions. I can install extensions on the other app that show up in the product list (of Extension Manager).
I think the problem is in that particular point: photoshop don't show up in the products list of extension manager so it is not identifyed by the program. But why did photoshop vanish from the list and how can I put it in again?

  • How to install Adobe Exchange Panel

All attempts to download the Adobe Exchange Panel end up with a Zip file with no executable file in it.
    Creative Suite 6 Production Premium
    Extension Manager CS6 6.0.8.28
    Illustrator CS6 16.0.3  64 Bit
    Photoshop CS6 13.0.1 64 Bit
The download for “Adobe Exchange Panel for CS6 Add-ons” from these links  https://www.adobeexchange.com/download# https://www.adobeexchange.com/panel download a Zip file without an executable file to install it.
The Extension manager is no help as it will install only .zxp or .mxp files.
This discussion https://forums.adobe.com/message/6397105#6397105 gives correct answers but all the links to an Adobe Exchange Panel download lead to a zip file.  The last entry in the discussion by fgregor May 22, 2014 2:32 AM (in response to Deepak_artist) gives a link that is suppose to be a .zxp file but it is also a Zip file.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time in trying to help out with my problem.  I really appreciate it.
The link you sent me opens a download for a Zip file.
When I download it and open it I have this,
When I go through the Adobe Extension Manager and click on exchange and navigate to the download I still get a Zip file.

  • Adobe Exchange Plugin Slowing Down Photoshop CC?

Recently, Photoshop CC has been running really slow, and slowing down my computer as a whole. I've been trying to trouble shoot what was causing this, because it wasn't doing this previously. I believe I've narrowed it down to two things - Too many styles loaded in my Styles panel at once (my custom Styles file was over 200mb, because I added a lot of styles that had high res images embedded in them), and for some reason, the Adobe Exchange plugin also seems to be causing a problem.
When I change my styles back to the default styles it helps speed thigns up, but Photoshop still doesn't start performing normally again until I remove the Adobe Exchange plugin. Anyone else having issues with this plugin eating up a lot of memory and slowing things down?

    Hi Otmaxo,
Thanks for getting in touch. So that we can work out whether this is a problem with Extension Manager or Adobe Exchange, can you try closing Photoshop CC, then downloading the Adobe Exchange Panel (ZXP) from www.adobeexchange.com, then installing the ZXP file directly in Extension Manager without Photoshop CC open?
If this does not work, can you confirm whether other ZXP files can be successfully installed via Extension Manager?
    Thanks,
    Fraser

  • Adobe Exchange panel doesn't appear in Dreamweaver CC

I've joined CC and I'm using Dreamweaver, I've also tried to download and install Adobe Exchange panel without success - I can see it in extension manager but the panel doesn't appear in Dreamweaver.  I'm beginning to regret ever signing up for CC as it appears to be very glitchy.  Could someone help me with this please.
    I'm running Windows 7
    Many thanks
    Maddie

    Hi Maddie,
Thank you for this extra information regarding the Exchange Panel not appearing. It's strange that the problem appears in both CC and CS6 - these use different processes and different installation directories for extensions and should be independent of each other.
    A few questions -
Can you please look in Task Manager when Photoshop CC is running and see if there is a process listed called "Adobe CEP Service Manager"? Do you have any "system optimisation" or security software running which may be blocking processes that you haven't expressly permitted?
In Photoshop CC, can you see any other extensions listed in Window -> Extensions? Upon installation there should be other Extensions available, for example "Kuler" - can you see this in the dropdown? This will help us to work out whether this is a problem with Adobe Exchange specifically, or if it is an issue with all extensions in general.
If you can then turn on logging as follows, that would be very helpful:
    In Registry Editor, regedit.exe:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Adobe>CSXS.4
Increase the LogLevel to 6. Then run Dreamweaver or Photoshop CC - Log files will be generated in: C:\Users\<username>\[AppData]\Local\Temp. If you are in Photoshop the log file will have the filename csxs4-PHSP.log, and for Dreamweaver it will be csxs4-DRWV.log. Please email these log files to me at fgregor at adobe dot com.
Upon searching the forums, there was another user who may have had the same problem as you (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1291469) - can you check whether C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4 contains CEPServiceManager.exe?
Regarding the "glitchy" issues you mention - this forum is for Adobe Exchange, but if you can provide a bit more information about what is going wrong then we'll try to redirect your question to someone else who can help.
    Best regards,
    Fraser

  • Adobe Exchange wont install into photoshop CC

Running Photoshop CC on Windows 7 on a work networked PC.
I have tried to install directly inside photoshop but it just hangs when it says it needs to launch extension manager. I then tried to do it just with extension manager already open but this didn't help. I then closed photoshop and tried to install exchange via Adobe extension manager CC. When I do it seems to launch it and I have to accept the t&c's but then it comes up with the error: File path "\\hm" is invalid. The extension will not be installed.
Now \\hm is the network path but what I don't understand is why exchnage is trying to go via this path as everything is installed locally on my machine and I am calling the Adobe Exchange install file directly from the hard drive.
Hope that all makes sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

  • Problème d'installation de Adobe Exchange Panel

    Bonjour,
    Mac Os X 10.9.1
    Photoshop CC 14.1.2 x64
    Adobe Extension Manager CC 7.1.1.32
    Merci

Bonsoir. Adobe exchange est intégré à Photoshop CC. Voyez dans le menu fenêtres-extensions-adobe exchange.

  • Download Adobe Exchange Panel

After downloading and unzipping the file, I get a file with various subfiles. How do I continue to start installation of the Adobe Exchange Panel. An obvious EXE-File is missing.

The problems has been solved! The Zip-File with the ending .xzp must be opened by the Adobe Extension Manager and not by a simple unzip-application. This
special case of an zip-file needs the appropriate knowledge of the user. Unfortunately, people writing user instructions are many times not willing to take the po-
sition of the user - so they don't see really, where the struggeling points of a process are (see additional information given by Adobe in connection with the down-
load of Adobe Extension Panel). Whatever, many thanks for your kind attempt to help me. Wilchingen.

  • Unable to launch File sync and to update Adobe Exchange panel in Illustrator CC 2014

I suppose that these two problems might be related, as I need the file sync to sync the extensions?
Anyway, I’m unable to launch a file sync, and when I update the Adobe Exchange panel in Illustrator, it asks for a reboot, and after the reboot, it asks again for an update…
    Thanks for the help!

I've since received information of a workaround - listed in a different thread: Unable to install non-standard updates - Cannot launch/update Adobe Digital Publishing for InDesign CC 2014
Try the following to enable updates:
    1) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0 and you will find a .dat file ( AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat).
    2) Please open the file in question and you will find a line item : <Suppressed>1</Suppressed> .
    3) Please change the Value from 1 to 0 and save the file back in the same location.
On a Mac, essentially the same, however location: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
I was given further advice that DPS toolkit updates are not available when you create the deployment package from Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition on Mac OS. (I believe this may be the same using Creative Cloud Packager as you've found)
Deployment DPS Toolkit Update| AAMEE |Mac OS
The above article suggests that you can download and install the DPS update silently, however, an end user must be logged into computer - not really feasible for enterprise environments.
So I guess the process for this would be:
1)Copy the contents of the DPS update package to remote machine
2)Enable updates by modifying the AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat file
3)Remotely launch the DPS update silently (when someone is logged onto machine)
    4)Disable updates again when complete...

  • Virus alert and problems with Adobe Exchange Panel latest update

    Hello,
just to let you know I downloaded the must recent update to Adobe Exchange Panel and had 2 issues:
Norton Internet security blocks the installation reporting there are high security risks in several .dll files, it won't let me install them.
If I shut down my antivirus the installation works fine, but the panel is blank when opened; it just doesn't work.
According to my antivirus, the "threat" is called "Suspicious.Cloud.7.F" and it finds it in all these files that are installed with the new panel:
    poconetssl.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F) c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\cs6servicemanager\extensions\adobeexchange\assets\exmanwin32\poconetssl.dll
    pocodata.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F) c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\cs6servicemanager\extensions\adobeexchange\assets\exmanwin32\pocodata.dll
    pococrypto.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)c:\program files (x86)\common files\adobe\cs6servicemanager\extensions\adobeexchange\assets\exmanwin32\pococrypto.dll
    pocozip.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)...
    pocoxml.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)...
    pocoutil.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)...
    poconetssl.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)...
    pocodata.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)...
    pococrypto.dll (Suspicious.Cloud.7.F)...
I'm assuming this a false positive. Anyway, I can not use the panel at all. Hope someone can help.

There were a couple of links in the right column that mentioned virus problems.  After reading a bit, I solved my problem.
Go to Norton, select SETTINGS, then select COMPUTER SCAN, then set HEURISTIC PROTECTION to OFF.   (It will still stay green.)
I then tried to re-install the Adobe Exchange Panel and everything is now working fine.
