Where did my electronic itunes card go?

Ok, I purchased an itunes gift card for myself electronically about an hour ago. I got an email that the money wast taken from my Paypal account and went to itunes. However, I have no confirmation email or any type of email from itunes with my purchase info. I would like to know what happened to my purchase. If I check my purchases in my itunes account, it is there. Is there a way to get the redemption code another way other than email? All I need is my code to redeem the card on itunes.

Email is the only method other than going to a store and buying a physical card. Check any anti-spam filters on your email account or in your email application to make sure messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If you confirm that nothing should be trapping the emails, try sending the "gift" again:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Hello,
The electronic itunes gift card went directly to the email receipient. I never received the code. I am positive that she didn't redeem it because she's asking me for the code.I don't have it and I never received it. If I had the code, I would use the funds myself. Nevertheless, I just want the money to be transferred back to my itunes account. Or, if there is a way to trace the code back to the original purchse, you can send it directly to me.

I have purchased an iTune gift card and the code on the back of the card has missing numbers and letters after scratching of the silver seal. I need the card serial number but not sure which number this is as the card has three (3) different numbers listed.

What happens when you try to redownload them?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
On a computer go to iTunes>Store>View Account>Sign in and go to purchased history and see if you actually purchased them.
Try redeeming the card again

I redeemed a gift card in the store. I clicked buy and I was told the item was purchased. I also checked and the card was redeemed. However, I can't find the music. Where did it go?

On the left hand side panel of itunes there should be a section called "purchased". It should be about in the middle of the pannel. Click on it and your item should be in there. Or you could check the music section of the pannel, and scroll through the list, if you see a song with a check mark next to it it might be the song you just purchased.
If you were refering to where did your music section in the left hand side pannel go, click on (top of screen) edit>preferences> and you should see a couple list like music,apps, movies etc. each with a check box next to them, click on music if it doesnt have a check mark on it, and the music section shuld pop up.
I couldnt tell which one it was, but i hope i helped, if i did not, could you take a screenshot and post it, if you do not mind? It would be easier for me to help you out if i did not do so already.

Where did my iTunes refund go?

I made an accidental purchase today and I reported it to iTunes and was told that I was given a full refund. But where did it go? I used partial credits and part of it went on my credit card. Did it go back to my account on iTunes or go to my credit card?

If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

HT201209 I went onto my computer and set up an account...I entered my gift cards where it said redeem and there is $40 on my account. However,I have no idea how to use it. I read that I can take my credit card out and just use the itunes card but again

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing. The iTunes Store will automatically recognize the credit you applied. You can find the details of how iTunes Store purchases are billed below:
Order of iTunes billing methods
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
When you buy individual songs from the iTunes Store:
Free song credits are redeemed first.
If you have no free song credits, gift certificate, prepaid card, and allowance credits are used next.
If your gift certificate, prepaid card, and/or allowance credit is less than the total cost of the purchase, your credit card is billed for the remaining balance.
If you have no free song credits or gift certificates, prepaid cards, or allowance credits, your credit card is billed for the songs you buy.
When you buy an album on the iTunes Store:
Gift certificate, prepaid card, and allowance credits are used first.
If your gift certificate, prepaid card, or allowance credit is less than the total cost of the purchase, your credit card is billed for the remaining balance. Note: Free song credits cannot be used for album purchases.

I couldnt redeem w/o an apple ID so when i did it asked for a credit card. And I want to discontinue and remove my account from itunes but it wont let me, there is no account discontinue or removal of account

My crashing has seemed to have ceased with a revert to an older version. I noticed today that the newer crashing iTunes had been launched for hours but not playing anything, when I played internet radio it crashed within 5mins, fed up I reverted to an older version.

I got an Itunes card and when I loaded it itunes downloaded an album that I did not order; so my question is how did this happen and how do I find out how much this album costs cause I would like to get my money back.

My wife got me an iTunes card today and as soon as I redeemed it a music album that I did not order downloaded and deducted the cost from my iTunes card. I did this happen and how can I get my money back? I do not listen to the type of music that was downloaded and feel like I was robbed in a way cause the only way things are suppose to download is if I click on them and enter my password. My wife loaded her ITunes card right after I loaded mine and the album did not and still has not loaded onto her phone so we think it could be in my settings we are going to check into that but I did have money removed my account so thank you for the link to the form.

I subscribed to aPPLE'S Cloud and uploaded a nice sized library consisting of Apple Store purchases, CD's I downloaded over a period of years, and some MP3 trax purchased from Amazon. Now, only a few of my songs appear in iTunes. There is no help that I can find not requiring the time and effort of a PhD candidate to research. I'm looking for a quick answer -- is the Apple Cloud a fraud and I should get out of it, or am I a dummie because there is a quick and easy fix?

I can't find mine either. I had around 800 songs and now i have six!
